The repairman was on time and very pleasant. The work was done in a timely manner. His name was Roger. He wasn't listed in the people offered so I wanted to mention him here. I do feel the company pushes to get a lot of extra work which can be uncomfortable but that might just be my take on it. The repairman was very nice though and I recommend him!

Corey arrived as scheduled. Prepped with shoe guards and handshake. Briefly discussed my need. Thorough Assessment of current hot water tank, water quality, Water pressure and location. Detailed estimate given with options. No pressure even though installation could be done today. Very impressed with customer service and ability to answer questions. Positive feedback and reviews for this company. Will definitely consider using this service.

We were having an issue with air circulation in one room of our home and reached out for help. We were quickly scheduled for a service appointment, and Mark came out today to diagnose the problem. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue completely. It's such a relief to have this taken care of so quickly and smoothly. We were so impressed that we decided to join the Home Comfort Club and look forward to continuing to work with Mark & team in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a lot done today by the Plumbing and Air Service Company . It was time for our yearly inspections on the plumbing, and the heat and air system they had installed for us previously. We also asked that they come do estimates today on more work that we want completed in our home.
Taylor and his team did a fantastic job! They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, worked with us to make it as affordable as possible and were very genuine and professional.
I wish I had the names of everyone, because they were all impressive. Our electrician is awesome and the team that came to do inspections today were great too.

Clayton with his coworker. Carson, were professional and tidy on the job site. Other than the place where dirt was moved and tractor tracks on said dirt, my yard looks like no major excavation was done. I appreciate their professionalism and the speed at which the job was completed. Highly recommend.

The technician was very good and explained everything. The tune up was just a check! He didn’t fix anything or clean anything! They gave me prices and they are very high! They wanted 345 dollars to install a 20 dollar capacitor that he already unhooked. That’s a bit much!

The Plumbing & Air Service Co installed my Generac home standby generator, Lennox gas furnace and air conditioner, along with a Aerus central air scrubber. They did a great job on each project. The installers and technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Needed to get an estimate for a new main line and Ryan was the the technician that came out. He was very thorough, and explained everything very clearly and it was very easy to understand. The professional attitude and understanding was fantastic and he made me feel very comfortable with the job ahead.
