Great prompt service. Called in the morning for a leaking faucet and they were able to come about 3 hours later which was great. Lucas did an excellent job. Had to replace the entire faucet and we decided to replace our 21 year old water heater as well. He was able to do both very quickly and explained all our options and the process. Would highly recommend Plumbing & Air Service Co. and Lucas Vance.

Ben Foskey was wonderful start to finish. He provided exceptional customer service and his knowledge helped me make a same day decision on repairs. I felt like the price was extremely fair for a same day, weekend repair. Within a few hours they had Ben out to asses and repair our problem. Hats off to The Plumbing & Air Service Co! I will always use and recommend the plumbing and air service co. They have done work for me on multiple occasions and every time it is exactly the way they said it would be, and they are always on time and very thorough with their work. In the eight years of using them I have never had a single instance where there was a problem. They explain everything in detail and go through all the pricing options with me and my wife. I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

We have used the Plumbing and Air Service twice now. I have been really impressed both times. Excellent communication on scheduling and arrival. Both techs were very patient and informative. (Shout out to Ben F… he was great!) I like to know what is going on with my house! Both the installation of new water heater and new house water shut off valve went smoothly and work was completed really quickly both times. Will be using them again!!!
