Husband and I are buying a house and needed someone to come look at the hvac for us while in our due diligence period to give us a quote and inspect the hvac all together, from start to finish the entire process was perfect!! I contacted them through the website and set up the entire appointment through text which was very convenient, once we set a timeframe we were informed when someone would be heading to the house and even given a link that gave live updates of when the technicians would arrive. Once they arrived they went over everything and instantly got into finding the issues, after the technicians finished they gave us a very detailed explanation of what needed to be addressed. Overall I am thrilled with this company and will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks a bunch to Aaron and Phillip!!

Very happy with my overall experience with this company! I had a very knowledgeable salesman, Aaron, who made me feel confident in hiring them, he was very detailed and had clear explanations for all my questions. The technicians, Anthony and Ricardo, were also great! They listened to my concerns and request so I felt comfortable that my home was being cared for. Greg and Dillon came out this morning on time I wasn't able to be there most of the day but when I did arrive I was very pleased they were working hard getting the job done and I must say when they left it was very clean. They both very respectful and nice answered all my questions. They helped me set up my thermostat even explained what they found while removing the old unit...fast friendly. UPDATE 15 Oct 25 - Today Maxton came out and installed a Bidet seat and a sink drain, and roll time to label all the parts of our well system, so we all know which way the water flows and where the shutoff valves are. He is a very competent plumber and very professional and respectful. Thank you, Maxton, for a job well done!

Update 18 Sep 25: Today, Clayton and Tyler came to install my parents' Toto Bidet and ADA toilet. Both are highly competent, and always take the time to carefully make sure the job is done right. One thing is for sure... We shouldn't have any problems with any of our plumbing for at least 20 years... 😎
High quality plumbing and technicians! Joel and Emil are top notch and professional, and the work was done efficiently and timely, with great communication! They replaced our 21+ year old water tank with a new Bradford White that comes with a 10 year warranty! They also replaced the well pump tank (and bladder that had a hole in it, that was apparently caused by the previous plumber over-pressurizing it and over-charging for work he didn't actually do, according to the invoice).
I CANNOT RECOMMEND "RHINO PLUMBING", but I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these guys who also communicated with me continuously as part of their service, which is the opposite of what Rhino did.
Joel also gave us a 2-year service plan for our HVAC twice yearly inspections and cleaning for FREE AND a military discount!
You can hire lesser qualified plumbers, who you may or may not regret hiring (Rhino Plumbing), or you can hire this company and KNOW the work is done and done right. A+

Chris is also an outstanding asset and representative of your company. He formulated a plan for my elderly parents and we were astounded to know y'all are able to come out and install the new shower TOMORROW! Thank you for the way y'all do business...
Brandon and Carson were also part of our well water system refurbishment, and have been very patient with the Brita Whole House, 3-filter water filtration system supplier, as Brita had manufactured two systems that have defects. Although the Brita system is rated extremely high, we still had issued with workmanship, but the plumbers ARE going above and beyond to make things right for their customers.
21 Aug 25 - Today our water pressure went to zero. Called the office and amazingly, Maxton King showed up within the hour! He took his time, troubleshot the whole system, and diagnosed the problem with a toilet that had a faulty flapper.
That leaky flapper was apparently causing the well pump system to sense the leak and it went into emergency mode and caused the water pressure to drop.
Since our toilets are all over 21 years old, Maxton was able to give us a deal on brand new ones (top quality models) for a buy one get one 50% off cost!
Yes, Maxton is of course yet another highly qualified and professional plumber who treated us right, along with Chris, who promptly coordinated with the supplier for expedited replacement the NEXT DAY!

We had all of our upstairs air ducts replaced by The Plumbing & Air Service Company but still noticed condensation from one of the vents. After speaking with several technicians, Ricky was the one who finally resolved the issue. He was personable, confident, and clearly skilled at what he does—I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
I also want to recognize Gary, the office manager. His responsiveness and commitment to improving customer service really stood out. He made sure everything was handled appropriately from start to finish. I would highly recommend both Ricky and Gary to friends and family.
For context, Gentry Air completed the original work when the home was built in 2019 and attempted to fix the issue in July. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them

I had a Mitsubishi Split Air Conditioner installed today by Dylan Barley & his assistant Greg who did a wonderful job on the install. They were very professional in the installation, respectful & courteous. Everything was picked up & back in its proper spot.
