Amari Farrell is an EXCELLENT technician! I’m a first time homeowner and wasn’t expecting my AC to go out, but The Plumbing & Air Co. really put me at ease. Amari was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through everything he did and explained it in terms I could understand. I will be using this company for all of my HVAC needs going forward!

Jerry and Bill came today on Sunday and gave me a step-by-step explanation of what can be happening. They were knowledgeable and made sure I understood or questioned anything I didn’t. I believe they were thorough pleasant and I would invite them and anyone from your company again. Thank you again for coming on a day that most people would not.

My experience began with needing my kitchen sink pipes needing to be replaced. Two men arrived, one showed me two options on his tablet and I chose the least expensive, for $1,299. The work was completed in less than 3 hours, I even helped. When I shared the price with many men at work later, all were surprised that it cost $1299 for such a small job and asked me to contact the company again to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. I did, and was told “We have a flat rate”. So, for me, it was a big learning experience, a costly one. I cannot recommend this company due to their “flat rate fee” that should have only cost half what I paid.

We wanted to publicly say that TP&AS Co. really gets things right! After a small issue they came back and rectified the issue promptly in a very timely manner. Made us feel valued and appreciated! Great quality work and professionalism.

I’m very happy with my entire experience. From my first meeting with Corey, the installation technicians and the electricians. They were all very nice, professional and helpful answering all my questions. My home was left as tidy when they left as when they arrived. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had Joel come out to evaluate my HVAC system, and I wanted to leave a review specifically for him. Joel was very professional, respectful, and took the time to explain what he was seeing with my system in a way that was easy to understand. He answered my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured.

Even though I ended up deciding to go a different direction with my HVAC plans, I truly appreciated Joel’s knowledge and the time he spent looking over my system. It’s clear he takes his work seriously and cares about helping homeowners understand their options.

Firstly I'd lay to say when I called them initially to schedule a consultation to evaluate my system, the receptionist was very knowledgeable on her own. Rarely have I called a business and had someone who works at the front desk know so much about the specifics on how an HVAC works! After that Taylor came over and we discussed pricing and units, they offered very competitive pricing compared to other businesses I reached out to. They were able to get a Rheem 3.5 ton 2-stage unit (a premium tier HVAC system) installed for the price of an entry level unit (Goodman).

They showed up the next day and installed everything in one go. They managed to get the unit into my attic with less than an inch of clearance through the attic access, without having to remove any trimming. During the winter storm there would a couple hiccups but everyone was understanding and got someone out here to resolve the issue as soon as they were possibly able to. The issue was resolved professionally and at no charge!

Every person I've talked to through the whole process was extremely professional and treated me with respect and dignity. They explained every part of the process and every part of the unit I asked to be explained. They offer extremely accommodating financing options!

Husband and I are buying a house and needed someone to come look at the hvac for us while in our due diligence period to give us a quote and inspect the hvac all together, from start to finish the entire process was perfect!! I contacted them through the website and set up the entire appointment through text which was very convenient, once we set a timeframe we were informed when someone would be heading to the house and even given a link that gave live updates of when the technicians would arrive. Once they arrived they went over everything and instantly got into finding the issues, after the technicians finished they gave us a very detailed explanation of what needed to be addressed. Overall I am thrilled with this company and will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks a bunch to Aaron and Phillip!!

Very happy with my overall experience with this company! I had a very knowledgeable salesman, Aaron, who made me feel confident in hiring them, he was very detailed and had clear explanations for all my questions. The technicians, Anthony and Ricardo, were also great! They listened to my concerns and request so I felt comfortable that my home was being cared for. They worked efficiently and communicated clearly with me. I appreciate the calls and text about their ETA and keeping me updated on when to expect them. Great team and overall experience!
