Other than the place where dirt was moved and tractor tracks on said dirt, my yard looks like no major excavation was done. I appreciate their professionalism and the speed at which the job was completed. Highly recommend.

The technician was very good and explained everything. The tune up was just a check! He didn’t fix anything or clean anything! They gave me prices and they are very high! They wanted 345 dollars to install a 20 dollar capacitor that he already unhooked. That’s a bit much!

The Plumbing & Air Service Co installed my Generac home standby generator, Lennox gas furnace and air conditioner, along with a Aerus central air scrubber. They did a great job on each project. The installers and technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Needed to get an estimate for a new main line and Ryan was the the technician that came out. He was very thorough, and explained everything very clearly and it was very easy to understand. The professional attitude and understanding was fantastic and he made me feel very comfortable with the job ahead.

James was great! He came out to inspect our electrical outlets and all that goes with it. As always, the team members of this company are honest and straight forward. James was polite and didn't make me feel pressured to buy any upgrades. He explained what could and needs to be improved to be up to code. I appreciate the time he took to explain things.

Customer service was great. Came out same day my AC broke down! They were on time and communicated when they were on the way with a 30 minutes heads up. They inspected my entire unit and gave great detail on what was wrong with it. They had the part I needed in their van, and fixed it pretty fast. I was a bit sticker shock on price but the lead technician gave me several service options and helped me with final price I could afford. All around super professional! They don't scam or lie to you and are very honest people who try to help you the best they can. I would 100% use them again.

From the initial call with customer service to the diagnostic with the service technician to the sales representative to the install crew, everything was stellar. Service was next day. All of the staff were professional, considerate, accomodating and very efficient. I absolutely recommend this company and its services. I cannot thank Keith (our technician), Rick (our sales rep) and Dylan & crew (install) for all of the amazing work! You guys really do customer service and quality work right!
