We had all of our upstairs air ducts replaced by The Plumbing & Air Service Company but still noticed condensation from one of the vents. After speaking with several technicians, Ricky was the one who finally resolved the issue. He was personable, confident, and clearly skilled at what he does—I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

I also want to recognize Gary, the office manager. His responsiveness and commitment to improving customer service really stood out. He made sure everything was handled appropriately from start to finish. I would highly recommend both Ricky and Gary to friends and family.

For context, Gentry Air completed the original work when the home was built in 2019 and attempted to fix the issue in July. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them

High quality plumbing and technicians! Joel and Emil are top notch and professional, and the work was done efficiently and timely, with great communication! They replaced our 21+ year old water tank with a new Bradford White that comes with a 10 year warranty! They also replaced the well pump tank (and bladder that had a hole in it, that was apparently caused by the previous plumber over-pressurizing it and over-charging for work he didn't actually do, according to the invoice).

I CANNOT RECOMMEND "RHINO PLUMBING", but I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these guys who also communicated with me continuously as part of their service, which is the opposite of what Rhino did.

Joel also gave us a 2-year service plan for our HVAC twice yearly inspections and cleaning for FREE AND a military discount!

You can hire lesser qualified plumbers, who you may or may not regret hiring (Rhino Plumbing), or you can hire this company and KNOW the work is done and done right. A+

Joel and Chris came out to help us try to find a shower that my elderly parents can use to better accommodate their limitations.

Chris is also an outstanding asset and representative of your company. He formulated a plan for my elderly parents and we were astounded to know y'all are able to come out and install the new shower TOMORROW! Thank you for the way y'all do business...

Brandon and Carson were also part of our well water system refurbishment, and have been very patient with the Brita Whole House, 3-filter water filtration system supplier, as Brita had manufactured two systems that have defects. Although the Brita system is rated extremely high, we still had issued with workmanship, but the plumbers ARE going above and beyond to make things right for their customers.

21 Aug 25 - Today our water pressure went to zero. Called the office and amazingly, Maxton King showed up within the hour! He took his time, troubleshot the whole system, and diagnosed the problem with a toilet that had a faulty flapper.

That leaky flapper was apparently causing the well pump system to sense the leak and it went into emergency mode and caused the water pressure to drop.

Since our toilets are all over 21 years old, Maxton was able to give us a deal on brand new ones (top quality models) for a buy one get one 50% off cost!

Yes, Maxton is of course yet another highly qualified and professional plumber who treated us right, along with Chris, who promptly coordinated with the supplier for expedited replacement the NEXT DAY!

*** We can't be happier with this company! Every aspect of the work is well done all across the board with these guys.

I had a Mitsubishi Split Air Conditioner installed today by Dylan Barley & his assistant Greg who did a wonderful job on the install. They were very professional in the installation, respectful & courteous. Everything was picked up & back in its proper spot. It was an excellent experience & I would recommend The Plumbing & Air Service to anyone that is in need of this service.

Let me start by saying I don’t normally leave reviews but this deserves a review. On one of the hottest days this year, our AC decided to stop working at around 6pm-8pm. This couldn’t have happened at a worse time because my mother is going through chemotherapy. I called multiple companies with no luck of getting someone out. I was even promised by one company I would get a call back to come out, but no one ever called.

I finally called The Plumbing & Air Service Co. and explained the situation. They told me they could have someone out in the next 3 hours. I was very hopeful they would call/show up. About 30 minutes before the end of the call window I received a call. The technician was on his way. It was pushing 11:30pm when they arrived. Marcus, the technician, greeted me and started asking questions about what issues/symptoms I was experiencing. He promptly diagnosed the unit and within a few minutes confirmed the root cause and proceeded to fix it and test to ensure it was functioning properly. Our AC was back up and running in under an hour.

Marcus was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and had a great personality. Five-star service for sure and I appreciate the effort to get the AC unit back up and running with my mothers’ medical situation.

They showed up on time and called ahead with ETA. Performed great service on HAVC, spoke professionally. Team identified our needs and repaired immediately. Great job!! We got the service package too

Perfect job! Brandon and Patrick work hard all day long in the rain without slowing down.
Started the project around 10:00 finished about 4:30! Very professional very courteous.

I am OVER THE MOON about my new kitchen sink and my experience with Emil, Brennan & Lucas. Didn’t think customer service like this existed anymore! On time. Kind. Listened Knowledgeable. Meticulous. I was a long time customer of another local plumber - but seems that I have just upgraded to 1st class. Thank you Lucas, Brennan and Emil.

Great prompt service. Called in the morning for a leaking faucet and they were able to come about 3 hours later which was great. Lucas did an excellent job. Had to replace the entire faucet and we decided to replace our 21 year old water heater as well. He was able to do both very quickly and explained all our options and the process. Would highly recommend Plumbing & Air Service Co. and Lucas Vance.

Ben Foskey was wonderful start to finish. He provided exceptional customer service and his knowledge helped me make a same day decision on repairs. I felt like the price was extremely fair for a same day, weekend repair. Within a few hours they had Ben out to asses and repair our problem. Hats off to The Plumbing & Air Service Co! They are wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend.

Even though I have not had this service all that long it is the quality, personal experience and genuine no pressure informative nature we went with and lasting experience that has us feeling very satisfied and will share with others. Thanks to every team member of your company. Best wishes
