Tuck came out to analyze my current HVAC system and make recommendations on replacements. I have high humidity problems in the summer, which he addressed with suggesting a variable or multi-speed blower in the air handler and possibly adjusting the zoning setup. After doing my own research, I found this to be solid advice. He was kind enough to come out twice, as I had to leave before he could finish the work up on his first visit. He was very professional, answered all my questions satisfactorily, and I did not feel that he was just going for a commission. I highly recommend Tuck and his expertise!!

Technician was great. He knew what he was doing and was very willing to share his insights into the problem. I greatly appreciate his honesty and willingness to explore options for fixing it. We requested assistance for an issue which has been plaguing us for some time and when the service person got here the problem did not present itself. It was not under normal conditions. Immediately when he left we used the appliance and the exact issue we called him for persisted. We finally discovered exactly what the issue was and remedied it almost immediately after a $100 service call. We are not pleased. He was more than pleasant, fyi.

Thermo Direct service is very good with excellent professional plumber. Joe was cordial and diagnosed the problem. He did a fantastic service and explained to the customer. He showed great skills and use the appropriate tools to complete to work in good time.

Thermo Direct was great and professional. Let me know everything that was going on as they were doing the installation. Made sure everything was working correctly. There was an issue with the fuse during installation, but they made sure to come out the next morning to fix it. They were really great especially the 2 install guys.

These guys are professional, knowledgeable and do great work. My new Daiken tested with a much lower seer number than specs. I’m sure quality installation helps. Top notch company.

In November of 2024 I had Royal Electric replace aged electric panels .

From start to finish they did an excellent job.
They were on time . They keep me informed .
They worked as an efficient team . ( 4 people performed the job ) . This was one of several projects I have planned . I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to others.

Christian was the Thermo Direct tech that performed the diagnostic on my furnace. He eagerly explained what he was going to do and went straight to work doing just! When he found the problem he explained and showed me what had happened. I really felt that he was not trying to push a new unit on me like some other techs from two other companies did. I felt I could trust his expertise and was so pleased with all that he did!! Christian is an excellent addition to Thermo Direct!! This was my first time utilizing the services of this company and will call them again if needed!

My experience today with the two service reps (Austin and Zack) went very well.I was very satisfied and pleased with their professional and personal service installing my unit in a timely manner. All of my questions and concerns were promptly answered and explained. I was impressed by their service. Thanks

I do NOT have any issues with your technicans, but the product y’all sold me has yet to work at 100%, and it was installed in July. ,
