I would give Thermo Direct 10 stars if I could. They are communicative, nice, knowledgeable, and good at executing. We had to widen our crawl space opening to install a new furnace, and that was part of their services too. These guys cut through 4" of stone without blinking an eye, and for a price that we'd previously had quoted for 6 times the amount they did. Of the three companies we talked to, Thermo Direct was the only company that said they could install a higher efficiency system, which they did. They also offered us financing for a year without any interest if paid in full. And, cherry on top, every technician who entered our house wore a mask, which we'd requested because my husband's immunocompromised. It's the little things like that that show they care.

Jermaine Price was very knowledgeable and professional! Mr. Price left me feeling safe in my home and ensured me everything was safe and okay now! I am so grateful to Thermo Direct for sending the best!

From start to finish I had a very pleasant experience. I was offered multiple options and felt no pressure to unnecessarily “buy up” but also understood the benefits if I did. During the installation, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer technician. Joe was so polite on top of being very efficient. What was a very big inconvenience was solved within a day of me making my decision and for that I say Thank you so much.

Our electricians were super nice to me today and they had told me that they had to go get a few parts. If any HVAC, plumbing or electrical needs arise we will be using y'all. Please always send Jermaine out for our electrical service needs

We had our 13 y/o HVAC Systen replaced by Thermo Direct..We got 3 quotes and felt their price and install package was very fair and competetive, so we gave them the job...I am glad that we choose them and was very happy when the job was done...Their install techs, Isreal and Chris were on time and very efficient and professional...Eddie the Project Mgr. did the initial contact and was very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure us to make a quick and Uninformed Decision...The whole Thermo Direct Team earned this 5 Star rating...

Tuck came out to analyze my current HVAC system and make recommendations on replacements. I have high humidity problems in the summer, which he addressed with suggesting a variable or multi-speed blower in the air handler and possibly adjusting the zoning setup. After doing my own research, I found this to be solid advice. He was kind enough to come out twice, as I had to leave before he could finish the work up on his first visit. He was very professional, answered all my questions satisfactorily, and I did not feel that he was just going for a commission. I highly recommend Tuck and his expertise!!

Technician was great. He knew what he was doing and was very willing to share his insights into the problem. I greatly appreciate his honesty and willingness to explore options for fixing it. We requested assistance for an issue which has been plaguing us for some time and when the service person got here the problem did not present itself. It was not under normal conditions. Immediately when he left we used the appliance and the exact issue we called him for persisted. We finally discovered exactly what the issue was and remedied it almost immediately after a $100 service call. We are not pleased. He was more than pleasant, fyi.

Thermo Direct service is very good with excellent professional plumber. Joe was cordial and diagnosed the problem. He did a fantastic service and explained to the customer. He showed great skills and use the appropriate tools to complete to work in good time.

Thermo Direct was great and professional. Let me know everything that was going on as they were doing the installation. Made sure everything was working correctly. There was an issue with the fuse during installation, but they made sure to come out the next morning to fix it. They were really great especially the 2 install guys.
