As a first time homeowner, plumbing issues are terrifying. Megan Ashley was super nice and friendly. She wore her shoe covers every single time she stepped into my home. She kept me informed with everything she was doing as she did it, and truthfully allowed my anxiety to calm just by her presence. She was able to clear my shower drain after lots and lots of effort. I could never say enough good things about her as well as Thornton and Grooms. Thank you for the constant text updates confirming my appointment. Will happily recommend you all to everyone I know.

The service technicians have always done a great job taking care of our A/C and heating equipment. Juan was our technician today for our furnace check. Juan did a good job explaining what he was going to do and his recommendations will definitely be something we consider carefully so our furnace stays in good working condition. Juan is definitely another strong member of Thornton & Grooms' team of technicians and service people.

Chip was very professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options well. I am so glad he came so quickly!! The three gentleman who came and did my installation did a great job! They installed my furnace very thoughtfully and even turned the humidifier so I can actually get TO it now!! They had a long day, nearly 12 hours for installation - they took the time to be sure it was done right! I am very, very happy with the work they did. And after such a long day, they still took the time to be sure I understood everything. I am so grateful! Donald also was great. It turns out the guys forgot to turn my water heater back on after they were done (who knew there were TWO on-off switches?!?), and in the meantime, it appeared as though my new furnace wasn't working, but it was the new governmental system that had to reset for 5 minutes, blowing cold for that time, before the furnace could take over again. In the meantime, Don taught me some more very important tips to help maintain my furnace and humidifier!
Zack came and finished off the electrical to bring my home up to code a week afterwards. He was very respectful, cheerful, efficient, informative, and he was kind enough to take the time to give me a quote on some further work I'm considering having them do on my home, too. Overall great experience!

I have used the services of Thornton and Grooms for several years and have always received excellent service. I needed some plumbing services recently after I moved to a new home. The plumbers who did the work were able to explain everything that had to be done. It was done in a timely manner. They were respectful of my property and cleaned everything up before leaving. I was extremely satisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about the absolutely amazing group of professionals who worked like surgeons to diagnose, locate and tackle the issue. The team worked together like a well oiled machine with kindness, compassion and respect for our property. Thank you to Craig, Gabe, Patrick and everyone who came through for us. Cody Schaffier and Codee Harris were extremely helpful when performing our service and made sure to explain everything and left no questions unanswered. They treated our home like their own. Codee even brought in a large package I got while they were here and brought in my trash bins which was so unnecessary, yet so kind and appreciated and just goes to shown the kind of service they performed. The new pipes look beautiful and I have no concerns. This was an unexpected and pricey project for us and they made it less painful by their service. Earlier in the process we also had Craig Prudom who was amazing and did the scope for our house and took videos and had us watch and explained what everything was and how our plumbing all connects. He took the time to show us our main clean outs and educate us on our system. Lastly, Dylan Hoover was our original drain guy who came out and cleaned out the bathroom tub and our kitchen sink and got the ball rolling for the rest. All four folks listed were so professional and took the time to involve us in the process.
