Nick , removed and reinstalled a toilet for us due to our flooring getting replaced. He also disconnected and reconnected our water line to our icemaker. He corrected the venting from our hot water heater. Nick also made sure our connection was to code. Nick was very thorough and knowledgeable. He had a great demeanor and was very professional and helpful. Nick definitely earned a 5 star rating. Thanks Nick!

I always call Thornton & Grooms for the plumbing and furnace needs because they are honest, trusting, and reliable. Rodney is a very knowledgeable and efficient Master Plumber. Was able to schedule a drain unclog service and have it fixed within 24 hours for just $99. Brandon R. was the individual that came over to perform the service and he was incredibly professional, thorough and polite. Every step he performed was explained and the final price was given after his initial investigation before the work was even started (no hidden cost or fees!). A lot of care was taken to keep the surrounding areas clean (drop cloths, boot covers, and wheel covers on equipment brought in). Would highly recommend!

First Class excellent service! Jason and his team exceeded all my expectations, not only with quality work but taking the time to explain the installation and how everything works and what I need to do to maintain the system. Phones at the office was answered promptly and professionally. Got an appointment time for next day service. Received updates on timing, with photo of person doing the service. Omar Johnson did an amazing job. Showed up at time said, performed drain cleaning and cleaned up entire area before leaving. Thoroughly impressed. I signed up for their Home Care Club, because of the service provided.

We have had an amazing experience working with this company. They have been prompt, punctual and professional. The process from our initial phone call until our install was overall amazing. I cannot say enough about how smooth it has all gone.

Update we had our complete hvac redone by them and are fully satisfied!

Update #2 We had an issue with our gas lines and had to have them replaced. We turned agin to Thorton and Groom's and they can through with flying colors. Real professionals.

Update #3.. We had another issue in our home, this time electrical. It was fairly complicated but our technician figured oi the issue quickly. Hats to to everyone we have had to work with.

Amazing job completed professionally by both Jacob and Megan Ashley. Provided information to understand the plumbing/drain process as well as tips for home care. Always love friendly and hospitable service.

Also, I had a jetting done of the kitchen stack and main sewage line. Job and Billy did an amazing job and were very friendly.
