I had the pleasure of working with Brad Davis, a plumbing estimator from Thornton & Grooms, and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and expertise. The service technicians have always done a great job taking care of our A/C and heating equipment. Juan was our technician today for our furnace check. Juan did a good job explaining what he was going to do and his recommendations will definitely be something we consider carefully so our furnace stays in good working condition. Juan is definitely another strong member of Thornton & Grooms' team of technicians and service people.

Chip was very professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options well. I am so glad he came so quickly!! The three gentleman who came and did my installation did a great job! They installed my furnace very thoughtfully and even turned the humidifier so I can actually get TO it now!! They had a long day, nearly 12 hours for installation - they took the time to be sure it was done right! I am very, very happy with the work they did. And after such a long day, they still took the time to be sure I understood everything. I am so grateful! Donald also was great. It turns out the guys forgot to turn my water heater back on after they were done (who knew there were TWO on-off switches?!?), and in the meantime, it appeared as though my new furnace wasn't working, but it was the new governmental system that had to reset for 5 minutes, blowing cold for that time, before the furnace could take over again. In the meantime, Don taught me some more very important tips to help maintain my furnace and humidifier!
Zack came and finished off the electrical to bring my home up to code a week afterwards. He was very respectful, cheerful, efficient, informative, and he was kind enough to take the time to give me a quote on some further work I'm considering having them do on my home, too. Overall great experience!

I have used the services of Thornton and Grooms for several years and have always received excellent service. I needed some plumbing services recently after I moved to a new home. The plumbers who did the work were able to explain everything that had to be done. It was done in a timely manner. They were respectful of my property and cleaned everything up before leaving. I was extremely satisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about the absolutely amazing group of professionals who worked like surgeons to diagnose, locate and tackle the issue. The team worked together like a well oiled machine with kindness, compassion and respect for our property. Thank you to Craig, Gabe, Patrick and everyone who came through for us. Awaiting city inspection to wrap it up.

Cody Schaffier and Codee Harris were extremely helpful when performing our service and made sure to explain everything and left no questions unanswered. They treated our home like their own. Codee even brought in a large package I got while they were here and brought in my trash bins which was so unnecessary, yet so kind and appreciated and just goes to shown the kind of service they performed. The new pipes look beautiful and I have no concerns. This was an unexpected and pricey project for us and they made it less painful by their service. Earlier in the process we also had Craig Prudom who was amazing and did the scope for our house and took videos and had us watch and explained what everything was and how our plumbing all connects. He took the time to show us our main clean outs and educate us on our system. Lastly, Dylan Hoover was our original drain guy who came out and cleaned out the bathroom tub and our kitchen sink and got the ball rolling for the rest. All four folks listed were so professional and took the time to involve us in the process.

Shane was the service technician that serviced my home. He was on time and very helpful / knowledgeable. He answered all my questions quickly and efficiently, and If I didn’t quite understand he explained further. He worked quickly and assessed all possible issues that could have been the source of my AC issue. Personally, I don’t feel that you get very many service agents like Shane today. I was very pleased with his service and knowledge. Thank you. My wife and I appreciate your workmanship and willingness to fit our schedule and needs. 5 stars to Shane without a doubt!

Dominick B. was awesome, he came out to fix our drain and immediately made us feel comfortable and assured that he would get this fixed and help us understand what’s causing it. After discovering root growth inside our drain he took the necessary time to get the roots removed and our drain running efficiently again!

I’d recommend the company because scheduling was simple going through the online process, I received a few phone calls leading up to the service and a tracker showing me the techs location so I could anticipate his arrival. In addition to this they also sent us a picture of the employee that’s going to service our location so we know who to expect! Amazing service all around!

I had water coming up into my basement and called Thornton & Grooms. I have used their services in the past and was pleased with their work. This time around was no different. Cody arrived on time and immediately got to work. He was very personable and kept me informed throughout the process. I ended up requiring additional work and Brad made a point to thoroughly explain what the issues are, how they can be fixed, and exactly how much it would cost. He helped me set up an appointment for an install crew to come back in two days. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and every person Thornton & Grooms has sent to my house has been outstanding. Thank you!

Review EDIT: Job and Billy from the Install department were at my home today to complete the work previously scheduled. Billy has excellent people skills, he kept me informed throughout the process. They were working outside in direct sunlight and the heat for the entire job but that did not hinder their commitment to customer service and superb work. Job and Billy are true assets to Thornton & Grooms. Thanks again!
