Your salesman Joe came to my house on 5-9-24. He did take some pictures on the roof and looked in my craw space. He was inside of my house for roughly 6 hours. He told me if I guessed the price of the job he would take me to dinner but only McDonalds because he did not have much money. I was taken advantage of I wrote the check for 1,500 dollars and he left. I had Until no later than 5-14 to cancel my bid. My Financial advisor called and spoke with joe to try and get my 1,500 dollars back in good faith. This did not work either. I will keep sending reviews until my 1,500 is returned to me. I do not want anyone come to my house and I do not want anyone to call me or hassle me in anyway. I want my 1,500 check mailed to me or I will write a review every day unit my check comes in the mail.

The guys at top home improvement worked with me on a good time to install my windows ,since I'm a third shifter,also they came out and knocked out my old windows and put in new in just a couple hours ,very clean and very efficient work,very satisfied with job ,will look forward to using them again on other parts of my house thanks again Jordan family

We had Top Home Improvements come do our bathroom, and we are so happy with the turnout, they did it in less time as they said, and the work was done perfectly, we love it so much, they are courteous,great customer service oriented, get the job done right and perfect, I’d definitely hire them again for future projects I have them 5 stars, they deserve it, I’m posting some pics of the work they did see for yourself. The windows are well built and we love them. We received the best customer service Starting with the consultant, Taylor A to the installers Gordon and Jordan and the final inspection with Sawyer. We highly recommend Top Home Improvement

If I could give them zero stars, I would! First of all, they quoted us monthly payments for our new windows and they NEVER once said that after 3 months the monthly payment doubles! Surprise! Second, the guys that came in to install the windows were VERY unprofessional!! They never once covered their shoes- in and out of the house constantly, dragging mud from our yard into the house. They also were talking about very personal things in front of us. And they left behind nails, saw dust on the carpet, etc... never once even said they'd clean up their mess, just left it for us to clean, along with the mud from their shoes. And lastly, it's been over a year since we got them done and I still feel air coming through them! For the price we paid, this is a crap job!! A few of them don't like to lock and the sliding screens are flimsy. We could've gotten them done better somewhere else for way cheaper!! Stay far away!

We just had all of our windows done and I just can’t say enough about how amazing they are. We also had a front door and a sliding door done 2 years ago and that’s why we went back to TopHome for our windows. From start to finish we have had great customer service. There employees are all very knowledgeable and take pride in their craft. The girls in the office are amazing they went above and beyond to make sure they got everything done right. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new windows installed by Top Home Improvement! Everyone I came in contact with or talked to was professional, courteous & knew what they were doing! That includes Lakota, Talon & Makyla in the office to Zach who gave me the estimate, John & his team that installed the beautiful windows & the follow up with Steve & Sawyer! Very easy process from start to finish. I would definitely use them again for my home improvement projects!

Top Home replaced our shower and completely transformed our bathroom!! They removed the very old sliding doors, replaced the tub & upgraded the shower! It looks incredible & we can now enjoy our bathroom again! The customer service was great & the follow up ensured everything was perfect!
