Casey Snyder my rep at Trinity I must say has went over and beyond for me. HIs knowledge and outstanding communication with me has been incredible...Casey has called with install updates , processing information regarding system set up, layout updates ( regarding township regulations ) and system active date. I must say I was completely impressed...Trinity is blessed to have a such a person like Casey that really cares not only about his job but the customers as well....

Horrible experience with them I should have gone with another provider. Promised no out of pocket for tree removal then was told they would pay the tree company directly. Then they said won't pay tree company till project done and service turned on. Their I was promised reimbursement because I had to pay the tree company. They shorted me on reimbursement. Roofing division shot 2 nails through the ceiling and they refused to pay for repairs, cracked ceiling in the living room and refused to pay for repairs, 2 bulbs from kitchen ceiling broke and they refused to pay for the replacement, cracked window on outside of kitchen and refused to pay for repair. Account payable nor anyone in the company will return calls.
In addition, pieces of plastic strips still flap from under the shingles and Noone has come out to fix it even after telling the sales person, roofing manager and a rep who called me. When I found metal clips laying on the floor a week after installation I called Trinity about them and was told, "Those are wire clips just throw them out." I asked if someone can reinstall them I was again told to throw them out.
As of today, I still have not received full reimbursement for tree removal as promised, have not received referral payment as promised. I feel like the only way to be paid is by having to litigate the charges.
Look for another company

About eight years ago, we built a new home on the Connecticut shoreline. Over the years we have looked at solar energy from multiple companies; but each time I did the analysis, it did not make sense to install solar. More recently, the cost of electricity has gone up dramatically, and I revisited solar energy proposals from several companies; and for a plethora of reasons, decided to move forward with Trinity Solar.

One of my neighbors recommended Trinity and Nelly Morris (sales representative) because he was very pleased with both the product and level of service. After speaking in detail with Nelly over the phone, I requested and received a copy of the proposed contract, which we approved in 48 hours. Over the next three months, Nelly guided us through every phase of the project; permitting, installation, zoning, and approvals. The project was finished in timely fashion, and the solar system has worked flawlessly for the past four months. I had no out-of-pocket expense, and the cost of electricity per kilowatt hour has gone down very significantly. All in all, I am extremely pleased with Trinity Solar and the sales representative, Nelly Morris, whom I would best describe as a project manager. I strongly recommend Trinity Solar, and in particular Nelly Morris.

Evelyn Lomas is extremely knowledgeable about Trinity’s solar products. She spent a few hours with us explaining the process and continues to stay in touch. I highly recommend Evelyn and the Trinity family.
The installers were professional and respectful of our time and worked according to our plans. So far we are extremely satisfied. Our system has not been activated yet however we anticipate great customer service when that happens.

Trinity Solar and Christine Schwindt did an excellent job helping us transition to solar power. Christine was extremely knowledgeable about the product/process and walked us through each step. She also responded quickly if we had any additional questions. The installation team was professional and worked quickly, wearing shoe covers whenever they came into the house. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

After having my doubts about installing solar, Tony Roach and the team at Trinity Solar took their time educating me on the benefits of solar. Tony meticulously walked me through every step of the process from the planning phase through the installation and activation phase. Everyone involved provided the highest quality of customer service to ensure my family and home were well taken care of. I can not thank Tony and the team at Trinity Solar enough. Highly recommend.

Switching my home over to solar panels was the greatest investment that I could ever have made! Yes, it is an investment in the beginning, but it sure has paid off in the long run. My electric bill was significantly lowered. I also have to mention how I was so pleased by the Professionalism, Flexibility, and Exceptional work that Tony Roach from Trinity Solar completed on the solar panels in my home. He was very accommodating and tailored his work to fit my individual needs. I highly recommend this company as well as Tony if you’re planning on getting solar panels for your home. Our friends contracted Trinity Solar a few years back and had a great experience. I scheduled a consultation and our sales rep Alison was outstanding. We weighed all options and chose to move forward with PPA ( Power Purchase Agreement).

I am very pleased with how the process is going with my solar. Yesterday I had the workers at my house doing the electrical and placing the panels on my roof. They were very professional and very polite and informed me of everything they were doing. The process has been easy and would highly recommend this group of people I have been working with.

From start to finish my experience with Trinity Solar has been amazing. Our representative, Shawn, has even become an adopted family member! Start to finish the process was well explained, executed beautifully and followed up. The guys that put the panels up were super sweet and did an amazing job. They even completed everything in one day! I will recommend Trinity to anyone considering solar as this has been such a great experience. They even won over my 86yr old father who falsely believed solar was a ‘racket’!
