Widely praised for professional staff and smooth installations with strong energy savings; however, a notable minority report billing and coordination issues.
Customer feedback consistently highlights Trinity Solar's knowledgeable sales reps, proactive project management, professional installation crews, and real cost savings from solar adoption. Many reviews praise quick turnarounds, streamlined permitting, and coordination of roofing work with minimal disruption. Positive experiences often mention clear timelines, regular updates, and courteous crews who leave the site tidy. On the negative side, several customers report billing delays, poor interdepartment communication, postponed activation dates, and inconsistent follow-up. A few accounts describe promises not fully honored, reimbursement issues, or service gaps after installation. Overall, Trinity Solar delivers strong solar outcomes.

We had an excellent experience working with this company. From our very first interaction through installation and system startup, the level of service and professionalism we received was outstanding. The team was responsive, informative, and clearly committed to making sure we understood the process and felt confident every step of the way.
A special thank-you goes to Alexis, who initially introduced us to the idea of installing solar panels and supported us throughout the entire journey. She consistently followed up, answered our questions, and demonstrated genuine dedication to our satisfaction. Even after the system was up and running, she continued to check in to be sure everything was going smoothly.
When an installation issue arose, Alexis played a key role in helping us identify it and worked diligently to ensure it was resolved. Her attentiveness and persistence made a real difference in our overall experience. Thanks to the professionalism of both Alexis and the company as a whole, we felt well supported from start to finish.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jamie from Trinity. From beginning to the end the service we received was perfection. Jamie and everyone at Trinity was so helpful, kind and courteous. Jamie and staff had patience of a saint, holding our hand the whole way and answering our millions of questions promptly though the entire process. From set up with Jamie, to the installation team and our final inspection it has been wonderful and we highly recommend.

I highly recommend using Evelyn. We researched several companies prior to our decision. The process was smooth, my Solar has been on 2 months, she's already did a review of my bill and actually requested to see my bill again in a few months. She always kept me informed of everything going on with my Solar. She always answers promptly and I have had a great experience because of her. She takes great care of her customers. If anyone ever asks me which solar company to use my answer will always be Evelyn from Trinity Solar.

We did a solar PPA and it was a great experience with Trinity! The sales rep was fantastic. He walked us through everything and was not pushy. Answered all our questions. It feels great to know that I am contributing to the grid and the need for electricity and I am doing it with just the sun. And I will save a bunch of money, now and in the future. As our rep said, we will always have to pay for electricity, why not be less and clean.

From start to finish, Trinity was consistently supportive - alerting us on what to expect, preparing us for upcoming visits or installations, post work follow up calls, etc. Workers were all professional and thorough. We had them replace our older roof shingles and install solar panels. All work went smoothly. I would highly recommend.

Trinity solar is a highly professional and reputable company. They installed solar on my roof and worked hard to help me resolve a dispute with ac electric over my service address. The installation went smoothly and was completed in 1 day (10 hours). The installation team was professional and knowledgeable. The support for all of the regulatory processes was exceptional. The sales team was very helpful and thorough. I am thrilled to be up and running on solar as of this week. I highly recommend Trinity solar if you have an opportunity to install solar

I'm having an absolutely awful experience with Trinity all around.
Each department is separate and they don't speak to each other. The first example is comical. I need to pay my bill in order to continue the project. The service department set a billing request to the payment department 2 weeks ago. They still haven't given me a bill. The service department doesn't have any connections or way to contact billing. They continued to send messages to billing that are on answered. The simple fact that to departments in the same company can't work together timely, is insane. You would think it would be easy to pay your bill.
There are mountains of problems. It's near impossible to get hold of anyone. Maybe this will get their attention so I can get a more direct line from somebody in corporate to help solve my problems. Chat, calls, messages, emails. It's all challenging.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life with a business.
I am going on 1.5 years of waiting to have solar panels AFTER a contract signature. I started this process in April of 2024 and now it’s October 2025, they finally installed them in August but of course they still aren’t turned on and I can’t get an update on the process.
The salesperson has no regard for providing service and borderline harassed me to refer her to people the whole time when I can’t even get my own solar panels installed. They clearly only care about sales and that’s it. Additionally Trinity hired a team to remove trees from my property and the contract states that they will would cut the tree to the ground….well they hired the cheapest and worse tree company they could find because they left the tree stumps standing 6+ feet in the air because they were too lazy to do their jobs and fulfill the contract. Now I have to personally spend several thousand on top of that to have a more competent tree company finish the job.
When the install team came out to the property I got noise complaints from neighbors because the installers were behind insanely loud while using vulgar language. I was not home when they finished the install and they left my doors to my house open…I have cats that could’ve gotten out but thank goodness my neighbor noticed and came to shut the door. The installers stole my power tool batteries, left panel mount brackets thrown in my garden, and drilled excessive holes in my brick that they didn’t even use. They didn’t seal the conduit that ran into my house, they left sharp wires and screwdrivers all over my yard that could’ve hurt my dog, and guess what….i still don’t have working panels. I seriously can’t fathom my situation being able to get any worse. If I could undo all of this I would’ve never given this company my business to start with. I could keep going on about the rest of the problems but I think I’ve made my point. I understand that from time to time there’s a bad situation, but through all of this not a single thing even attempted to make it right except the project manager that hunted down the person that stole my power tool battery and made them return it.

Our salesman, Tom Malone was a pleasure to deal with! He was easily accessible and answer all of our questions. The installation was very smooth, and the lead installer took careful attention to make our panels symmetrical and appealing. We are very satisfied with our panels!

Chris Santiago is awesome! So glad to have a home that generates its own electricity. The system was designed to match our consumption. With data centers popping up everywhere its nice to know our rate will never increase more than 3% per year.
