Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They're quick to get you into a loan but when you need to contact anyone either the phone goes straight to voicemail or is disconnected. Our lender nor our install contractor could get in touch with them. Also, they do not keep you updated on whats going on throught the process. I'm regretting using this company and highly suggest noone else does.

Wait long enough to install and not all the way so have to come back but not till weeks later so one cannot get out of contracts. The company is suing the first installers. No one will answer their phones, salesman who came out quit. Still have instrument issues and now paying for default equipment for the next 26 yrs

We have had the absolute worst experience and have had to seek legal involvement due to our panels not being installed correctly, damage done to our property and the absolute refusal to return any of our calls. Brad Foreman will lie straight to your face about the money you can save and the company will take months to finally come up with plans and will not show up when scheduled to install. Our bills for electric keep going up and now i have a solar payment on top of it.
BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

United Home Solutions has been a let down to say the least. The initial process with the rep Jon was great but from that point on it went downhill. They used sub contractors who were sub par, and inadequate. The sub contractors left trash all through my yard, told us they would be back the day after the initial install day but never showed up, wasting our time. The sub contractors also cut a hole in my insulation in the attic and did not tell me about it. The subs also did not repair the hole. I had to make contact with the Rep Jon who was able to get someone out to repair the hole weeks later. The subs also did not connect my system to the app as they were instructed, so now I cannot monitor my system. I have been in contact with Jon for multiple months and nothing has been has been done above his level to resolve the issue. As issues arose the only point of contact we had was Jon our sales rep and although he did his best there was a lot of misinformation given from other people in the company.

I can safely say the process with United Home Solutions is the worst solar install experience I have had. This is the second system I have had installed on a home and this one is leaps and bounds worse. Even with the incentives United Home Solutions offer, which is $1,000 dollars per referral and $5,000 for the 4th or 5th referral, I will not be referring any business to them. I normally don't write reviews but I think it is important to pass along to the people in my area that United Home Solutions is not the correct company to choose in the Central Texas Area.

Update . Tired of being ignored!!! After speaking with an individual about a major issue I was informed they wanted to fix the problem. Was grateful they said they wanted to. Even left a good review based on good faith. Waited six months and called back and no call back given after over a week. Several people who started this process no longer there. The salesman who set me up and flat out lied and another manager who repeatedly told me I was producing a 100 percent and clearly I wasn’t. When realized I wasn’t her and the salesman completely ignored me. Use another company and make sure they put enough panels on!!!!

I had a great sales experience and installation experience. I had two systems installed in August. The systems are working great but I have a problem with reporting to Enphase. I have tried to contact the office on three separate occasions and have had two of my three calls returned with promises of getting my problem resolved. Now I have received and email from Enphase telling me one of my systems is not reporting at all. My original issue is still unresolved and now I have a second issue. I have been trying to contact the office again and the phone never gets answered and there is no option to leave a voice mail. I have even tried to contact my salesman, Jacob, with no returned calls. I have been fighting this for over a month now with no resolution. I don't want to get ugly about this but my patience is wearing thin. I give them 5 stars except for service after the sale. At this point they don't even deserve a 1 star rating. That would certainly be different if I could get some resolution.

United Home Solutions was great to work with! Cole Mafera came to do our home Solar Energy System design and pricing options. We had asked for options of solar panels only and also solar panels with battery backup. As an engineer, I had requested the representative be prepared to answer detailed questions about the solar panel materials and battery backup materials and properties. Cole was amazing, very professional but also very nice to work with as he has great people skills, too! Unlike some of the companies we have dealt with in the past, Cole (with United Home Solutions) was never pushy and was not trying to get us to "sign up" to anything while he was here. He provided us with a very comprehensive set of facts about the overall costs and financing options, and also answered all of our questions (and even provided detailed technical data to satisfy my detail-oriented "engineer's brain"). He provided all the financial information so we could evaluate the return on investment for each option. Great representative--great company!
