They are nice

From sale to final install was nothing short of Stellar! The rep Carlos took care of everything quickly and professionally. The install team came saw and conquered 29 windows on a 100+ years old house in one day. Thanks to Joey, Jeff and Kota for making this such a good experience.

Just had them installed so I cannot give a good weather review for performance yet. But the installers we had were very friendly and courteous. The windows do appear to be of much higher quality than my old Simonton windows. Had 10 windows done and if they do well will be doing the rest. Great job so far!

The team of three guys were amazing!!! I have never seen a crew work so well together! It was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor. They worked from the moment they walked in and didn’t stop for anything!!!! Amazing!!! The whole job was complete in about 4 hours including clean up. This is just a few pictures not all.

Dan called to let us know his eta, was respectful of property, knowledgeable and fast at fixing an issue with our window as well as with a door lock. He gave advice for window care as well as with a window tag that had come off. Dan was seriously just all around a pleasure to have in our home.

The team of 4 guys came right on time and started promptly. They were courteous and very hard working. They kept their work areas clean and ultimately my house as well. They installed 18 windows and a patio door in about 4 hours.

Sales person was terrific, and once they got out here, professional and got the job done and quick. I'm finally after 3 years enjoying the nice breeze in my house. Love it and the cat loves sitting in the window.

Windows looks great, installation was as expected.
However the sizing was on the small side on 2 of the windows, we feel draft from the side of the windows.
Slider window have lots of frame and the glass is 5x6in smaller than the original window.
The window trim on the outside are not matching our other trim.
No one have called back too follow up on the installation and windows.

We would not recommend Universal Windows Direct, and this is a very disappointing review about work that never happened. We had one sales rep come to our house and spend two hours selling us on work claiming it was the best possible price. We declined because pressure sales tactics are rarely conducive to good consumer decision-making. The next day, a company rep called us and said they were offering rebates for the work, as long as we were ok with a sales manager coming on a subsequent day – we agreed. A few days later, another sales rep, not a manager, came by and said the work couldn’t even be done as stated due to some architectural issues with our house. We never received an updated quote either. We had another window company come out, and that company had no issues giving us a quote and all the details. We called Universal Windows back and finally got to a manager, who asked us to send pictures of the windows, so that he could send us an accurate quote. It’s been almost two weeks, and we’ve had zero response from Universal Windows. No emails, no return calls, absolutely nothing. We wasted hours on the appointments, phone calls, and emails all to no avail. This experience was a total waste of our time, and although Universal Windows has been very friendly in communication, nothing has come of it. We will likely never know what they can and can’t do for us or how much it would have cost.

Jason, Dustin and Mike did a wonderful job! I got all 23 windows replaced on a 1929 home and they look amazing! They were friendly, introduced themselves, worked hard and went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed perfectly.
