Kenny was professional and explained all the benefits and what my house needed to be more energy efficient. Joey and Chris did a great job with the insulation project were friendly and professional. Joey did a walk through before starting the job and after. They did a nice job cleaning up and I appreciated the great service. Highly recommend USA Insulation of Connecticut.

Matt was here for attic installation estimate from USA Inatallation. He was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and very honest. He offered great suggestions to accommodate our needs. Pricing was reasonable. He had our concerns in mind. Better than an average sales person with regard to keeping the customer's best interest in the forefront.

USA insulation did a wonderful job on my Condo with insulated of the entire unit… Dominik Doel and his coworker worked efficiently and very professionally trained in what they had to do… Most definitely will refer to my friends here in my Complex… Thank you..

The whole team at USA Insulation of CT was great to work with. Karissa was diligent about keeping me aware of things via phone and text, Matt did a fantastic job of determining our insulation needs and walking us through the process, and Benny and his team (Dominick, Julio, Joey, and Darian) were extremely efficient in getting the job done properly. Seriously, I work from home and it was like they weren't there at all! They got to my place right on time, set things up, got to work, and cleaned up so well after they left the place nicer than they found it!

Of course, along with fantastic customer service, the insulation has already begun to pay off. Our new home had only about 5 inches of insulation in the attic (yikes) and barely any insulation at all in most of the walls (double yikes!). How the previous owners managed to survive living like this is beyond me. We realized we needed to check our insulation more thoroughly after the ac was struggling to keep our second (and main) floor below 82 degrees. We're able to track and monitor when our ac cycles on and off. Since installing the insulation just yesterday, there's already been a noticeable dip in the amount of times the ac has had to cycle on. Even now, it's 90 degrees outside while inside it's a comfortable 72 degrees. And the last time my ac had to cycle on to keep it there was... an hour ago for about 15 minutes. That is a MASSIVE improvement.

So to USA Insulation of CT, you have our sincerest thanks for making our first house feel like that much more of a properly comfy (and cool) home!

Just had the pleasure of meeting Kenny, who was very comprehensive with his analysis of our attic issue. Kenny also possesses very strong customer service skills. He is a true credit to this company and I would recommend him to anyone.

We just got our house and attic insulated and we have been very happy while working with USA Insulation CT! Kenny our energy consultant, was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The install happened within 3 business days. The installation crew of Noah, River and Ryan arrived early, worked efficiently and were knowledgeable. We’re impressed all around and looking forward to seeing the return on our investment- with energy savings and equity into our home!

During the consultation, the salesperson assured us that they could install foam insulation in the interior walls to help regulate the temperature. However, when the crew arrived, they cut a hole in our ceiling and informed us that interior insulation wasn’t actually possible — completely contradicting what we were told.

Following the exterior installation, the entire upstairs was overwhelmed with a strong chemical odor that lasted over six weeks, making it completely unlivable. This was especially distressing because we have an eight-month-old daughter, and her nursery was unusable. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch for almost two months.

We reached out to the company multiple times to share our concerns. They did send someone to assess the situation, but no formal tests were done — no air quality check, no lab analysis of the foam. We were simply told it was “cured” and advised to keep ventilating. Now, nearly two months later, the smell still lingers, and there’s been no meaningful follow-up. A couple of weeks ago, they said they’d “circle back” and we never heard from them.

To make matters worse, the insulation did nothing to improve our heating and cooling issues, so we endured this whole experience for absolutely no benefit. It’s been frustrating, disappointing, and exhausting — and I would strongly caution others before choosing to work with this company.
