USA Insulation of Rhode Island

Our home was built in the 1940's and sits on Mount Hope Bay. In the wintertime, the wind hitting the house makes it sound like the building is flying at 35,000 feet.

The job by USA Insulation was done right and we're quite happy with the results! Already noticed a decrease in the noise! The crew was great - very professional and courteous! Really nice guys. We're glad we connected with USA Insulation for the project!

My ranch house built in 1967 is a complete turn around! Before insulation my heat came on about every 20 minutes now it comes on over an hour or so. Matthew Miller my sales person was on top of my job at all times. The oinsulation installation crew were amazing. When they arrived at my house they got right to work, worked very hard. When they were finished I could not tell that they were ever there.

To begin, my visit with the Energy Consultant, Kenny Conley was quite enjoyable. At no time did I feel pressured in my decision making. Kenny was very professional, yet very personable. He explained every little detail to me; assuring me that I was dealing with a first class insulation company. I had no doubts or feelings of apprehension when he left my home. By the time he did leave my home, Kenny had a way of making me feel very special. He actually took the time to sit and with great interest, listen to what I had to share about my life's journey. I was already feeling a personal connection to USA Insulation.

On the first day of insulation, the crew's Supervisor, Benny introduced himself to me in a very friendly and pleasant manner. By the time everything was done, I felt a very personal connection to the whole crew. I was very impressed of how well everybody worked together; and how willing they were in answering any questions I had for them throughout the day.

When the second crew arrived a week later, Mitch and his partner were also very friendly and very professional in getting my home completely insulated.

Last but certainly not least, is Karissa! She always treated me as though I was the only customer she had. I never felt rushed on our phone conversations. Nor did I ever feel that I was being an annoyance. She was always willing to do whatever she could to make me a happy customer. Oct. 29, I wasn't feeling well. I feel asleep and did not awake when Mitch arrived at 3pm. With no response, Mitch left. I immediately called Karissa. She attempted to call Mitch and get him to come back. Mitch was too far away to return. Karissa told me the next return date is Nov 16th. However, she will do all she can to get somebody sooner. The very next day, Karissa called me and said that a crew will be there today to finish the job. Now that's what you call great customer service. That you USA Insulation for the great people you all are; and the great work you do!!!

Quick and thorough installation. My home office already feels more thermally stable with less temperature fluctuations. The process is quick and easy with great results so far. I will be using usa insulation on my next real estate project

Britt, and the team provided, extraordinary customer service, they truly have a passion for their job. Let me start by informing you that the team started to prepare the job to do the Spray Foam Insulation and recognize that I had mold in my attic. The team had stopped and showed me their concerns we were able to address it have the attic completely free of mold. Then the team return and accommodated my family and I schedule to complete the process. I have then referred them to serval of my family and friends.

Tremendous work ethics and quality work and reasonably priced

So its kind of my fault that I had issues with USA Insulation for not catching the signs. These people rush everything during the sales pitch they supposedly had a cancelation and wanted to come the next day( with the promise of a discount if they can do it the next day but i got the same quote any way)when I made my decision they had a cancelation and scheduled me for the next day, they were here on time for me to sign the financing paper work but the crew was 2 hours late because they were waiting on a truck (supposedly at the point now that i dont believe anything they say), and they wanted to get the job done so bad in one day that they had 6 guys in our house till almost 7pm and still rushed the job so much that left they left mess in my house that they particularly came back and cleaned except for the stuff they got on my newly installed epoxy floor in the garage. Now that I have lost trust in this company, I been asking for a job completion package that shows pics of what they did and have not received it 2 weeks after the job, the sales guy promise to get it to me today and nope, they only rush the parts that benifits them, BEWARE! Will update survey with how I make out with them from here on. I put a very small simple of pictures.
