Eric, who was our initial technician was very professional and friendly. After checking out our situation he recommended a Bumble Breeze representative to meet with us the next day. We scheduled an appointment window from 11 to 1pm the next day. The following morning our appointment window was changed to 12 to 2pm with NO notice. At 2:08 pm I phoned Bumble Breeze to see what was going on. No one had contacted me or anything. I was told they were having trouble locating the technician At 2:17 I received a call from Mark, who told me he was on his way. I asked why I was never contacted when my appointment window was expired. He had no real answer and was less than accommodating. I told him we were no longer available for him as our expected appointment window was expired and we had no communication from him.
This is all unfortunate as Eric, who we first interacted with was a great representative for the company…..Mark, not so much.
We had another dependable company complete our work, which was done on schedule with GREAT communication !

Their customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and responsive. They scheduled me quickly, showed up on time, and Francis was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, gave me reasonable pricing, and got the job done efficiently without cutting corners. I highly recommend Bumble Breeze!

Have used bumble breeze many times in the past but I've been having some consistency issues with the work on their plumbing side.

Our most recent call we did an after hours call for a garbage disposal installation and while our technican was really great to work with, part of the installation was botched. All of the hard parts were done correctly, but something simple was missed which compromised the whole installation.

With this garbage disposal there is a cardboard gasket, this washer is supposed to be installed under the sink to sit between the backup flange and bottom of sink basin. But instead it was installed between the flange and top of sink. This caused the flange to sit up high in the sink instead of flush with the basin, causing water to pool up where it cannot drain, as well as eventually start leaking through the gasket. In the images I attached you can see such a pooling up of water as well as the the cardboard gasket after I disassembled it to put it back together correctly. If you look at the cardboard gasket, you can see the letters embedded into it from the metal flange to the left, proving it was being sandwiched between the bottom of the flange and too of the sink basin.

Anyways, like I said the hard part was mostly done so I just took it apart and put it back together. It was not that difficult, but needless to say a pretty annoying experience.

Love the service Bumble breeze has and Riley went through everything I needed and made sure I understood every step of it. Overall a wonderful experience with them. Great customer support and even more wonderful people they have on their team.

The attic ductwork returns that were installed are great! They look like they have always been there but brand new! The drywall repair went really well. He was quiet and efficient. The air duct cleaning and sanitation went incredibly fast. The technician was really professional and explained everything to me. He really did a great job. The inspection went really well!

Bumble Breeze was a breeze to work with. From the initial call to the end of the service call. Nic the service technician was amazing. Super knowledgeable…Nic made the job look super easy because of his experience, he accomplished the goal at hand to replace my PVR and brought my water pressure throughout my house to the correct pressure, couldn’t be happier. The price was better than anyone in the plumbing industry. These guys deserve a 5 star all around and are highly recommended and respected. Thank you! 😊

Scott, Mario, Will, and the rest of the guys installed a whole home humidification system and indoor air quality system for me. They were professional, prompt, and thorough the whole way through. At the end they walked me through the maintenance that I had to do with my new system. Very clean work, you can see the craftsmanship. Thank you bumble breeze!

After spending 1000's on a new A/C and heater over the summer, we went to turn the heater on as the weather got cold and the unit only blew cold air. Contacted the company for their supposed VIP service. Yeah they scheduled me for an appointment two days later while we had no heat. They cam out supposedly fixed it. Turned heat on and once again it didn't work. A different guy came out (Leo). Said it was a faulty gas valve, and have to order the part. Another week goes by they schedule the repair, say they will be there between 8-11am and don't show up or even call. Supposedly manager Mario dropped the ball. I had to call them at 3pm to see what was happening. They were busy. Remember claims of VIP service...not from Bumble Breeze. Spoke to Mario's manager who said he was gonna handle it and call me back to follow up. Two weeks later still haven't heard from these clowns.
My advice don't waste a penny using this company. Terrible cheap products THE WORST customer service ever. Don't show to appointments, they claim to be a family company but that's a scam too. Its really a big corporation. Don't bother calling them. If I could get my money back I would. This entire team is incompetent.

This company was professional from the very first call to schedule an appointment. They sent Andrew, he was so nice, knowledgeable and informative. It was clear he loves what he does. It turns out we have bigger issues than a clog and we hv yet to make a decision on it but we were given a variety of options to fix the concern which was appreciated. We are seriously considering Bumble Breeze to do the major repairs. I highly recommend calling this company out for your plumbing needs.
