I called Bumble Breeze after being told I needed a brand new unit because mine was phased out. Bumble Bee came found the company had tuned my unit off from the roof. Adam the technician was very honest. He found me a much more affordable solution. He also did a full inspection and told me what to look out for in the future.

I would hire a 4-year-old with a toy tool set to fix something in my home before I would call Bumble Breeze again. We needed our hot water heater replaced—a pretty simple task for most plumbers—but it took four visits and three different people to get the job done.
Every visit featured some miscommunication about the date or time of arrival, or a mistake that needed to be corrected. For example, we had brown water the day after the initial installation. They came back to “fix” it, but the next day water was leaking from pipes they hadn’t properly sealed, ruining the drywall in our garage. Then we discovered the sound of rocks rattling in the pipes every time hot water was used.
Every technician who came was baffled by the mistakes made by the person before him. Each would try to fix the previous problem, only to create another issue that needed yet another visit from the next incompetent person. The last technician even had his blowtorch break mid-job and said he couldn’t complete the task because he didn’t have a working tool. He asked if we had tools he could borrow and complained that the company doesn’t provide what he needs, saying he couldn’t afford to buy another blowtorch. We ended up helping him problem-solve by suggesting he call someone else in the company to bring the tool—instead of having a meltdown in our garage.
By this point, I had taken a total of four days off work just to get the water heater installed properly. The cost of the plumbing, combined with the lost income from missing four days of work, was astronomical. They simply do not respect their customers’ time.
Months later, Bumble Breeze reached out to schedule the city inspection. Once again, I had to take yet another day off work. The day before the inspection, they sent a reminder asking me to confirm the appointment, which I did. I received their text saying they were coming. Then, on the morning of the inspection, their automated system sent a text saying they would be coming tomorrow.
When we called to point out the discrepancy, they told us they were overbooked and the city wouldn’t be coming that day—it would be tomorrow instead. They didn’t even have the courtesy to proactively let us know they messed up again. They acted like expecting me to take a sixth day off work for one project was no big deal.
They don’t care that every time I have to take a day off work to accommodate their incompetence, I lose income. At this point, I started to suspect this “no-show” on the inspection day was intentional—not the unavoidable scheduling error their permit director cowardly claimed. It feels like they’re trying to frustrate me to the point that I simply can’t take another day off, so the inspection never happens and the city doesn’t see the likely botched work they did.
They avoid accountability at every level and try to make it seem like it’s the customer’s fault. Bumble Breeze is shady and incompetent from top to bottom. BEWARE!

Fabian, Larry & Devin represented Bumble Breeze in a very excellent way! Larry is very knowledgeable & patient. He took his time answering all of our questions.He gave us a lot of great information about their company & the services/products they provide. Fabian & Devin were very thorough in checking & servicing the vents & air ducts. All 3 of them are very professional, punctual, friendly & most of all they were respectful of our home by making sure that they left it clean after their service. We like it that they let us know that they are on their way & we can actually track where they are at.
Larry's introductory video that's he is on his way is awesome, too! Such a nice touch!!!

From beginning to end, every person we met that worked with us was incredibly professional and knowledgeable!! They were patient with our questions and helped us to feel confident with our decision. From our 1st conversation with Richard (sales manager) in our home on Thursday - to Siggy and his installation crew coming out the very next morning on Friday - the 7hr, double HVAC removal and install was quick and seamless! A/C needed recharged I called & spoke to Jeren. She's was very kind, professional and she helped me with my issue by sending another kind, professional & honest technician named Grady to recharge my unit. I was a loyal customer of Yes air until they over charged me, tried to sell me a new unit when it did not need one. Now I am loyal customer of Bumble Breeze and I recommend them over Yes air. Eric came by right on schedule to checkout our system at the ONE. After fully inspecting and documenting our unit he reviewed all findings with us. He gave us several options to replace old worn parts in our 8 year old system. We did not want to put a lot of money into and old system when there were major components that were showing age. We opted for a consultation regarding replacement.
We had a meeting with Mark Morell and reviewed options for a new system. After discussing our old system and the environmental issues in Las Vegas that affect the system we decided to purchase a new system.
The new system was installed the next day by Jorge and Wilton. They came in covered the floors and went to work at 10:45am. Once unit was connected Wilton assisted me in setting up the new Nest thermostat.
The guys then preceeded to test the new system to make sure it was cooling and heating properly. They took the time to adjust the thermostat to make sure it was operating properly.

Our experiences with BumbleBreeze have been excellent. Eric Oliva came out to do a seasonal checkup of our AC and try to figure out why our main bedroom didn’t cool in the summers. His work was thorough and efficient, and he explained everything he did and the results of his inspections clearly. He didn’t try to upsell us, though he did identify the bedroom issue and suggested solutions. He was friendly and professional and low-pressure, which is exactly what we’ve experienced from Bumble Breeze in the past and why they’ve earned our trust. Mark came to present their bid, and again the experience was low pressure and professional. The job itself was carried out with amazing efficiency and tidiness, and our installers were professional and friendly. We recently also had a plumbing inspection from Jesus Rivera Rodriguez that was thorough and effective.

Eric, who was our initial technician was very professional and friendly. After checking out our situation he recommended a Bumble Breeze representative to meet with us the next day. We scheduled an appointment window from 11 to 1pm the next day. The following morning our appointment window was changed to 12 to 2pm with NO notice. At 2:08 pm I phoned Bumble Breeze to see what was going on. No one had contacted me or anything. I was told they were having trouble locating the technician At 2:17 I received a call from Mark, who told me he was on his way. I asked why I was never contacted when my appointment window was expired. He had no real answer and was less than accommodating. I told him we were no longer available for him as our expected appointment window was expired and we had no communication from him.
This is all unfortunate as Eric, who we first interacted with was a great representative for the company…..Mark, not so much.
We had another dependable company complete our work, which was done on schedule with GREAT communication !
