So, we called Bumble Breeze due to a clogged kitchen sink. We had already tried to get a plumber out to the house but they blew off the appointment so I went searching and got Bumble Breeze. The first plumber was very professional and spent some time with the issue but they had to send a different plumber the second day. The next plumber was also quite professional and seemed to have the clog opened, yet a third plumber needed to come and assess the situation. The third plumber was their “drain expert” and he proceeded to check out drain system to the sewer and found that we had some very serious issues. We were shown video footage of the pipes that lead to the sewer and were provided an estimate to reroute those pipes as well as flush out the pipes in the house to improve and fix our problem. The estimate came to just about $20,000.

Luckily, we decided to get a second opinion. They were able to inspect our pipes and found that we had a clean system with no need for any type of repairs. In fact they made some recommendations on how to keep our system running smoothly. They did charge us $250 for the inspection, yet it was the best use of my money and time.

Even though Bumble Breeze was very kind and professional, we were being sold something that was not needed and would have been a financial mistake.

My house is in worse condition than it started with working with these guys.

Aside from damaged my attic access molding, leaving black hand prints on the ceiling, and dusting my floors with pieces of insulation, I can say they attempted to sell me on a bs furnace replacement and duct/insulation work. House is a few years old, system and setup are fine.

Came out to service an existing water softener, lied about that needing to be replaced also.

Called me 3/4 months later needing to come by sometime in a 4 hour window to give a water softener installation inspection to the city because they forgot to at the time of installation.

Told me I needed a tankless heater flush because hot water was delayed. After their “flush” the problem was worse.

2 techs gave me personal numbers to follow up with issues they created and then never replied on the issues after they left.

Communication within is terrible. Mismatched scheduling, constant text messages about scheduling and leaving reviews, multiple people contacting you without any idea what they other has done or is doing. Not sure how they run, seems pretty chaotic.

Another plumber fixed all my issues quickly and painlessly in a single trip. Still waiting for a call back a month later trying to cancel my “yearly membership” with them.

Better service providers are out there without the bs, I promise.

I scheduled an appointment with Bumble Breeze. This was the first time I had used their services. The technician arrived during the time window that had been scheduled. His name was Raymond and he was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job performing the requested service.

While there I asked Raymond about an unrelated issue in my home and he provided me with all the information necessary and even made an inquiry on my behalf to ensure that the issue was properly handled to my satisfaction.

Raymond also treated my home with care and kept everything very clean during his time working.

My stepdad had a new HVAC system installed in January 2025. The technicians that have been out have been wonderful. Special kudos to Wes Lokken. He went above and beyond to help with installation of a Resideo Smart Home System. He was kind and promptly returned phone calls and text messages. Had a great experience with Bumble Bee, particularly with Clarence Hatton. He was professional yet personable…great technician. Explained everything he had to do and made suggestions on how to preserve our water heater. Again, it was a 5-star experience.

Bumble Breeze has been my go-to for all plumbing needs and they never disappoint. They recently rebuilt a PRV and ball valve for us and it looks great with copper piping and the price was completely reasonable. They even take care of any drywall repair if you opt for it. Erik Salazar did the work and you can tell he is highly skilled and takes pride in his work. Totally cool dude to boot. Everyone from their team are always a pleasure to work with. I called Bumble Breeze after being told I needed a brand new unit because mine was phased out. Bumble Bee came found the company had tuned my unit off from the roof. Adam the technician was very honest. He found me a much more affordable solution. He also did a full inspection and told me what to look out for in the future.
