First off mark who came to our house first was awesome. I felt very comfortable around him and he explained everything in precise detail. Then the installers were outstanding as well. Easy going and got the job done perfectly.

Do not use! We've used Bumble Breese at least 4-5 times over the last few years; however, the last 2 times have been horrible.  I called Bumble Breese to get a platform placed under an air conditioning unit that was installed a few years ago at one of my residences.  My first issue is that when the technicians went to install the new AC unit, they would have seen that the old unit was on a platform (as required by the homeowners association); however, they didn't place the new unit on a one and since I can't see on the roof, I wasn't aware of this.

After being notified by the HOA about needing a platform, I made an appointment to have a technician come out to provide me a quote on 6/24/26 between 6 pm and 8 pm.  On 6/24/26, I received a message from an AC manager saying that the HOA was responsible for the roof and you all would need some type of paperwork.  I called the office back about 10 minutes later and left a message for this individual to call me back.  I also contacted Bumble Breeze through Yelp to see if a technician was still coming to my residence and was informed that someone would be calling me back. No technician ever showed, and to date, I have not received a call from anyone from Bumble Breeze regarding this issue.

We really liked Bumble Breeze when we first started using the company, but it has gone downhill since.  When you look at the company's website, one of the founder's wrote, "He works to maintain exceptional customer service, which is crucial to Bumble Breeze’s success." Apparently, the company doesn't work by this standard. After paying $10,000 to get a new AC unit, I figured that a little help fixing a situation was not too much to ask.

During a local business event, I entered a raffle for a free tune-up of my a/c. I've received free tune-ups & quotes from a couple other businesses, but I've been seeing Bumble Breeze at neighbors' homes & was intrigued. I've been meaning to contact them for a 3rd perspective so the raffle win happened to be perfect timing.

Jamal came out to complete the complimentary tune-up & the experience was superb! He took photos of everything, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from...a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference? He was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts why. He emailed me a copy of his photos/videos/notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his service, made sure all my questions were answered & scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options & pricing.

I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling & pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning & sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan & budget. The appt for install happened in no time.

Jesus & Curtis came in & completed the install. Just like the others, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home & their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters & my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered & explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization & cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning.

Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous & friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos, which I got a copy of for my records like everything else. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection & install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule & went on his way.

As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma & maintenance. I'll definitely update my review if I experience anything negatory like that. However, from this current experience, I'm confident with my experience moving forward. Thanks so much!

Needed a new water softener and called Bumble Breeze Plumbing. They had a technician out within a couple of hours. He, Rafael, checked out our current system, showed me the issues with it then proceeded to test our water softener needless to say, we weren’t getting any softening. Rafael showed us options and we chose a replacement that best suited our needs. He went straight to the warehouse, picked it up and was back within an hour installing it. The install was quick, clean and professional. He showed us how the new system worked, cleaned his work area( spotless) and added my existing new bags of salt to the system. We are now very happy that water spots and calcium build-up are a thing of the past.

So, we called Bumble Breeze due to a clogged kitchen sink. We had already tried to get a plumber out to the house but they blew off the appointment so I went searching and got Bumble Breeze. The first plumber was very professional and spent some time with the issue but they had to send a different plumber the second day. The next plumber was also quite professional and seemed to have the clog opened, yet a third plumber needed to come and assess the situation. The third plumber was their “drain expert” and he proceeded to check out drain system to the sewer and found that we had some very serious issues. We were shown video footage of the pipes that lead to the sewer and were provided an estimate to reroute those pipes as well as flush out the pipes in the house to improve and fix our problem. The estimate came to just about $20,000.

Luckily, we decided to get a second opinion. They were able to inspect our pipes and found that we had a clean system with no need for any type of repairs. In fact they made some recommendations on how to keep our system running smoothly. They did charge us $250 for the inspection, yet it was the best use of my money and time.

Even though Bumble Breeze was very kind and professional, we were being sold something that was not needed and would have been a financial mistake.

My house is in worse condition than it started with working with these guys.

Aside from damaged my attic access molding, leaving black hand prints on the ceiling, and dusting my floors with pieces of insulation, I can say they attempted to sell me on a bs furnace replacement and duct/insulation work. House is a few years old, system and setup are fine.

Came out to service an existing water softener, lied about that needing to be replaced also.

Called me 3/4 months later needing to come by sometime in a 4 hour window to give a water softener installation inspection to the city because they forgot to at the time of installation.

Told me I needed a tankless heater flush because hot water was delayed. After their “flush” the problem was worse.

2 techs gave me personal numbers to follow up with issues they created and then never replied on the issues after they left.

Communication within is terrible. Mismatched scheduling, constant text messages about scheduling and leaving reviews, multiple people contacting you without any idea what they other has done or is doing. Not sure how they run, seems pretty chaotic.

Another plumber fixed all my issues quickly and painlessly in a single trip. Still waiting for a call back a month later trying to cancel my “yearly membership” with them.

Better service providers are out there without the bs, I promise.

I scheduled an appointment with Bumble Breeze. This was the first time I had used their services. The technician arrived during the time window that had been scheduled. His name was Raymond and he was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job performing the requested service.

While there I asked Raymond about an unrelated issue in my home and he provided me with all the information necessary and even made an inquiry on my behalf to ensure that the issue was properly handled to my satisfaction.

Raymond also treated my home with care and kept everything very clean during his time working.

I am very grateful to Bumble Breeze and to Raymond for the excellent service I received. Thank you!

My stepdad had a new HVAC system installed in January 2025. The technicians that have been out have been wonderful. Special kudos to Wes Lokken. He went above and beyond to help with installation of a Resideo Smart Home System. He was kind and promptly returned phone calls and text messages.
