West Shore Home Maryland has very bad service! There should be an option for zero star to rate them. I should have believed in all of these reviews.
1. The promise of - One day remodeling done right is a lie! You will end up missing your work/business just to wait for them to come and finish their work. This is just their promotional statement but it is different in the contract, so please do not be fooled.
2. Salesman will lure you with all the promises but totally different from contract. Ours was Mark Lyn. Pls read the contract. Learn from my mistake.
He said that warranty is transferrable to new house owner so as to entice you to continue with the project with them. Totally a lie!
3. The warranty they are promising is not from West Shore, but from the manufacturer! So do not be lured by it as well.
4. Their customer service and whoever Kelsey is, I think do not know what they are doing. They just do the scheduling and know nothing about the work. They will promised for the repair of the damage they do to be finished on certain days but do not know what they are talking about.
5. They are so proud to say that have their own people doing the job, unlike, other companies, but yeah- “their so called people who were trained” are the ones who caused the damage to our house.

Do not be fooled by their ads. West Shore sucks!

The product and the work done was exceptional, which wasn't surprising since we had our bathroom done at an earlier date. The work force of Zach C, Juan G, Greg W and Hayden A did and excellent job in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend not only West Shore but also these young men to accomplish the job.
I wanted to provide a review for them, however, I am not on Google and since I am of another generation trying to deal with Facebook wasn't going to happen.

They went above and beyond our expectations! They were both very professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. They explained all the works of our new windows ! They cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone to have their windows installed !

We honestly could not be any happier with the job that Westshore Window and Door did at our home. Communication from the start of the project through completion was superb, and they showed up on time ready to work on the date that was scheduled.

The consultation was easy and pressure free. Cory Ishaq was very knowledgeable and not a typical salesman. He quickly got a pulse on what we were looking for and his suggestions were what was best for our situation throughout the meeting. In the end he gave us a great deal that we couldn’t refuse.

The job was completed in an incredibly professional manner. Curt, Sam, Tristan, Dylan S. and Mike D. were great representatives of the company and exhibited high-quality craftsmanship while removing and installing our news windows (8) and front door. Because of the work that they did, our home feels completely different inside and out. Not only did it improve the overall insulation of our house, it also cut down on outside noise, and looks wonderful to boot. All this in about a six hour window of time.

The cost of the project was beyond fair and worth every penny, and the fifty year warranty is unbeatable. Curt was sure to remind me on several occasions that if anything were to go wrong or we were unsatisfied with any of the work, we should not hesitate to call at any time. These are people who stand by their work.

We really can’t say enough good things about our experience, and would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to do the same.

The Very Best part of North Shores is their personal. I replaced my sunroom windows several months ago and I had a problem with the quality of the glass. This morning Ty and Alex came by to solve my compliant. Ty explained the best way to solve my problem and that's what we did. Both young men were polite and knowable. They worked steady and hard. I would recommend them to anyone. I believe Ty is a true leader and he has the right personality for that type of work.

My biggest problem was the extremely sales pressure tactics. The price is almost doubled from comparable doors Pella, Anderson, to name a couple we looked at after the work was completed. My biggest beef is the latch, locking system. It’s the hardest door to close Ive had in 21 houses. They have came back and worked on it but in leaving told us it’s the the latch works. Not good at all. Do not waist your money with this company.

I’m sure this company does fine work, but, when we got estimates for walk-in sheer, their bid started at $25,000. Then, as various discounts were applied, the final price was $19,000. They gave us our first bid. Then Koehler came in and, with discounts, their bid was $14,500. Our last bid came from First State Bath, a somewhat local company. They didn’t jump through a bunch of discount hoops. Just senior citizen and veteran’s. Final bid was $10,400. Shower with beautiful sliding glass doors is everything we wanted. Excellent installation and cleanup.

Westshore Homes took complete advantage of my BLIND sister in law. They took out a tub and replaced with shower charging her $30,000, which iis a 2-3 times more then anyone else we got prices from after,

Awesome install by Pete, Emmanuel, and Drew. We had a walk in shower installed in November. The crew was courteous, hard working and efficient. They cleaned after the work was finished and we have a beautiful shower.
Dan is a awesome salesperson.
