LIFETIME LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
West Shore Home guarantees that all installation work will be free from defects in workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the home. Plumbing work and cartridges are covered for one year from installation, while labor on service calls has a three-year warranty. This warranty applies only to materials installed by West Shore Home.
Terms and ConditionsThe warranty does not cover damages from external factors such as building settlement, natural disasters, incompatible accessories, or alterations by third parties. Warranty coverage ends immediately if home ownership is transferred. Warranty claims require written notification to West Shore Home, along with supporting documentation. West Shore Home may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at their discretion, if a valid claim is determined.
The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original owner’s occupancy of the home. The plumbing and cartridge warranty expires after one year, and the labor service warranty expires after three years, after which service charges may apply.

I won’t lie… the price tag has made me gulp a couple of times, but in the end, we have been thrilled with the end result. Extreme quality of the product, with fit and finish meeting the highest standards.
In this door project from yesterday, the two primary installers, John Z. and Carter C. Were very conscientious of every detail and fully explained all steps in the process. Our 80 year old home provided some unique challenges and ensured it would be no easy, routine, install, and they rose to every unforeseen challenge, having to improvise a couple of structural issues. For anything out of the ordinary, they made sure to include us in all options for work arounds and received our full approval for every step. The finished product exceeded our expectations. And the dog liked them, too. Well done to all involved ! We thank you all very much.
Both of these guys were excellent workers. They were fast, efficient, and left the place cleaner than was to begin with.
The end result was better than we expected. If we need any more work done, we will not hesitate to give West Shore a call.
