Dale was very efficient and professional, good at problem solving particulars of our space. Isaiah was also very good at his part. Both were very respectful and produced very satisfying results. If there was someone else involved, I don’t know, as I was away for some of the install.

We have lived in this house in Sedona, AZ for over 16 years and couldn't wait to get rid of our nasty tub/shower with glass doors! It was a hard water stained mess that looked horrible and was embarrassing. We just had a brand new walk-in shower installed by Home Concepts Custom Remodeling and couldn't be happier!!! It's gorgeous!!!!

Our sales rep, Scott, was so easy to work with, and installation took place a little over 2 weeks later. We received a confirmation call from the company letting us know that the materials were ordered, and they arrived even earlier than expected. We didn't have to call anyone to find out what was going on. They were on it!!

Our construction worker, Dale, was friendly and right on time. He called us when he was on his way, covered everything with tarps and plastic to keep the dust at bay, even in the adjoining bedroom, down the hallway to the door, and down the steps to the driveway. He let us know that we didn't have any mold or leaks, and everything looked good under the old tile and tub. It took only 2 days!!! And he worked by himself!!!! If we have any problems in the future, we can call Home Concepts, and I have no doubt they will be just as helpful and professional as they were this time.

Thank you for making this so easy for us. We had a little sticker shock at first, and we did take a day to mull it over. We decided to go for it because it really needed to be done, and we aren't getting any younger (late 60s at this point.) It was a lot of money for us, but we decided it was worth it. And we plan on staying in this house forever. We now can safely walk into the shower that has a bench seat, handrail, shelf, adjustable height shower head/handheld sprayer, and a curved shower curtain bar - no more glass doors that require squeegees (thank goodness) and great airflow. Their products feature Microban, an antibacterial protection that we considered another plus.

All in all, a great experience, and we are very happy with our new walk-in shower!

Home Concepts did our remodeling for our new Bathroom Shower and Bathroom Countertops. Materials had to be ordered but the work was done very quickly over three days. The quality of the product and service was top notch. Kevin did our install and did an excellent job. The sales team and operations team also answered all our questions.

I recently had my tub replaced with a shower and the old shower removed. Because of a special order, it did take a while to get the product, but once it came it, they told me it would take 5 days, and they were true to their word. Kenny arrived promptly on Monday morning, he worked diligently through the demo and the replacement of the counter top and tub/shower conversion. He was pleasant and flexible when I needed to leave for the evening early. The professionalism of the company, salesperson and my remodeler was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to do your next job.

My husband and I just had the shower in our master bedroom redone, and we are over the moon with results. It is absolutely beautiful!! Kevin, the installer, kept us involved during the entire installation, making sure everything was installed just the way we wanted it. Dante, the salesperson who sold us the redo, came out during the install just to make sure we were happy with how things were going. It took Kevin 2.5 days to complete the job....not a rushed one day job. Wish we had used Home Concepts for our first shower redo instead of Jacuzzi Bath, which was a 5 month nightmare.

Kevin, worked by himself throughout the day without any complaints. He took on the task of converting a bathtub/shower into a stand alone shower and remodeling the master shower. He always asked questions to make sure we were all in agreement on the work being done and always kept us informed about what he was doing and informing us about all options we had regarding the finished work. We are really impressed with his workmanship, ability, and knowledge about the projects. He was here for four days and was always on time. Employees from other companies could learn a great deal from him regarding work ethics. We are very glad and fortunate to have had him for our remodeling projects.
