This is a fraudulent company, not working on their words. A guy who come to take order told us that they will finish it in 4-6 week, which actually took almost 3 months. The deal was done to do metal on lower aspect and easy breeze on rest. The measurement guy (so called their project manager) was so dumb that he took 3 hrs to measure 2 sides and took our help. And measurements come wrong and wrong dimensions materials came. Bcz of that, they were lacking 4 inches height on both side. So, instead of bringing another perfect size easy breeze, they installed what they ordered and in lower aspect where metal piece come, they have to add more metal. So they applied metal just outside and inside they applied plywood. Which looks bad and eventually we removed everything and gave order to another company to fix it. So think before you trust on them.

I highly recommend this company after a very positive experience from them installing 8 windows and two sliders in our condo. From signing the contract with their fabulous salesperson, Nicole Archer, through the 3-day installation, it was around 4 months, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Because we had had a very bad experience with another window company and had to break our contract with them, Nicole took it upon herself to make sure we had a great experience with Window Wall. Her supervisor, Taylor, was also readily available for any questions we had and he quickly got us in contact with whoever we needed to handle our questions. The customer service was above and beyond. The two guys who did the installation were professional and did a great job. While they were installing, another team showed up with a supervisor to check our project and keep it on track. My husband had a few questions right at that moment and the supervisor addressed them immediately. The previous company with which we canceled, said they could not find a window for our bathroom. Nicole assured us they would have no issues and they did not. In fact, they didn’t even have to remove tile as they thought they might need to. That window looks perfect. They all do. Our house is more comfortable and we can’t hear any of the traffic from a very close and busy highway. We’re so glad we chose Window Wall to install our windows and doors. One of the best investments we’ve made for our home.

Where do I begin? Our first encounter with Window Wall was with the salesperson Nick. He was fantastic!! Our windows were 42 years old. Nick was very thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was not pushy at all. Just factual and patient.
Once we were under contract, I had some questions and conversed with Cody who was VERY helpful and very quick to respond. He was also very accommodating and understanding.
Maria scheduled our install and kept us abreast of where we were in the process.
On install day Elias, Luciano, and Roland did an AMAZING JOB. They were so efficient, very tidy, and worked very hard. There was little to no mess at all!! They worked non-stop…no breaks, no lunch, just working hard from about 9 am until 6:30 pm for two days! Unbelievable work ethic that is rare nowadays. They were very polite, respectful, and attentive to detail. They did everything that Nick said they would during our initial visit (removed window, checked the frame, replaced wood if needed, installed the new window, and securely sealed it in place).
After the install, we had a mis-made screen and one that was bent. I contacted Cody and he immediately got on it. Josh called and asked some questions and re-ordered the two screens immediately! The next day Mariah called to say that the screens were ordered and they would let us know when they were done. And we did not pay a dime until the entire job was finished, and we signed off on the job! Just like Nick said..
EXCELLENT company, EXCELLENT customer service, reliable, quality product, top notch. WELL WORTH the money! Window Wall is an honest, reliable, and professional company. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Very professional, replaced all my windows in my house 2 days meet outstanding job. Hard working pleasant to be around and very detailed at what they're doing. It's nice to see people that take pride in what their work looks like. And I can guarantee you they do. At last here at my old house!
