This company, under new management, has completely changed from the dishonest past owners to a new, honest and 100% customer friendly HONEST management. From the person who answers the phone, Melissa, to the gentleman who came to my door, exactly on time, the treatment was 100% customer friendly. Marcos Rodriguez could not be more accommodating, knowledgeable and trustworthy. A complete different experience with this New Management. Praise to them and a heartfelt thank you.

Fantastic customer service!! Chad walked me through the entire process. And was in contact with me until roof was finished. It was fast, good quality and excellent price. I definitely recommend them!! A metal roof for under 20,000 and zero percent financing for a year. 8-10 thousand less than the other bids in Tallahassee FL.

Unprofessional, unresolved leak, and told to DIY the repair myself!

​I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with this company. We called them out for an emergent leak repair on the metal roof portion of our back patio. Their salesman, Eric, came out, quoted the job, and felt completely confident his team could fix it.
​A team of two came out to do the repair, but two days later when it rained, it leaked in the exact same spot. I contacted Eric, who passed the buck to Project Manager Rick. Rick sent a technician, Hunter, out on two separate occasions to apply sealant. Despite these multiple attempts, the roof is still actively leaking.
​When I called today to ask for a definitive resolution, Project Manager Rick claimed they had "done their contractual part" and suggested the leak was coming from somewhere else, even implying their own salesman, Eric, quoted the job incorrectly.
​The worst part? When I asked what we are supposed to do now since the active leak is the entire reason we hired them, Rick literally texted me a hand-drawn sketch of the roof and told me that I should seal it myself.
​Paying a professional roofing company to fix an emergency leak, only to be given a DIY sketch and told to fix it myself after they failed three times, is completely absurd and unacceptable. If your salesman misdiagnoses a problem, you don't stick the customer with the bill and an active leak. Avoid this company if you want actual accountability and professional work.

Worthmann Roofing replaced my roof in May 2022. By September 2023, it developed a leak. They performed a repair and touched up the ceiling. Less than a year later, the leak recurred. They found rotted wood and mold inside. Around the same time, a storm blew off several shingles. I reported it and followed up multiple times. After months with no action, I sent a certified letter in December 2024. They never responded. It is now January 2026. They’ve gone completely silent. No repairs. No follow-up. No accountability. I've filed formal complaints. Extremely disappointed with their handling of this.

Update (January 31, 2026): The company posted a generic public reply asking me to contact them. I’ve already reached out by phone, through staff, and via a certified letter in December 2024 with no response. I am still open to resolution if someone with authority follows up directly.

Worthmann Roofing replaced my roof today and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Travis my salesman was excellent to work with from the beginning and even stopped by twice today to check on things. Project manager Paul also stopped by with two other people from the company to see how things were going. Mike the site Supervisor was here from start to finish supervising the crew and was also pleasant to work with. The crew performing the work was incredible and stayed busy working all day long. This is the first time my husband and I have gone through the process of having a roof put on our home. There were so many options and companies to work with and we ultimately decided on Worthmann Roofing & Gutters. Boy are we glad we did. We met with Chad Alves-Cardoso. I must say he was extremely professional and had excellent communication. Chad thoroughly explained the process and made the experience seem seamless.
