Good day. Worthmann Roofing and Gutters was a very horrible experience for me. They basically took my money and ran and not fulfilling the things they said they would do. It was a struggle when they were here, and they still left me with unfinished tasks they said they would come back and take care of but did not. It has been 3 months since the installation of my roof, and they basically abandoned me after telling me they would follow up to fix up a few issues from their tear off process and getting me new gutters. My home had old gutters that needed removal and replacing and when I hired Worthmann Roofing and Gutters to replace the roof, they told me it would not be a problem to have the roof installed, the old gutters removed and give me an estimate for new gutters. First off, they began tearing off the old roof with the a/c uncovered. I kept telling the workers, but they ignored me. After a bit they placed an entire sheet of plywood on top of the a/c unit (see photo attached) which I was told would not happen. I had to reach out to the project manager in order for someone to come and cover the a/c the way I was charged to cover it with the proper netting that was described to me when they sold me the sale. It seemed the company was cutting corners and capitalizing by saving money on small things here and there especially the workers. When they removed the old gutters, they did not just remove the gutters, they actually tore out sections of the soffit and surrounding metal (see photos attached). When they "put it back together" they left open seams in the corners where water gets in and I am sure is causing damage to the wood (see photos attached). Also, when they tore off the roof and gutters some of the wood under the soffit was exposed and was obviously corroded/damaged, so much so the wood was black in color (see photo attached). I pointed this out to them, and they said the wood was fine and left it like that instead of replacing the wood with fresh new wood. I informed the salesperson from Worthmann about this, and I was told management would be informed to contact me and address these things but have not. I reached out recently again about these issues and about getting new gutters like they said but to no avail. I was told someone else would be notified and someone else would get back to me, but again they have not. They got paid their roof money and went on their way. They will sell you everything and give you nothing. They will tell you everything is ok and not everything has to be fixed, especially if they damaged it in the first place. I have attached photos of the work they did putting the soffit corners back after removing the old gutters. You can clearly see open cracks and large gaps which were never like that before they did any work on the house. There are plenty of other roofing companies that will do better quality work and that will return to check on things when you contact them and not leave you ignored after paying them thousands of dollars. That was in September 2024. It is now the last week of the year and Worthmann has not contacted me about any of this. Please spread the word to friends and family about Worthmann Roofing and Gutters. I would not recommend this kind of company to anyone. Thank you for reading.

I had the most professional experience with this roofing company. Blayne Willis made it easy to make a claim with my insurance company and going over my quote. Raychel Taylor explained the process once the check came in from insurance. She also kept me up to date with the scheduling of the dumpster and supplies delivery as well as the roof install. Small delay due to a hurricane coming through. Paul was on the scene while the install was being done to make sure it was done properly. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the whole process. I was even surprised to see they made my roof exhaust areas match to color. Nice and clean. Roof looks amazing and the inspector that came out told us what a good job it was. Highly recommend this company.
