We recently had Hunter from Worthman Roofing come out to repair some issues with our gutters, and he did an outstanding job. He was timely, professional, and incredibly thorough. The quality of his work was exceptional, and he made the entire process easy and stress-free.

My experience with Worthmann roofing and gutters was awesome. The customer service, the professionalism, and the energy was great. They gave me an excellent roof. Our site supervisor, Hunter Gilland was awesome. He was with us the entire time of the process and answered any questions we had. We also there to ensure that the roof was done correctly. Chad our salesman was great to. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Worthmann Roofing replaced my roof today and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Travis my salesman was excellent to work with from the beginning and even stopped by twice today to check on things. Project manager Paul also stopped by with two other people from the company to see how things were going. Mike the site Supervisor was here from start to finish supervising the crew and was also pleasant to work with. The crew performing the work was incredible and stayed busy working all day long. I would highly recommend Worthmann Roofing to anyone needing a Roof replacement because they truly care about customer satisfaction. Mike didn’t sit in the truck and watch he was outside all day making sure things were going well. Thank you Worthmann Roofing for a pleasant experience.

This is the first time my husband and I have gone through the process of having a roof put on our home. There were so many options and companies to work with and we ultimately decided on Worthmann Roofing & Gutters. Boy are we glad we did. We met with Chad Alves-Cardoso. I must say he was extremely professional and had excellent communication. Chad thoroughly explained the process and made the experience seem seamless. We delayed this for so long but he put us at ease. Would highly recommend.

From the start to the finish, it was a very easy and pleasant experience. Luke, the salesman came out and gave us a great deal compared to the other roofing companies that we had offers from very pleasant to talk to very professional did a great job. We needed damage repaired after Hurricane Helene. This company looked like they had a good rating so we went with them. Donovan, their sales rep, showed up and he, my wife, and I went over what the problem was. We agreed to have the back side of the house roofing replaced along with part of the front up to the beginning of the third window. The cost was to be $6200. We explained we had limited funds for this as we had gotten help from FEMA. We wanted to get the tarps off of the roof and the leaks fixed. Donovan said that was no problem, told us how this company was all about Christian values, and helping people was their biggest motivation. When the day came, we asked Donovan, Paul, and another guy who was leading the crew to not drop debris on our AC unit or the gardens on the back and side of the house. They assured us they would be careful and started the job. The next day when they "completed" the job, We noticed they had only gone halfway to the second window in the front. This didn't cover the area where the leak was nor was it what we agreed to. Donovan said we had signed the contract and he didn't remember us all agreeing to this. A lie. Then he tried to tell us how he saved us money by not going as far, thus saving us the cost of materials. I asked him how that was when they covered less area but charged us $137 more than the agreed price. He later said he mismeasured but would make it right by "giving us a break" to get to the third window. This "break" came to the tune of an additional $750. I suggested he finished the rest of the roof since most of it was done for a total of $10,000. This price included what was already done. He said that wouldn't be a problem and would put it together and contact me. When he did, he said it wouldn't work and it would be another $6000 to complete it. This is $200 less than what it cost to do one whole side and part of the front! On top of that, they destroyed the gardens we had talked about and severely damaged our AC unit which we are now having to get fixed, our roof still leaks, and we still have to have tarps up there!
At that point, I decided to speak to his manager Sean who, in stereotypic used-car salesman fashion, can't seem to return my call. So much for those Christian values! Bottom line: you would have to be CRAZY or extremely masochist to use this company.
So, after reading the response to this review, I call back and speak to Chris, the general manager. He tells me that, in his eyes, they fulfilled the contract. Despite this, he said he would see what he could do in the spirit of good business. I reiterated the offer to finish the roof which he said he could do. Initially, we were to pay $5000 (which we did) and were to finance the balance through them. Now, suddenly, they couldn't do that. Chris said he would see what solution he could come up with. He assured me he would call me back by late morning the next day. That was three weeks ago and still nothing. Later in the day, a guy showed up and put an even larger tarp on my roof. I guess that was his idea of a solution. Don't do this to yourself! Don't use this company!

This was my first experience with a roofing company. Luke Gleason made the entire process smooth and easy to manage. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and great to work with. His team were also great to work with and answered any questions that we had. This was a very positive experience during a stressful time with an amazing team.

Update: Hunter and his team were great during the installation of our roof. He gave content updates and made sure everything went smooth! Awesome team to work with!!

I highly recommend Worthmann Roofing! I needed a new roof and my salesman, Brad Mace was very friendly and professional, explaining the complete process from start to finish. I was able to schedule a time for the install that was convenient to me. The workmen arrived on time, were very hardworking and very thorough in maintaining a clean area at the end of each day. Mason, the supervisor was great! He was very involved in making sure everything was completed properly. His friendliness and professionalism was outstanding! Super company!

I had a great experience using Worthmann Roofing. Blayne, the Sales Rep was very personable, easy to work with and not pushy at all. He kept us informed every step of the way. The Crew was great and replaced our 2700 sq ft roof in 13 hours. Their Supervisor, Tyler checked in with us several times during the day. I highly recommend this longstanding local business!
