This is a review focusing on Troy Jurgens, who is our sales representative and first point of contact. He has been extremely helpful in keeping things moving. At first, we wanted a cut-out in our tub since my wife has difficult getting in and out of the tub-shower combination. When that didn't work out due to the small space they had to work in, we opted instead for a walk-in shower. Troy spent several hours with us as we walked through the entire process and got it all set up. I will post a review on the work once it is completed, but wanted to say that we are very pleased working with Troy. You can have a great company and a great product, but if the point person you deal with isn't of the same quality, the experience can be less than desirable. Troy is an excellent point person representing a good company.

Communication was abundant. Professional consultation, and incredibly friendly staff. Installation was on time (earlier than expected even, did to a cancellation) and efficient. The new windows look and work amazing! I am incredibly happy with the services I received from YHIC. I will be looking to them again, when I'm ready to replace additional windows in my home. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my needs, not oversell, and be available when needed. I am super impressed with your product and your company, and am very happy with the services received!!

After being bombarded by the post cards and mass mailings with the wrong homeowner addressed to l decided to hire this outfit. I should of went on my first instinct and not. I wanted to upgrade my bathroom.
I have a second so being without one wasn't a problem. I was told it would take no longer than two months. It was double that with a lingering punch list. Paid most of the money upfront my mistake.
The salesperson friendly in the beginning to seal the deal then ghosted silence when issues came up. Some of there subs are l believe undocumented not able to communicate in English.
I kept getting the run around when is this going to finish up? Call after call left messages still dragged there feet. I could not hold there feet to the fire since l paid almost in full so there was no incentive to come back.
I had to hire a handyman service to finish up the project. I finally got a call back as they wanted final payment. I showed produced photos of what was left in the previous emails. They threatened to file a lien and take me to Court.
I stated proceed look forward to it. Since then no certified letter no more threats. Pump the brakes and do your homework with this outfit. There scary.

We had a kitchen project to do and Tristan did an excellent job! He was on time, professional, and finished up in three days. He even came in to finish up the job during a blizzard, he really just went above and beyond for us. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to do a home project. Our expience was a classic over promise under delivery from every aspect. I never review a product or service right after it happens as an initial good or bad experience can lead to a rash review. With this there has been nothing but disappointment.

We had them do a tub replacement, it took over 6 months from them to get the tub and install when we were promised two months. It was often a week + to get any update as to when/why its taking so long. They promised us a 1 day install, they didn't even schedule the plumber for the first day.... At the end of the second day of install they were rushing to finish the caulking at 6PM and did a terrible job. In addition they damaged our popcorn ceiling when installing and sprayed some huge globs of quick patch on the ceiling which looked terrible. They said oh any damage to the ceiling isn't their fault.

I complained multiple times to the installer about the waves and huge gaps in the caulking of the corners. I had to call and arrange someone to come back out on the weekend and spend another 3 hours redoing the caulking. After a 6 months the popcorn patch was falling off the ceiling and we had to redo the whole ceiling. After a little over a year the silicone around the tub started coming of and had to be replaced.

The price tag for their services is way way way overpriced for the level of service and craftsmanship. Go with someone else!

Kevin did a great job installing everything, answered our questions, asked for our preferences on certain things and he obviously strives for perfection.
Charlie our electrician was also very professional and efficient.
Tyler, the sales manager at the Bloomington office was very patient with our questions, walked us through the showroom, and really explained the high quality of the products we had purchased.
We recommend anyone wanting to renovate a bathroom to stop in and see what they have.

My windows were measured no less than 3 times, one was still built to the wrong size, still waiting for it.

The windows that did arrive were not completely installed. Still waiting for them to come and finish. It’s been weeks.

We are excited and so looking forward to the amazing bathroom! Arlen was so professional in answering all the questions that I would ask him. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in letting me take the time needed to my questions. He had samples to be able to see and feel the textures of the materials we were asking him for our bathroom remodel. I would definitely consider buying something from Home Depot again. Zach Redfiel was my shower installer and he did such a fantastic job! My shower is gorgeous and will be something I use for years to come! He was also a very kind man. While his temperament was chill, he was a no nonsense hard working man! Excellent!!

Hammond, Wi. We hired YHIC for a bathroom re-model. Emery arrived at the designated time on Monday. He and a Company plumber did the demolition and the framework of the bathroom. He then applied new flooring. . A Company inspector arrived clearing the project to go forward. On Tuesday, Emery arrived and finished off the project. In all, we now have a new shower/tub
enclosure, new flooring and a nice wall base board as well as a matching base seal in front of tub, new toilet install. Very professional!
