If i could give 6 stars i would give 10! We had a full day of maintenance with Astar.

Each of the crew members today were amazing and took the time to walk me through the AC, duct, and plumbing maintenance needed, and explained the process and how to prevent future issues.

Philip maintenanced our AC units and assisted in scheduling additional service technicians such as Chris A. who came to clear our sink line plumbing issues, and a crew to clean our air ducts.

Abraham, Edgar, and Miguel spent several hours cleaning out, inspecting and sanitizing every air duct in our home including cleaning our AC units.

The entire crew today was respectful, took their time explaining their process, and left us with a great experience.

Would highly recommend their help and service!

I am a returning customer of AStar and will continue because of the phenomenal services they provide. I have used them for plumbing and ac services, and each time they make sure the customer is completely satisfied before the job is done.

Yesterday was no different. I am a subscriber to their membership services for maintenance (you should check into it, it’s amazing). I was supposed to have a maintenance call in 2 days for my ac unit; however, yesterday it stopped running, and when it would run, it would not run long enough to cool.

So I called and asked to have a technician come out sooner to service it. They said they would have someone out this afternoon promptly. They sent out Philip Guthrie and an introductory text about him with his picture so I would know who I was expecting. Philip listened and then started looking over my equipment. He explained the tools he was using to check for airflow, what the readings should be, and what mine were at. He went over options with me, and I decided on getting a new unit with the best possible price. (Membership, y’all!)

Getting it installed the same day proved to be a bit of a challenge as he explained all the installers were already working overtime. He didn’t take no for an answer though and explained that I have a disabled son, and not having ac was not going to be acceptable. 👏
With a little finesse, he was able to have a crew led by Edgar out in a little over an hour for a same-day install. 🙌

Did it stop there? Nope! Edgar and his team worked professionally and proficiently to have the ac unit installed in a little over 3 hours. Edgar explained the best filter for the more efficient system, and his team worked quickly to start cooling down the house for my disabled son and I.

AStar employees also look out for each other like no other company. Philip could have been done with the sale and just gone home, but he didn’t. Philip brought them dinner so they could eat and focus on the job at hand. That’s what looking out for each other looks like.

So choose AStar and ask for Philip and Edgar! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Nathan did an excellent job descaling our water heater. He was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire service appointment. He took the time to explain the process clearly, answered our questions thoroughly, and demonstrated a strong understanding of both the equipment and the services offered by the company. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the experience smooth and reassuring. We truly appreciated his professionalism and would gladly recommend his services to others.

Travon from Astair delivered an outstanding first maintenance experience! He serviced our four systems and was incredibly thorough each unit was carefully checked, cleaned, and inspected. He spent about five-six hours on-site, which is a night-and-day difference from the quick, surface-level visits we’ve had with other companies. We also received a detailed report on every system, which was very helpful. He talked with us about every system in a very detailed fashion from the electronics, system charge, ventilation status and about setup.

Brianna from finance made everything smooth on the back end, and the teamwork between them was excellent. Overall, this was top-notch, professional service done the right way. I highly recommend Astair!! Well done guys.

Nathan came out to descale our tankless water heater and did an excellent job. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely nice to work with. The whole experience was smooth and our system is running perfectly now.

I honestly cannot recommend A-Star A/C Plumbing and Electric enough! From start to finish, every person I've worked with has been nothing short of spectacular! First, Jesse Guillen and Ricardo went above and beyond to offer me an incredible price for new dampers. I cannot say enough great things about A-Star A/C Plumbing and Electric and their incredible team. Just a couple of days after Christmas—and on a Saturday, no less—they went above and beyond to get my HVAC coil installed.

Phillip Guthrie, comfort specialist, was professional, responsive, and making sure everything was handled perfectly. The installation team, Eli and Jesus, were absolutely phenomenal—hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly dedicated to doing the job right.

Jason came out to check our AC when it wasn’t cooling properly and did a great job. He was super friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was. Highly recommend him!

I had a major plumbing problem that I had been getting outrageous price quotes. I found them online and called. They were out the next day. Steven was a big help. He was professional, courteous and pleasant. If I could choose him to Remy personal plumber I would. Yout company has a real jewel of an employee, you better keep him around!
