Air Pro Master

I highly recommend Air Pro Master! I got quotes from four other HVAC companies in Las Vegas, and they were the cheapest by far. They replaced my AC unit, updated my entire system, and did an amazing job.

Excellent. I obtained 7 estimates. Air Pro Master stood out from the rest. All personnel are highly professional, Knowledgeable, Experienced. I would characterize the company as above and beyond what one would expect for air conditioning and plumbing. I requested new HVAC, H2O heater, duct cleaning, and financing. Prices reasonable and fair. No hidden surprises.

We were looking to replace our 23 year old air conditioners because they were at the end of their lifespan. Alex, the A/C tech that serviced our previous units for the entire time we had them had recently gone to work for Air Pro Masters and suggested that we call to get a bid to replace the existing units. I called and spoke with Devin and we arrived at a price I could live with. We were able to take advantage of a few discounts available to us and that while it’s still a big spend, it was something we had to do. They had financing available and we agreed on a date for installation. Yesterday the installation team showed up on time at 8AM and boy were we surprised by the number of guys on the installation team. It was like the Air Conditioning Swat Team had showed up. There were 7 or 8 guys who went to work immediately. They had everything they needed on their trucks and were very respectful about keeping our house clean and our personal space during installation. We had 3 units to replace which made it a big job. I didn’t think it would be possible to complete the installation in 1 day but they got it done. They had everything done, up and running and the old units removed and trash loaded on their trucks by 4:30PM. A job well done!

I was assigned Air pro master by American home shield and couldn't be happier. It started as a routine maintenance call, long story short it was time for a new HVAC system. Few days later they were there to install my new system at a great price, crew that showed up were quick and really respectful. Highly recommend this company. They were very honest and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.

Lindsey was very professional and courteous. She arrived on the time indicated on her tracking system. She introduced herself and explained what she was going to do. She performed her job well, and patiently explained her findings and recommendations. I was very impressed. I highly commend her and I’m sure she is an asset to her company.

I was very pleased with Air Pro Master from initial contact. I used a home warranty that set up another company to do the work and along with other reasons I chose Air Pro Master because they had a licensed plumber to install the hydronic heater. This was lacking in the other estimates. It was well worth the cold wait while getting the warranty people to approve a different contractor. From Ed in sales to Eric getting my warranty approval, and technicians Alex, Fernando, and Adam, I could not have a finer group of professionals. I can’t forget about Christina who returned my Sunday call in 40 minutes and was savvy enough to answer my questions and let me know that the unusual road ahead could become a reality. We had a scheduled appointment for Air Pro Master to come and fix our HVAC system today. And of course, as always, we received ABOVE AND BEYOND, expert professional care. Adam was very kind and respectful in our home, and answered my questions about the condenser. He fixed the part that needed to be replaced, very quickly. And the Air Conditioner System was back to working good as new again (same day), which we EXTREMELY appreciated. Because Air Pro Master does (HVAC) & (Plumbing) & (Electrical) they are truly a one stop shop for all your in home services/repairs etc. We think of them as family, and I recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs a recommendation, for quality care you can rely on! We had issue with the air switch for our Jacuzzi indoor tub. We had 4 other companies come out to try to fix it in various ways. Many hours wasted. Once our case was assigned to Air Pro Master, they quickly diagnosed the correct issue and were able to resolve. Also, their time at our home was minimal. We had great contact from their office and excellent scheduling. Dominick was our repair person and he was excellent. Friendly, skilled, thorough, and very patient with our questions.

Special thanks to Dominick, Air Pro picked up my home warranty repair ticket quickly and sent Dominick. That plumbing issue was resolved quickly but I had another issue, hot water tank, to discuss with him. I know it needed to be replaced, the only question, how much? After a short discussion, I agreed. It replacement turned out GREAT. Very happy with Air Pro's timing and service.

Honest employees and company. The tech took photos of my system and sent them to me. Was careful to explain issues so they were easily understood. He made adjustments so the system works more efficiently. Excellent customer service! Have used this company since I purchased my home in 2017. Never disappointed with the service provided. Highly recommend!
