Our experience with Alenco putting in our walk-in shower has been beyond our expectations! The initial interview with Damien was pleasant, thorough, and informative without pressure. He made the decision making so easy! He went above and beyond to walk us through the options, all the way to help with financing. He made it all so comfortable!
Our install happened in just the right time frame for us. Jimmy came and worked alone to do the demo. Then he got right to work to do the entire install! He was organized, meticulous, detailed, friendly, and communicated to us throughout the entire process! Answered all of our questions and concerns. We were amazed at his quality of workmanship. He obviously takes pride in his work!
Between the initial meeting with Damien and when Jimmy said goodbye at the door, we are thrilled with the entire process and would highly recommend Alcon to anyone!

We just had a shower installed and love it! The company is amazing to work with. They helped us every step of the way, and accommodated all sorts of things we needed.
The installer, David is an amazing person. He was very kind and helpful to us. His work is impeccable, as well.
David and his manager fixed a leak (without charge) that wasn't even their fault. It was in the workings of the house when we bought it.

All windows replaced, it's a huge transformation for my house and it looks amazing. Incredible effort by the install team who were on-time, polite, punctual and professional. Sales team was very informative and willing to negotiate.

We are very happy with our new shower. Dustin took out the old tub and installed a beautiful shower with a grab bar for our safety and then a new floor was placed which is beautiful. I can't remember the guys name who installed the floor but he and Dustin were courteous and professional

Alenco was wonderful to work with. My new Kohler tub is beautiful and John did an amazing job installing it. The bath production staff are on top of their game and get back to you quickly especially if there are any concerns or problems. They want to get the job done right and make sure you’re satisified! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Alenco installed all the windows in our home in 2012. Installers were very professional and did a great job. One of the installers (Layton) even suggested that we add new trim around all the windows to make it a cleaner look. He even went to Home Depot with me to show me what materials to purchase.
A few years later one of our sliding windows had a leak. Since the salesman, John, gave us Lifetime Warranty on parts and labor (written on the sales receipt) I contacted Alenco about the leak and eventually after a few bandaid fixes they came out and replaced the entire window with no charge. Once again the installer that we originally had (Layton) noticed a similar problem with the window in our family room which was eventually resolved with a siding issue fix after installing some flashing under the siding. ABSOLUTELY awesome service on the fixes.
Fast forward to 2024 and when having our house painted we had some siding that was rotting under a window. I wasn’t sure if it was from the window installation or not so I contacted Alenco. The customer service lady sent someone out to take pictures and said it wasn’t their install problem. I told her we had Lifetime warranty on parts and labor. After getting the “run around” from this customer service gal I eventually got Jeff to come out and take a look at the issue. He was actually one of the guys who did my window install back in 2012. He was extremely pleasant with me (unlike the customer service gal) and worked with me to have the siding replaced and also sent Layton back out to recap the windows so the color would match our new trim paint color.
LONG STORY short….this is a good company with good products and great people. I truly appreciate their service in making things right on the couple issues we’ve had. I will use their company again in the future for home improvement projects

Alenco has replaced windows at 2 of my parents houses and my in-laws siding. So my wife and I went with Alenco to replace our windows that were almost all original windows. They were very accommodating with our schedule. They were right on schedule. We loved our sales guy Carl and our installation team (Levi and Brody). They all did a wonderful job, and we couldn't be happier with how our windows turned out. Everyone answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the process. We needed the old tub removed and a walking shower installed with a seat. We couldn't be more pleased, not only with our salesman, Graham, but with our installer John and his team! It's beautiful and perfect to allow for my husband to safely shower. Thank you for the beautiful upgrade!

I paid over $13,000 for a small shower and have had nothing but problems from the start. First, the salesman was aggressive and when I told him I didn't want to listen to all his presentation he completely ignored me. He was at our house for nearly 2 hours going on and on. He told me the shower retailed at some ridiculous price over $20,000. He asked if I was a Sam's Club member because that would give me a little bit of a discount - he didn't even have me verify that I was a member. So that's how it started. Come installation day, the guy was there 12 hours the fierst day, and 11 hours the second day. He had never put in a glass shower door like the one I purchased, and did it completely wrong. The plastic strip at the bottom (which is supposed to keep the water in the shower and not on the floor) kept coming off. It's a cheap type of plastic and the design makes no sense. We had to contact them to come back and fix it. He came one or two more times but the problem continued. So, they ordered a new glass door and hired a sub-contractor to install it "the right way". In less than a week the plastic strip came off again. They clearly don't know what they are doing and I truly regret going with this company. I could have gotten a comparable shower at a much better price from other companies. I went with this company because I trusted the Kohler name. Big mistake. VERY unhappy.
