We are extremely happy with our 6 new windows and 1 exterior door. From the time Adam came to quote, to the install day there were no issues (besides the winter weather). The installers did call twice due to weather issues and the reschedule process was no problem at all. These folks work well together and everyone was great to work with. When Levi and Kyle came to install they were very courteous and did a fantastic install job. Going from builder grade to aftermarket was clearly a necessity as the old windows were very drafty. I am so happy with my bathroom shower and tub installs. From the initial meeting with Adam Brewer to the install with Rick Phillips, the process was flawless. Rick did an amazing job with the install of both bathrooms in 2 days. He was considerate and very accommodating. There was absolutely no mess whatsoever left behind. He was very respectful and an all around super nice guy! Thank you!

We love our new shower install. It was a big investment but it was worth it because it makes the bathroom look completely different. My handyman was not sure about doing the bath-to-shower transformation himself so having Alenco do it gave us assurance that it would be done well.

Alenco sent a great installer, Rick, to handle our tub to walk-in shower project Rick is a true pro who takes pride in his work and his years of experience show in the form of top notch work and successful efforts to keep the house clean using drop cloths from the front door to the work site. He removed everything he could from the bathroom to avoid getting it dusty. Rick is friendly and courteous...a consummate professional.

Alenco offered a great selection of colors and styles for shower surrounds, accessories, bases, and decorative plumbing.

Was really sold (literally by very good sales-people) on the 2-day install. The salesmen measure the space and the installer uses those measurements to do the work. I guess our installer didn't double check the measurements because he built it to those specs, which turned out to be an inch too short, requiring custom made doors to be ordered on install day, which added 9 days to the install. So we have a nice-looking shower we can't use. Today was the day for the doors to finally get installed and I just got a call that they accidentally only ordered one door (requires two). That door gets installed today along with a temporary shower curtain until another week to ten days goes by for the other door to be made. Costly mistake for the company, and totally avoidable if the installer had double-checked the measurements and adjusted to accommodate standard doors. Alenco says their installers are employees, but ours told me he's a contractor (solely for Alenco for five years), and if he wants help (he did it alone), it's out of his pocket to hire someone — and Alenco doesn't vet the assistant. That part wasn't shared with us by the sales team. The shower turned out nice, but do your homework before hiring this company, ask lots of questions, and watch your installer like a hawk, especially when it comes to measuring the space. Needless to say, I probably wouldn't hire them again as they seem pretty disorganized. Their solution for compensating us for the 3-week inconvenience? The customer servicer rep mentioned a possible gift card.... we'll see. I'd prefer and would expect a partial refund.

We had Alenco complete 2 bathtub to shower conversions for us.. From the beginning to the end our experience with Alenco employees has been awesome. Damien our product consultant was very knowledgeable about products and services avaliable he was very pleasant, we did not feel pressured in any way. Pat our project manager kept us updated on our project. He said what he would do and did it what he said he would do. Pat very personable and easy to talk to. Our installers John and Bart are the best of the best. They are hard workers and super craft men. They treated us and or home with great respect. We are super happy with our new showers.

Recently replaced our 1980’s single pane wood windows. Working with Alenco for our new windows and gutters was a fantastic experience. We love the look, function and energy efficiency of our new windows. Added bonus is how quiet our house is with the update! From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, Alenco made sure we were satisfied with their work. Adam our exterior specialist was with us from initial sale to final install with top notch customer service. When there were a few things I wasn’t satisfied with our gutters, Jeff visited our house in person to understand and solve the issue. If you’re looking for quality windows and gutters, I’d definitely recommend Alenco.

Our experience with Alenco putting in our walk-in shower has been beyond our expectations! The initial interview with Damien was pleasant, thorough, and informative without pressure. He made the decision making so easy! He went above and beyond to walk us through the options, all the way to help with financing. He made it all so comfortable!
Our install happened in just the right time frame for us. Jimmy came and worked alone to do the demo. Then he got right to work to do the entire install! He was organized, meticulous, detailed, friendly, and communicated to us throughout the entire process! Answered all of our questions and concerns. We were amazed at his quality of workmanship. He obviously takes pride in his work!
Between the initial meeting with Damien and when Jimmy said goodbye at the door, we are thrilled with the entire process and would highly recommend Alcon to anyone!

The installer, David is an amazing person. He was very kind and helpful to us. His work is impeccable, as well.
David and his manager fixed a leak (without charge) that wasn't even their fault. It was in the workings of the house when we bought it.
