Our warranty assures the customer that should a problem occur during the warranty period, the product or service is protected against defects in material or workmanship when it is correctly installed or performed according to all supplied instructions for the duration of the stated warranty period.
Terms and Conditions
Subject to the respective provincial law, warranty begins on the date the product/service is delivered to the original purchaser. Once the warranty period has begun, it cannot be stopped or interrupted.
We reserve the right to deny or reverse any and all warranty claims for parts, labor, or miscellaneous charges when errors are found or warranty provisions are abused or fraudulent claims are submitted.

A few years later one of our sliding windows had a leak. Since the salesman, John, gave us Lifetime Warranty on parts and labor (written on the sales receipt) I contacted Alenco about the leak and eventually after a few bandaid fixes they came out and replaced the entire window with no charge. Once again the installer that we originally had (Layton) noticed a similar problem with the window in our family room which was eventually resolved with a siding issue fix after installing some flashing under the siding. ABSOLUTELY awesome service on the fixes.
Fast forward to 2024 and when having our house painted we had some siding that was rotting under a window. I wasn’t sure if it was from the window installation or not so I contacted Alenco. The customer service lady sent someone out to take pictures and said it wasn’t their install problem. I told her we had Lifetime warranty on parts and labor. After getting the “run around” from this customer service gal I eventually got Jeff to come out and take a look at the issue. He was actually one of the guys who did my window install back in 2012. He was extremely pleasant with me (unlike the customer service gal) and worked with me to have the siding replaced and also sent Layton back out to recap the windows so the color would match our new trim paint color.
LONG STORY short….this is a good company with good products and great people. I truly appreciate their service in making things right on the couple issues we’ve had. I will use their company again in the future for home improvement projects
During the installation the crew discovered a hornet nest under our siding 😬 and they were not happy about being disturbed! Even while being stung, they tried their hardest to complete the job! Ultimately, they had to come back after I took care of the hornets. Of which I absolutely commend their efforts and do not blame them at all for not finishing in one day. I would have stopped at the first Buzz!
Again, the windows are amazing and made a HUGE difference in the house, especially over winter. We replaced the original 123 year old windows of which they did a fantastic job of saving them for us as we are incorporating them into the remodel inside the house!

Joseph just finished installing our windows. He did a great job. On time, polite, professional and did a good clean up. Joseph installed windows a few years ago for us, so we were happy to see him again. Windows are a great quality at a competitive price too.
