All Season Solar

We have had nothing but excellent experiences with this vendor. Their customer service and attention to detail is stellar. They went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions, in particular, the roofing manager, Pete Thomas. Their pricing is competitive and they stand by their work and product in a way that is hard to find these days! HIGHLY recommend.

This company has earned my review and my business. This is not a paid review or anything. I had solar installed and after many, many obstacles from my local Township and utility company, they kept on working with the inspection and permits people. The system was just turned on this month, but I am convinced that they have my back for the long haul.
I feel confident in calling All Season if an issue arises with my larger system. The office people are friendly and even helped me learn how to use the monitoring system for electricity production.

We recently had solar panels installed on our roof by AllSeason Solar company. They came highly recommended by my cousin who had gotten solar panels on his roof earlier this year. From start to end, the process was seamless. Jason Ketchel did a great job in ensuring we understood the process and the pricing of the job. He walked us through the five stages of pricing and what each step entails. In 3 short months we had our panels installed and are currently are on the last stage awaiting the inspection by the Utility company. AllSeason took responsibility for procuring permits from the city. From start until now, the engagement was and has been professional and I was kept aware of all updates via text. I have already recommended them to our friends and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering getting solar panels. Thank You!

I recently had solar panels installed on my house, and I couldn't be happier. I had called three other companies and they either didn't call back, or made an appointment and failed to show up. A friend gave me the name and number of Jason Ketchel at AllSeason Solar and he was terrific. Jason went through the entire process, sent me a detailed presentation, and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. Everything was done exactly how he explained, and on time according to the schedule he provided. Jason is a great asset to the company, and I will recommend him to my friends and family.

Once the electric grid opened up in our area, I called AllSeason Solar to discuss the process involved in putting solar panels on our home. I had a great experience with this company. I came in with very little knowledge and was unsure about a lot. After our chats I felt confident and informed about solar energy and what to expect in the years to come. I am very happy I made the decision to reach out for my new solar panels. I was on the fence for a few years. With the market flooded with companies, I had a hard time choosing who to trust. I definitely trust and recommend AllSeason Solar & Roofing.

All Season Solar and Roofing did a great job on my roof and installed a new solar system. They showed up on time, worked hard, and got everything done quickly and professionally. The roof looks great, the solar setup was handled smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves too. Really happy with how it all turned out. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or solar work.

We have run into the same issue as Jon posted before. The only reason why we went with this Company is because the rep verbally told us that they will remove the solar panels one time at no cost when we needed a new roof. We knew we were about five years away from a new roof and we are coming up to that date. Now we’re being told along with others on the street that was never part of the deal. Our sales person, Lauren, who apparently does not work there anymore, (for over promising to make a sale) made it very clear to us that this was in fact, part of the installation process and maintenance. We were all told the same exact thing. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. I will most definitely update the review if they standby their word. Other than that, be careful.
The woman who is answering the phone for this company has been nothing but helpful. She advised me that somebody higher up would be contacting me and that hasn’t happened. We are definitely not happy at this point.

I signed up in 2019 two of my neighbors signed up at the same time .we were all told the same thing . (We told are sales rep (Lauren) we would need a new roof in a few years . She told us. All season would take down and re install one time for no charge. We signed up . It's 7 years later we need the roof and all season says they don't do that and I tried calling Lauren she no longer works there or has the same phone number. I am now waiting to see how much all season charges for the service the sales rep said they would provide for free
