There are not sufficient words to describe the work done by All States Home Improvement. Absolutely stellar work and all the people encountered exhibited top quality customer service. It was so refreshing to experience such positive attitudes and attention to detail. All the work completed was top notch. The construction team worked like ever-ready bunnies; just nonstop until the work was done. I am still pinching myself when I look at my new door, windows, guttering and deck! The team of Chad Agnew under the direction if Clint did an awesome job. They were professional, very technical and respectful. I am enjoying my deck and have had great responses from neighbors, family and friends. Also thanks to office help from Shandra for setting it all up. Highly recommend to everyone.

We had been wanting to remodel our master shower for several years, but was nervous about finding a contractor to do the project well. From the moment Aly with All States walked into our home, I was confident this was a company we could hire to do the job right. She was so helpful throughout the design project, explaining every step of the process that would happen, listening to our wishes and concerns, and working with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

Chase was our installer and was extremely professional, always showed up on time, and was very respectful of our home. He kept us updated throughout the project and always asked for our input first when anything from the original installation plan had to be modified. We were shocked he was able to do the entire remodel by himself in just 3 1/2 days! We are very pleased with the final result and it turned out just as envisioned!

Working with All States was nothing short of a wonderful experience. The team I worked with was professional, experienced, and had the right tools and attitude to take my bathroom from something that I used and was steadily growing more disatisfied with, into something that I absolutely love and adore.

Aly, my sales person, really got a great feel for the space, and what my household and I wanted for it. She helped us pick fixtures, flooring, paneling, and everything for what basically was a gut and replace on everything save the toilet. She showed not just patience, but actual enjoyment working with my family and I. She did a fantastic job setting expectations on next steps. She clearly knows her trade.

And Gregory, our installer? He was better than I could have hoped for! He got an 8 day job done in 6 days, and did so with an eye for detail that stunned me. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, he was an absolute dream to work with.

Of course, the best measure of a company isn't how they handle when things are going well, but how they handle when things take unexpected turns. My initial countertop had a production defect from the manufacturer, and wasn't up to my (or their) standards. So Chase, our production manager, and Dylan, our project coordinator, worked with the manufacturer to get it replaced in a timely fashion after the main install was complete.

Overall, I cannot recommend them enough for the work they did, the attention to detail they had, and the quality of craftsmanship they brought here. If I could give more than five stars, I would (and especially to Gregory! Seriously blown away by his work, and his experience made such a difference in what was a complex, custom job!)

We had an amazing experience with All States Home Improvement from start to finish! Our wood deck was showing some serious wear and tear, so we kicked around the idea of replacing it. Jeremy came out and answered all 7,000 of our questions and then some. This is the most thorough and thoughtful company we have worked with (and we’ve done a lot of house projects recently). Jimmy’s crew showed up when they said they would, they cleaned up after themselves, and their workmanship was impressive every step of the way. It was the little details you wouldn’t even think of for a project this size that really impressed us. Of course, the overall project turned out better than we expected as well! All States Home Improvement removed our old deck, built a new deck complete with lighting installed in the steps and posts (the pictures don’t do it justice), and built a roof over the deck so our dogs quit burning their paws when they refuse to come inside. And now we can smoke meat in the rain! Another added bonus is how cool the rain sounds on the roof; it’s a very faint rain-on-a-tin-roof sound. We are more than satisfied with the product and service from this company. If we find another project, they will be the first people we call.

I just had a full bathroom remodel and Gregory was very determined to make our experience amazing and as smooth as possible. He made sure that everything was done and that we were pleased with each days work before he left. Everyday he cleaned up and made sure that he left our house without a mess. Gregory is very respectful and kind! I recommend that everyone uses Gregory to do their remodeling!!!

We used All States to replace a large window and I was really happy with the whole process. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and very communicative. The installer (Tyler) did fantastic work and we were very happy with the results. He even took time to discuss our future projects with us and how to best proceed forward based on his in depth knowledge of what it would take to get the whole job done. We were exceptionally happy with the quality of work, their expertise, and the seamless process from start to finish. We will definitely be using them for our future projects!

We were very happy with All States Home Improvement, I had seen the advertisements for Jacuzzi bath to shower remodels, there price was very high. I looked at the reviews for other companies and All States had very good reviews. Lois was our sales person, she had pictures and samples of all the options. Junior was our installer, it took 2 and 1/2 days. Anytime he had a question he would ask for our input. We were able to pick where everything went , the shower head, shelves, grab bar, shave bar and the folding chair. Dylan from the office called to check, a few days after the install to make she we were happy, than again a week later. I would recommend All States to anyone.

All States Remodeling recently completed a bathroom renovation in my older home.  This was no easy project—the space required extensive updates and creative problem-solving!
Special thanks to our project manager, John, whose steady coordination ensured the project moved forward smoothly. Megan, our salesperson, offered knowledgeable guidance that made the design process approachable and manageable.
Mike handled demolition with determination and grit, especially impressive given the outdated infrastructure of a 1950s bathroom. The heart of the transformation, however, rested with Scott and Gunner, whose diligent work and thoughtful craftsmanship brought the new space to life 🤗. They were an absolute pleasure to welcome into my home—respectful, hardworking, and kind. It’s rare to find a team with such integrity and honor.
This is my third major project with All States Remodeling, and while their pricing may be higher than some competitors, their consistency and follow-through remain unmatched!
