I would give All States Home Improvement (ASHI) 5 +++, starting from the sale representative Aly, who showed up on time (on a snowy day) and took her time to explain and work with the family to make sure we were getting what was needed and offer work arounds to keep us in budget.
Compared to others in the same business ASHI has a short wait time for the start date of the installment. They also offered many designs and safety options and many discounts.

We had two bathrooms to be updated. One to remove tub and install walk-in shower and the other bathroom was already a walk-in shower; however, needed updated for safety and design purposes. Our installer was Jeff R. and his assistant were very professional and friendly installers that were on time each day. Both jobs were completed within 3 days and so beautiful I wish I had the before picture to share.

We needed to unexpectedly replace a broken window so we got a couple quotes. All States was the clear choice based on a lot of things but most of all the people, product quality, and wholesome company. Ben Lippold was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, respectful, patient, and never pushy. Sometimes when you’re working on a budget or not making a larger purchase (like all your windows vs one or two) you get people that don’t spend as much time or effort on you but that wasn’t the case here. Much appreciated. We’re very happy with our new window and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Thanks Ben and All States Home Improvement.

We wanted to cover and screen in our deck. Jim came out and listened to what we wanted. My idea was to expensive for my comfort, so Jim suggested sitting an aluminum screened in, covered enclosure, on my deck. This kept me in a price range I wanted. It turned out looking great, and it's 100% maintenance free! Gary and Mia ( the ones that built it) were freindly, courteous, and answed all our questions and addressed any concerns!

10 out of 10, I wish there were more stars to give. We had an amazing experience with All States Home Improvements re-doing our deck! From start to completion, our project consultant, Jeremy Whitt, was incredible with keeping timely and open communication with us. The foreman Jimmy, the crew lead Bryce, and the crew Clint, Dan, and Cooper, were, first of all, amazing at what they do, but also very professional, courteous, and helpful (they taught our 18 year old daughter how to reset a popped circuit breaker 😅). They worked so fast and got the entire thing done in just a few days. We’re so happy with our new deck and grateful to have partnered with such a customer oriented company to get it done. Thank you!

My husband and I can't say enough about our experience with All States and would highly recommend them for all your home improvement jobs. The level of customer support and communication throughout the process was unmatched and greatly appreciated. When you decide to make an investment of this size into your home, you want some level of constant contact and reassurance you are in good hands. Coming from a couple that typically handles all home projects ourselves, especially to save money, our decision to hire out these major portions of work didn't come as a light decision. All States staff, and every contractor involved, did not disappoint!

Jeff was the first face of the company and met with us to discuss our needs for windows and siding. He was very personable and easy to work with. He did a great job explaining the "All States" way, along with product information and warranties for the windows and siding. He patiently answered all my crazy and endless questions, which helped put our minds at ease in multiple areas. After the contract was signed, Danny and Jeff did a fantastic job measuring. Even though we thought we had asked every possible question in our initial consult with Jeff, Danny fielded our additional questions while he took measurements.

As we progressed into the window installation, Scott and Chad were quick, thorough, and ensured we weren't left with a gaping hole for too long in the heat of the summer. We felt the immediate impact of the quality of windows and so did our electric bill!

We then quickly moved into working with Tank and Fermin for the siding. We've seen many siding jobs that end with a mess left behind, but this crew did a great job installing the new siding and cleaning up after themselves.

As things progressed quickly, we decided to ask about adding gutters to our contract. This was one area we were going to do on our own to save money, but after seeing the speed and quality, we decided to add this on. Jeff was a superstar in coordinating the contract change and scheduling the gutters. Matt was called in to install the gutters and did a great job in his work and communication.

And let us not forget the behind the scenes support from Shanda in the office to help coordinate, schedule, and remind us of all the upcoming appointments and steps within the process. She was a key person in the communication process that helped put our mind at ease. To top it all off, toward the end of the project, the owner stopped in to check on the project and ensure we were satisfied with every step of the process.

Again, words cannot express how truly incredible our experience with All States has been. If you are on the fence about hiring out the work, please know you will be in good hands if you choose to work with All States!
