Do not use without multiple other quotes...they are exhorbant in price! We just had a person take 3 hours of our day to give up a quote for a shower replacement for $30,000!!! $30,000...for a shower, not even a full bath remodel. That is completely insane! This company is a joke and I feel bad for anyone who was pressured into doing business with them. As mentioned in previous posts, a 3 hour pitch to wear you down, to drop an unbelievably unrealistic quote, pressuring you to make a deal by shaking hands immediately. Don't use this company!!!!! Or be strong enough to tell them to pound sand.

Installation went great; however, now that I'm making payments, I am not getting the 12 months interest-free I was told. When I called in to fix this, I was told there was nothing they could do because it was not in Richard's notes. Make sure you have a professional sort through all the documents they send you to eSign, or you will get fleeced the interest-free time they promise.
Crew that came out was very personable, respectful and did great work. Windows look good. 1 day installation.
