We purchased front windows last year and absolutely love them. Their quality and energy efficiency is barre non. Now we are getting the same window's in the back of the house! Our sales rep is knowledgeable and honest. It is great to see her at our kitchen table again helping us make great decisions.

We are repeat customers of Ameritech. We have them install a two doors 13 years ago, and called them to install another door this year because they use quality products and do a great job. They are extremely responsive and contacted us immediately to arrange for an estimate. Loved their project manager they sent out. She is super knowledgeable and personable. Ameritech is one of the best in business! We purchased a home in 2018 and they installed a new bay window in 2019 and then we they to install a new kitchen door in 2020. We are pleased with their service from the initial appointment their representatives come and provide so much knowledge and always give you the best WILD CARD PRICE! The installation takes just ONE day no matter how big the job. Their windows keep out drafts and are triple pane for durability. We recently moved into our new home in August 2023 we knew needed to upgrade the windows. My Fiancé and I knew to contact Ameritech to get the job done right! I would recommend Ameritech to anyone who needs a new window or door because they truly care about their customers!

I did have my windows replace by Ameritech and they did a great job. My windows were old, ugly and wood was rotten, the new one with triple glass are fantastic. They look beautiful from the inside and outside, easy to clean because you can tilt and clean the outside too. It was a great investment and great price, the installers were very careful about doing the job and cleaning after themself. I strongly recommend this company and any services they provide.

This is the second time in the last few years I’ve used Ameritech. Not only do they use quality product but each time you get new work done, it extends your warranty by two more years on all the previous work that’s been done.
Mr. Carlson the sales rep is outstanding and does an excellent job of explaining everything and answering all of my questions. He is very patient and I really appreciate him breaking it all down for me.
The product itself is very high quality and I love the work that they have done. Some of the things they did needed repair after they completed the initial install, but they came back out and repaired everything to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.
Sometimes it took a little while for parts to come in for the repairs, but they always came back out and fixed everything without any issues.
Lastly it’s very hard now a days to find a company that does great work, uses high quality product, has very knowledgeable salesman and timely professional workers. I believe they check all the boxes of all the categories.
I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and I would give them 10/10 stars for being exactly the kind of company that I would want to come back for years to come.

I’ve had numerous presentations with my spouse and the project manager we went through explained to us about the quality of our windows and she did a fantastic job with the presentation. We are very excited with the windows that we are about to receive!
Update: We appreciate the value of our windows and the air quality in our house has improved tremendously! She was able to get us within a comfortable monthly payment and sleek window design. We’re thankful for the seamless display and the equally clear view from each window that has been replaced!
My wife is a medical retired Air Force Veteran and has severe allergies, COPD and Asthma. We are equally honored & thankful to review. The windows provided us with a great curb appeal and started process! We started the project in March and immediately wanted to upgrade the remainder of our windows around the home. After she provided our door presentation we also decided to upgrade with Ameritech and look forward to the arrival of our new I door.

We were so pleased with the back door and storm door that we purchased from Ameritech that we came back in less than a year to purchase doors for the front of the house. Their sales reps - the one from last year and the one who was sent for our current door, were very knowledgeable about the products services and the warranty. Michael Carlson was our sales/project manager. He arrived promptly when scheduled, walked us through the process without all of the “sales hype” and, at the end, gave us what we consider to be a very competitive price. We could not be happier with the experience, highly recommend. And by the way, I don’t write a lot of reviews, so to write this one means that the expert was truly 5 star.
UPDATE: Installation was accomplished, basically 8 windows in one day. The team arrived when promised and all work was accomplished and well done. One would not know they had been here after they left, except that we definitely have warmer rooms now, highly recommend.

Received new windows from them back in the Summer. Their team worked with me to try to find what would work both with my house and within my budget. Windows have been great as my upper floor used to get down to the upper 40s even with the thermostat set to 78. Now I can have the thermostat at 72 and it hasn't dropped below 60 upstairs.
