I must say my entire experience with Argent Solar electric was totally positive and my system is up and running with minimum downtime and Jose worked with me to explain the system and to commission the Solar retrofit. I wanted to thank Craig, and Priscilla for their help and Highly recommend this group to anybody who is looking to upgrade their existing solar system. We have had a ton of stress with the initial installer filing for bankruptcy And disappearing. This left us to deal with a huge headache and mess. I spoke with Pricila this morning at Argent and I have to say how impressed I am with her knowledge, professionalism and most important (in my opinion) willingness to assist me! Literally went above and beyond for me; spending hours of her time assisting me with our issues!! I truly cannot repay her for her kindness and assistance which means the world to me! I hope management knows how much of an asset you are. Forever grateful Pricila!! 🙏🫶

We have been customers of Argent since 2010 with our 7.9kw residential install. During that time Argent has pulled and reinstalled our solar twice for roof issues unrelated. They showed up and reinstalled immediately after reroofing. I called them late 2025 for a checkup. Could not believe my Sunnyboy inverter was still working. I asked them for recommendations and they presented them in an honest sales pitch. Craig was strait forward, no pressure. I upgraded with a 4kw add on and Powerwall 3. Install was one day and the crew were fantastic. Then the wait on inspection and PTO. 12 days! Thank you. Way to long IMHO. That's on Arizona. Diego Jr (owners son 19) who is learning the business came out to turn it on and had some issues with a fault. Argent pulled the "SWAT' team off a job and showed up first thing the next morning. Luis, who is always smiling and explaining to me his findings, and his crew found the overvoltage in one of the strings and fixed in a couple of hours. Awesome crew. You don't get a rotary if you call the office. You get a person. They answer your questions. I have no data base for other competitors but I don't need one. 16 years with Argent. Family owned. You are not just another pay check.

We had a great experience working with Argent Solar. From start to finish, the process, was smooth, transparent, and well organized. Craig, who worked with us in the beginning, was incredibly helpful in exploring our options, answering all of our questions, and guiding us toward the best system for our specific energy usage. During the install phase, Diego also stood out for his high level of professionalism – he was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the solar installation and operation process, and he took the time to clearly explain everything along the way. When we were in the market to add solar to our home in 2024, we researched several solar companies before deciding on Argent Solar. After meeting with the salesman, Craig, we had no hesitation to move forward with Argent. Craig was very professional, transparent and low pressure. He patiently explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner and he made himself available throughout the entire process (and beyond) for our questions and concerns. He never tried to upsell us (unlike one of the other companies we were considering), and he was always approachable and kind. Once the installation started, we were so fortunate to have Jose at the helm. Jose was extremely conscientious, brilliant with his knowledge of solar and beyond, and like Craig, he was so patient in explaining everything and made himself available whenever we had yet, another question. Since the initial install, we have reached out to Craig and Jose on numerous occasions as we were learning the ins and outs of the system and they both continued to display professionalism, integrity and patience. Even a year + into our Argent Solar installation, we have reached out to Craig and Jose (sometimes for things somewhat unrelated to our system) and they both responded in a timely manner. As a matter of fact, when we were told by an electrician (just a few weeks ago) that we needed our electrical panel replaced to the tune of $8,000+, we called Argent (since Jose had installed an additional electrical panel to handle our solar equipment) and without hesitation, Jose came to our home and looked over everything, took the time to help us understand without being condescending, and saved us $8K! He provided us with additional information and gave us suggestions for how we could save even more money. Jose is a genius who has knowledge far beyond solar and both he and Craig are trustworthy, display the highest integrity and are bar none, two of the most reliable men we know. We would not hesitate to use Argent Solar again for this home (should we desire additional solar equipment), or for a future residence. In this world where it's easy to fall prey to high-pressure sales tactics or fear mongering, Argent Solar (Jose and Craig in particular), are shining lights who help us realize that there still are some good people out there. Thank you Craig and Jose for being who you are and for providing us with the best solar system!

The entire team at Argent solar was amazing to work with. From answering questions about tax credits to coming up with efficient and aesthetically pleasing plans to the actual install and hook up, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Argent and I'm really happy with my Tesla home solar system.

We worked with Craig Bloom for our system, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had with any company. Argent was competitive with or cheaper than any of the others we got quotes from, and they have a solid history of work in the Valley. They also do their own installation, which is great. Craig is hands down the best sales rep we’ve worked with anywhere. He wasn’t pushy, gave me the facts and data, had a few system options, and ultimately delivered on what he promised. We recently added five more panels (due to increased consumption) and the experience was just as good. If you are exploring solar or even adding on to an existing system , we highly recommend Argent, and Craig will take good care of you.

We worked with Craig Bloom from Argent Solar, who was knowledgeable, honest, and most of all not pushy. The price was comparable or lower than others for the same system, but Craig was easier to work with. He helped us find the best option for financing the system and worked with APS to get paperwork pushed through quickly. It took ~3 months to install with most of the time waiting on APS, not Argent. Within an hour of APS installing the final meter, Argent had someone on site to turn on the system and help us setup the Battery App, get it configured to fit our needs and explained everything. So far when using the system for only a couple of days, it is performing better than estimates predicted. (We'll know more once summer arrives.) So far the process has been stress free. Craig came out and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns in person at our home. Since that day any question or concern I have had Craig has always been there to answer and get the information needed. I highly recommend Argent Solar for anyone looking to get solar panels/battery!

We just had solar installed through Argent. Charlie, our agent, was fantastic. He walked us through everything and calculated the exact specifications for us. He'd already looked at our house online before coming over so he even had a layout of the best location for the panels ready to go. The price was better than I expected and the install was fast, friendly, and professional.
