In addition to treating you and your property with respect—calling before we arrive, using shoe covers and drop cloths as needed—we guarantee that you'll be satisfied with our work, as set out in a written estimate you approve before we start. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, we'll make every effort to meet your expectations. It's that simple.

Terms and Conditions

*If, for any reason, within one (1) year of the date of the original invoice, you are dissatisfied with our work in your home, we'll make every effort to meet your expectations, or remove your equipment (if applicable) and cheerfully refund 100% of your money.
*Sewer Repairs / Replacements and Drain Cabling are subject to their applicable warranty provided upon completion of the work.

Well what can I say, except to be quoted $500.00 for the first pound of refrigerant needed to add to my system. I understand that the rules for refrigerant have changed. Yet a 15 minute visit, to schedule an appointment for a new system. The tech was nice, I waited all day from a 10am-2pm
scheduled appointment. That didn’t happen until 5:00 pm. Readers can come to their own conclusion.

Mark is one of the most outstanding and knowledgeable MASTER plumbers we have had the pleasure of meeting! Mark arrived at our home on time and even respected our wishes to wear a mask while he assist our hot water heater issues. He provided a cost effective solution to our old water heater issue with the industry knowledge to back it up. His knowledge and professionalism is truly what we needed during a time where other companies were not providing this level of knowledge and quoted unacceptable pricing. We just replaced our hot water heater after a number of years. We decided to go through Lowe’s for the project. The entire system was very effortless and very easy. We were set up with ARS contractors and everything went very well. Mr. Salah was our technician. He handled everything from the beginning to the end of the project. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. The project was completed in a timely manner-much quicker than we were expecting with the clean up being spot on.

Derek and Chase were very respectful and highly educated on what they were doing. They explained to me very well what was going to be done and got the job done in such a short time. I got a brand new indoor and outdoor unit with a new heater and furnace too. They had to remove all the stuff I had it was old and outdated but these guys were confident fixing all the issues they saw! I highly recommended ARS / Rescue Rooter. Employees like that always make sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied and well informed.

Great experience with both ARS technicians who came up with a very reasonable estimate to replace my current hot water heater. They took the time to explain my options and were very knowledgeable and informative about what exactly they would be doing in the installation of the new hot water heater. I had an excellent experience with Miguel Benavides, the technician who checked my air conditioning system. He was very professional from the start, thoroughly inspected everything, and took the time to clearly explain the condition of the system. He showed me the current issues and also pointed out potential problems that could come up in the future, which really helped me understand what maintenance might be needed. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and inspires confidence. I highly recommend him

Called 8AM to report strange noise my heat pump outdoor unit was making. They gave me a window between 8-12 same day.
