If I could give zero stars for this company I would.
We hired Atlas Home Improvement for a shower installation. Since installation, the shower leaks, failed code inspection, and has been completely unusable.
The salesman that came to our home was full of lies and deception. He claimed the materials for our shower were going to be "custom-made." We waited months for the project to begin, and when the installer showed up, he had all of the wrong products, he tried to convince us that he could "make it work". Had we known what we know now we would've told him to pack up his stuff and leave our home immediately.
Speaking of the installer, one of the deceptive "guarantees" provided to us by Atlas was a "certified craftsman" guarantee. Atlas claimed their installers go through a background check, drug screen, and perform at the highest quality in the industry. The installer that showed up to our home was nowhere close to professional or of the highest quality.
The installer colored in screw holes with a marker instead of installing screws where screws were required, he left caulk all over the walls and shower doors, and when the project got frustrating for him, he went out to our driveway and smoked marijuana and threw tools against his trailer. and I repeat the shower he installed leaked, failed code inspection, and has been unusable since the day he left.
We later found out that the installer was a convicted felon with a lengthy, criminal history, including assault and weapons offenses. Oh yeah, and he stole copper piping from our home.
We made several attempts to contact Atlas about the above described issues and most of our calls went unanswered. I was finally able to get in touch with a person claiming to be "quality and control." He came to our home inspected photographs we had taken during the installation process and inspected the shower in person himself. That Atlas "quality and control" person determined that the shower project had to be completely torn out and redone.
He informed us that the installer that had been to our home had since been terminated. He gave us a "redo" date for the tear out and reinstallation.
As the re-installation date neared we had heard nothing from Atlas. We again made several attempts to contact them for information regarding the project redo, and they largely went unanswered. I finally got in touch with the employee who came to our home as the "quality control" person, and he informed us that the product had been delivered to their warehouse, but was damaged. He claimed Atlas was still trying to get us on the schedule for the reinstallation.
After the complete failure of the initial shower, install, the breach of contract, multiple unfulfilled "guarantees", and the lack of communication by Atlas, we determined we no longer trusted this company. I requested they come to our home and remove their product as we would be seeking a refund of our money and finding a competent and trustworthy contractor to finish our shower project. It was at this time Atlas threatened us with their lawyers.
We have been forced to seek our own legal counsel who attempted to communicate with Atlas, however; Atlas has been completely unresponsive with our legal counsel as well.
It has been nearly 6 months since the failed shower installation and we still have an unusable shower. Working with Atlas home improvements has been the worst experience of my life as a homeowner.
Please let my nightmare of an experience working with Atlas Home Improvement be a warning to you. This company is the worst!!!! Beware.

Atlas Home Improvement just installed our new shower, and James Oliver delivered exceptional work. The finish is professional and precise. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the space clean throughout the process. James took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were fully comfortable with every step. The work was completed without any mess, and he cleaned the area thoroughly before leaving. Highly recommended.

Recently, Atlas Home Improvement was out to the house and redid my master bathroom. We went from I couldn't get into my tub or shower to a walk-in tub and a new larger shower. The fold down chair in the shower is a dream, as it isnt always in the way. Plus, the grab bars are in the right spot. I have functionality finally and it's safe.
The walk-in tub is a dream. I can't speak enough about the tub. I have always been a bath person, as many parts of my body are damaged and the warm water is soothing. I have not been able to get in or out of a tub in years. I am finally safe. I do not have to worry about falling, I have grab bars to assist in standing up and the heated seat is a the cherry on top.
To top this all off we completed the flooring and replaced the cabinetery and toilet, so it is taller and less room for falling.
I love my new bathroom. There was a team of 10 guys who did the remodel and all of them were polite, (ma'am) even after asking not to. I would like to shout out a few who were rockstars. Zac P.,Christian P., Jack K., and Patrick K.
I had an operator error moment with the sealing of the tub and Dave Ford came out to ensure I knew how to properly seal the door without, leaking or damaging it.
Every person I dealt with from sales to order submission, scheduling and install was easy to talk to and able to get back if they didnt know the answer.

Had a complete bathroom replacement. New ceiling, floor, walls, tub. The whole shebang. While the job took considerably longer than quoted, the craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. There is not a thing I requested that was not welcomed with enthusiasm. Thank you Chad Lange and Stanley Jackson.

I was not happy with the company and how long it took to have my new shower installed with no updates for 3 months on what delay was.
With that being said, I do commend the crew that came out to install my new shower, they were absolutely wonderful and very respectful. We were originally told it would take three days for the job to be complete, however the crew worked very hard (over 14 hours straight) and completed the project in 1 day. I am very happy with this crew (who came from out of state) and the job they completed for me. I would definitely recommend this specific crew to anyone to have there job completed.
I give the company 3 stars as they did not seem concerned with customer satisfaction, however I give the crew 5 stars for a job well done.

We recently had a bathroom shower remodel completed by Atlas Home Improvement based out of Whitmore Lake, Michigan, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The project involved removing a 36-year-old fiberglass shower insert and outdated plumbing, followed by the installation of a stunning new Jacuzzi shower. While the project is nearly complete (with the shower door installation scheduled for tomorrow), the quality and craftsmanship already shine through. I’ve included a picture to showcase the fine work!
A huge thank you to the exceptional installers, Patrick White and Matt Spencer, whose outstanding work truly exceeded our expectations. Patrick and Matt demonstrated remarkable skill and precision during both the demolition and installation phases. Late posting review. Install 01/2025. Very happy with the shower install. Nick (cowboy boots) didn't get his last name the installer, was excellent in communication & installing the shower & on time. It only took 2 days he worked his butt off. Because the tear out was tough. He had help the 2end day didn't get that guys name. Thanks to both of them. I have already recommended Atlas to a few other people. They liked the look of the shower. Before & after.

We had a new tub installed. James O & Joe Grimm did an amazing job. Very professional and nice. Showed up on time. Ask us questions to how we wanted things. My husband had the shower head put up to high and even after it was all done they offered to lower it. The tub looks wonderful. Couldn't be happier. I can't wait to see what the other bathroom looks like when they get it done this week.
I wish I had the shower head put lower and put the shelves in the front. Guess I am stuck with what I got.
