Bath Fitter

Michael Hood arrived at our home right on time. Michael is organized, experienced, and very knowledgeable across all fields including excellent plumbing and carpentry skills. His service vehicle was spotless, He laid down runners and was very carful not to nick door jambs or wall. The demotion of our cast iron bath tub went well as Mike was very careful with dust and dirt from this process. Outstanding job in preparation for new walk in shower. Michael was very exacting in his measurements so the panels fit perfectly. The sliding shower door works great along with the sturdy grab bars. The trim was cut perfectly and the fit awesome. The small amount of silicon caulking needed is almost invisible. Mike was honest in showing that the cast iron p trap had severe build up inside and he replaced it — all part of the job at no additional cost to us. He used marine plywood under the new shower drain pain and all fit perfectly as he laid this out.
We are extremely pleased with the total remodel of our master bathroom.

Bath Fitters or Mike if you read this and you have our old shower head (my wife is sad that i do not have it ) ( it was attached to the shower arm that was replaced ) my wife will be jubilant to have it back as she would like to use it in our other bathroom. You may have set it aside as we did not see it with the other old items you kindly saved for us. Thanks — five star plus one more for six star !

We originally had Bath Fitter remodel our bathtub back in 2008. They came back a few years later and replaced our tub because it had a small crack in it. We think a worker put the toilet in the tub when we replaced the flooring. We told Bath Fitter, but they still replaced it at no charge! They also came back and recalked the tub a couple of times. All of this return work was at no charge. We were very pleased with Bath Fitter. That is why we went back to Bath Fitter when we decided to remove the tub and put in a shower with a fold down seat.
The sales lady in the showroom at the Greenville Remodeling Show was very nice and helpful. Myke came out to the house and helped us decide what we wanted. Then a week later Chris came out to install it.
They were all very professional and knowledgeable. They did not try to rush us to make quick decisions. We were very impressed and will always recommend Bath Fitter!

Bathfitter installed vinyl wainscoting over old fashioned ceramic tile and new flooring in a bathroom. They also made some updates to the shower they installed several years ago. The crew, Alex and Frank did. Great job. They arrived on time. They were cordial and efficient. They used mats to avoid soiling the carpet. They completed the job in about 4 hours. The bathroom looks great.

I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters. We had a shower replacement done for my parents. Bath Fitters help to design what we needed and completed the work that was designed. I’m unsure where the price rates to other companies but the lifetime warranty was big deciding factor.
The designer/salesman did a great job showing us how the finished product would look and the technician did an amazing job completing the job in half a day.
If I can make any suggestions to future customers, being a technician in a different field myself, stay out of the way and let them do their job. I think you will be pleased with the quality of work and time of completion.
