Amazing experience from the quote all the way through installation. Thomas and Josh were quick and efficient and finished the entire project in a little over 6 hours. Will definitely reach back out to them for future project needs.

I would give Bath Fitter of Utah 20 stars if it were possible. We moved into our home a year ago. The master bath included a tub which was an old Jacuzzi style that was leaking and uncomfortable. The shower was so small, I used it for a storage area, we took both our baths and showers in the guest bathroom. We decided for a remodel. Bath Fitter was the first appointment we made, and they came out very quickly. They were professional, They were helpful and certainly not overbearing or aggressive trying to make a sale. Both my husband and I were impressed. Nevertheless, my husband is a professional estimator and has worked with subcontractors for most of his career so he wanted at least three other bids. He knows the construction business. None of the other appointments passed his discernment and professional opinion. Without question, we went back to Bath Fitter of Utah. They helped us with a custom design. The demo was done promptly and within the agreed-upon timeframe. They kept the work area clean throughout, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Unfortunately, that’s not a given. We scheduled for the installation of the custom deep soaker tub and shower. Kenyon, the lead on the team was astounding. The job was efficient, he was thorough. He answered my questions, clearly. He did a beautiful job. Both my husband and I were impressed by his professional behavior, his work quality and his work ethic. In spite of the fact that this was a custom job, the installation took two days. We are waiting for the glass, which is also a special order. Kenyon took care of coordinating that also. I am so glad we chose this company. I’m submitting before and after pictures and as soon as his beautiful caulking, job was dry, I decorated the bathtub which I love… I know I will feel the same about the shower as soon as the glass is all installed. So thanks again and I recommend Kenyon and Bath Fitter of Utah wholeheartedly.

We had a great experience with our Bath Fitters installation. I have included BEFORE pictures, featuring the shower curtain, as well as AFTER photos. Our installer was fast, efficient, and very mindful of our son’s needs. We had the shower remodeled to fit a necessary seated position for our wheelchair bound son, and we are so excited for him and the new independence this shower will provide. Our installer included our son in the process by making sure things were at the appropriate height for not only him now, but also when he grows. We are VERY pleased with the outcome and our installer was absolutely top notch!

If I could give Chris (our installer) and Bath Fitters a hundred stars, it would not be enough. They were all awesome and I am so very happy that we chose them to remodel our small walk in shower. I wasn’t smart enough to take before pictures, but it was a mess. Our house was built in 1972 and nothing had been touched in that shower since. Bath Fitters made everything such a breeze for us. A gentleman named Steve came and gave us a lot of information and a bid. We decided to finance it and he helped us to set that up. Our installer (Chris) came Thursday morning and started demolition of our old, yucky tiles. He spent all day Thursday working because for some reason, the shower had double tiles and a ton of concrete and mortar. Friday morning he came back and began working on it. He worked a 12 hour day on Friday, but had to come ack again today (7/4). He took his time and he made sure each and every part of it met our satisfaction. He was amazing! We gained about an extra foot of shower space after the concrete and tile was removed. He finished up this afternoon and when I saw our new shower, I cried. Bath Fitters is a stand up company. Everything has a lifetime warranty that is transferable. We prefer a hand held shower head and they will come back to put it in for us. If anything breaks or cracks, it will be replaced. I’m so happy that we went with them. Everyone that I talked to at Bath Fitters was so friendly, helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of a shower remodel. And if you are, hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Chris as your installer. Thank you Bath Fitters and thank you Chris! I never imagined that our shower could look so nice!

Our installer was amazing! He kept us posted on every stage. And the end results were beautiful! The largest project was our downstairs bathroom. We had our bathtub area changed to a walk-in shower. It only took him two days to complete both projects. Highly recommend Bath Fitters based on our personal experience.

I had a shower bathtub combo and had it replaced with a walk in shower. Kenyon did an awesome job! Very fast and efficient and so nice. He started around 8:00 am and was finished just before 3:00 pm. It looks great! Before, during, and after photos. I am very pleased. 😀

Guillermo is the best and always will be. He's done two bathrooms for me and my family. So professional and honest. He really takes pride in his work and the quality is unmatched. He went above and beyond for me making sure I love my new shower. I highly recommend him as an installer but also bath fitter in general. Easy straight forward selections and beautiful craftsmanship.

Kenyon and Mark did an amazing job!!! They were super friendly and very professional. At first I was a little skeptical when they said they would be in and out of the house and finished in one day. I didn’t think one person would be able to replace an entire tub, turn it into a shower, and replace the walls, pipes, and finish around the window in one day.

They stayed true to their word and finished everything in one day and it all turned out awesome!! I appreciate how much they cared and wanted to make sure everything was exactly how my wife and I planned it.

Mark Diamond and Josh Massey worked on the Jacuzzi tub to walk-in shower conversion. It was a very technical work to fit in the existing space with several 45 degree angles. They answered every questions we had with kindness. We are so pleased with their exceptional craftsmanship.
They cleaned every step of the way, and when they finished, all the mess were gone like a magic. We highly recommend them and Bath Fitter.

On 2/5/26, I paid a deposit of $775 to Bath fitters to replace a tub which we understood had lifetime warranty. Water kept getting between the porcelain tub and the bath fitter tub.
After ordering a new tub for $2,500 I discovered I was the victim of an online scam and immediately called Bath Fitters and requested cancellation and a refund because I no longer had the money to pay for the new tub. The company has refused to return the deposit despite the order not being completed.
I am requesting a full refund of my deposit.”
