I have been waiting for a on the phone interview with Rayn Reynolds and I have not received any response from him yet.
Bath Fitters just completed a tub to walk in shower conversion in our master bath. Adam was our installer and he did wonderful job! His 16 yrs of experience certainly shows in the quality of work he completed. He was kind and professional as was his apprentice Marshall. My husband and I have been very pleased with the service this Company has afforded us thus far. Terry, our sales representative, has been very nice to work with. He is very knowledgable and patient in explaining how the process will be carried out from start to finish. I certainly recommend this Company.

Very little info provided in store, which means you have to take the appt to get any info. Prompt call from the salesperson, but we decided to pass.
The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. They take pride in their product and it shows from start to finish.
