Our experience with C. Michael Exteriors was outstanding. The service performed was new exterior siding and trim on our home. Once the work team was available, they arrived on time and got to work tearing off the old material immediately. Clean up was pretty thorough throughout the project. Some days the team worked through lunch and sometimes past dark. They not only showed skill of general vinyl installation but when we asked for a detail (within limits of the contract) such as special sealing and weatherproofing, or re-location of a plug, it was done expertly and without question. Our home needed an upgrade and some areas the original vinyl had cracked or discolored. Now we look at the photos of the before and after views and both agree it was a solid investment in our home ownership.

When my sister recommended C.Michael, I had never heard of them. When we went to the NYS Fair, they had a booth in the Center of Progress bldg. We set up a date for a consultation, met with Nick G. and after his presentation, we were sold!! One of the positive features that Nick expressed is that their windows have Titanium Dioxide (protects windows from the sun’s UV rays). He is an excellent sales rep who knows “his stuff!” Our 17 windows were installed yesterday (11/7/25). Chansey and his team were absolutely awesome!!! They worked non-stop until all 17 windows were installed, insulation was added to each window, they disposed of all the old windows, cleaned and vacuumed after themselves, and before leaving, Chansey showed us how to open them for cleaning (double- hung windows and sliders). He even helped me to open the slider in our kitchen (so I could clean it- LOL) purchased from a different company.

My husband and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND C. Michael Exteriors for your next window purchase.

My husband and I are extremely happy having had C. Michael Exteriors replace and construct a new shower unit to replace our old one. The shower unit is outstandingly beautiful. All the work was done with precision and patience. Our sincere thanks to the contractors, Darin, Joe, Earil and Riley!! The shower, specifically, the base, was extremely challenging to tackle. They gave it much thought and planning and completed it perfectly! I was impressed with how long these men worked for two days because the difficulty of the base of the shower and taking down a wall and rebuilding it. They worked two days from 8:00am till 7:00pm. The acrylic that surrounds the shower walls is a color that reminds me of sand at the ocean.
We highly recommend C.Michael Exteriors for the installation of a new shower unit. I must add that they were impeccably tidy, as they picked up all the debris that was left from tearing out the old shower. My husband and I have no complaints or concerns. How blessed are we! If you decide on C. Michael Exteriors, maybe you will be lucky to get the same contractors we had ( Darin, Joe, Earil, and Riley). They worked hard, were polite, considerate and honest.

Just had one of our bathrooms converted from a tub and surround to a walk in shower by C. Michael. The installers, Darren and Joey were awesome. Showed up on time and got straight to work. Spent the entire day gutting, repairing rotten wood found, plumbing, insulating, plywood, green board and finally the new shower floor pan, walls and ceiling. They left as it was getting dark and came back the following morning for about three hours to complete the job. The finished product was done to our complete satisfaction. The product and workmanship are top notch. I’ve included some pictures of the before (20 year old BathFitter overlay), during and after completion. We are very pleased with the choice to go with C. Michael and would recommend them to anyone looking for home improvements.

We had our bathroom Remodeled remove the shower and bath tub combination to get a walk in shower we can’t say enough about Don Osborne and his partner they took everything out of my bathroom, mirror, vanity, toilet floor, The lights were in the ceiling. He went up in my attic, and took the electrical wire, brought it down into the wall, and hung my new lights above my new mirror, fix the hole in the ceiling, where the lights were they went above and beyond. installed my new floor, vanity and toilet they did this all in two days. They stayed late the second day to get it all done. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They did a fantastic job.

From estimate to job completion very satisfied.. Patrick Brennan was very thorough with the estimate and answering all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with what we decided on. Chauncey came to do the final measurements and was on time and professional. He too, answered any question we had. The installer, Don Osborne called to schedule our job sooner than expected because of a cancellation and we were happy to have an earlier date. Don and his partner Jose arrived on time and were beyond awesome to have on the job. They started with laying down floor covering from front door to the bathroom so nothing damaged our floors. Don informed us early that day that it would take two days because of the amount of “tear down” had to be done. That was no problem for us at all. Don and Jose were both friendly and professional, answered questions each time I went in to peak and see how it was going and worked constantly and consciously both days of the job. We cannot say enough positive things about them! Just one glitch, at the very end which is not a big deal— the wrong size shower doors were sent so the doors had to be reordered and will be her soon, thing happen so a few days won’t matter and in the meantime a nice shower curtain was installed by Don. Again, we are beyond pleased with our new shower a few before and after photos added.

We initially contacted C Michael to have our tub/shower converted into a walk in shower and ended up having our whole bathroom redone. Took a total of 3 days from demo to completion which consisted of removal of tub/shower and replaced with a walk in shower, install luxury vinyl tile flooring, install new vanity with new faucets, new mirrors and lights. There was good communication between the office and us when it got close to our start date. The guys doing the work (Ryan and Dan) do really good work, cleaned up after themselves everyday and were respectful of our property and very easy to work with. They answered any questions we had as well.

I was expecting a 2-3 person crew to do a full day to replace 8 windows. They came with a team of 5 and did the replacement in 5 hours. The team was extremely professional, always asked permission to use a sink / bathroom, and cleaned up all of their debris when finished. The windows look absolutely amazing. I am extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish and plan on getting the remainder of the house completed with windows in the future. This review covers a full siding replacement.
C. Michael wasnt the lowest price estimate i got, but the material and installation quality was top notch. Adam and his crew were great, friendly, prompt, and hard working, good attention to detail.
the weather was not great during the installation process (lots of heavy rain) but they powered through without issue. I really liked how they did the flashing around the windows, works really well keeping the rain out, cured a couple leaks i had around the larger windows out front. Also they did a thorough job cleaning up when the job was complete.
So, if you are looking to have siding done on your home i would highly recommend C. Michael exteriors, not the cheapest, but the quality is worth it.
