My wife and I saw the C Michael Exteriors display at the New York State Fair, and set up an appointment for an estimate. The downstairs stall shower, as well as the tub in the upstairs bathroom of our home were originally installed back in the 80’s, and were both in need of replacement.

Darren, Todd and Joey braved the nasty winter weather for several days and did an outstanding job completing both projects. Their professionalism and dedication to high quality work was evident from the get-go, and they were also meticulous about clean up, both on a daily and end of project basis.

On a personal note, their respectful and personable demeanor made the time they spent in our home very enjoyable. They answered questions and offered suggestions about the future care and cleaning needs of both spaces.

We are very excited at the results and look forward to enjoying many more years of continued use. We would highly recommend C Michael Exteriors if you are contemplating a bathroom project of this kind. You won’t be disappointed!

The crew was very personable and took care of our house during installation and cleanup. It was seamless and very quick and precise. However, we were left with gaps in our screens and the installation rep told us it was because of the cold and to wait to try and lock it in ourselves. It’s been 2 weeks and there is still a gap and it cannot seem to be locked in, even when it was warmer outside. Not sure the fix for it, but for the price of the window (the highest end one they have) we expected it to be taken care of and to not have to worry about two gaps (one on each side of the molded together windows). You can see the gaps below.

Super impressed with the siding. The windows look great. Highly recommend this company. The guys worked in some pretty bitter conditions but didn't seem bothered by it. The job took about 3 weeks. They even worked a couple weekends. 5 stars +

Third time customer of CMichael and very pleased with this project. 12 windows with one replacing a sliding glass door with a window, and working in new siding. Mason and Dennis were great to work with. They were responsive, worked hard to match the siding as best they could, matched the trim inside the house and were up front with every step of the process.

I highly recommend C. Michael exteriors for a bathroom remodel if needed. The installers Don and Chris were very professional. They removed our old shower and installed the new shower in 1.5 days. The shower come out exactly as planned. It looks very good and works as we expected. We are very pleased with the shower install.

Yesterday I had my windows replaced in my entire house. They were sorely in need. Mason and Dennis with C Michael Exteriors were fast and efficient and very kind. They worked together like a well oiled machine! I am so happy with my new windows. They look amazing! I was even more impressed with the excellent service! Thank you!

When I bought my house 21 years ago it had a large 3 pane casement window in my kitchen. Over the years it no longer sealed properly and was very drafty in the winter. A pink mold started growing between the double panes and finally the hinges broke this summer so the window was inoperable. I researched several window companies and only a few were willing to replace one window. I decided on CMichael because of its reviews. Nick came out and thoroughly reviewed my options. Ironically we we to the same high school. Chansey and his crew- Mason, Kyle, and Dennis, were very professional despite the rainy miserable conditions the day of installation. I’m very pleased with my new window and would use this company again.

Cannot recommend C. Michael enthusiastically enough!! Five stars all the way through. By far the most professional, detail-oriented siding company in the area. After receiving five different estimates, we had an easy choice selecting C. Michael. They were not the least expensive, but neither were they the most. And the value (quality of materials, lifetime warranty, BBB rating, peace of mind) was far beyond compare. No one else was in the same league.
Patrick, our salesperson, was patient and explained all of our options. Chansey came by a few weeks later to take measurements and provided invaluable insights and recommendations.
The crew arrived exactly when we were told they would (on the early side of the window they originally provided— about 8 weeks after initial payment) and worked diligently, quickly, with true attention to detail for six days total. Lee and his crew— over 100 years of experience between them!— were friendly, too. Many of our neighbors stopped and complimented not only the beauty of our new siding, but the quality and speed of their work.
We could not be happier with the final result and have handed out at least six C. Michael business cards to people who have stopped, admired, and inquired. In a business filled with companies who just want to finish a job and move on to the next, cutting corners along the way and telling customers whatever they need to, our experience with C. Michael and their standard of professionalism and dedication to excellence was extraordinary. Based on this experience, we will definitely will be using them for our bathroom remodel in a couple years.

C Michael Exteriors has been amazing to work with from the very beginning on my window project. From the salesperson, to the installers, everyone has been professional and has always kept my best interest in mind. They took the time to ask questions and understand what I needed rather than push me just to make a sale. The install crew was amazing. Mason, Kyle and Dennis did a fantastic job!! Not only did they keep me informed every step of the way, but they had a blast doing it, I could tell that they really enjoyed their jobs and were happy to be doing my project. They put the same care into working on my house as they would their own. Kudos to the whole C Michael Exterior team for standing by what they say. My windows look great (before and after pics attached) and I feel like I made a great decision with them. I look forward to working with them again for additional projects in the future!! They have definitely earned my future business!!!

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. I could not have asked for a more professional job and my bathroom was transformed by two of the best men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were so polite and courteous but more importantly they very particular with every bit of work they did. The job took longer than expected due to unforeseen problems but these two guys took it in stride and did an exceptional job. I love my new bathroom. Thank you C Michaels and Darin and Ron.
