The renovation process with Jennifer, Sales, and David Shortly, Mgr. were very professional and informative. They were knowledgeable about the VA process for a walk-in shower for my disabled veteran. Due to changing circumstances beyond our control, they were very accommodating when the renovation had to be cancelled. I was very, very thankful for that too!! Good company to work with and highly recommend this company for any of your bathroom renovations.

My experience with the installation of my Jacuzzi shower was SUPERB!!! My initial meeting with Brigitte went wonderfully as she was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. David was FANTASTIC to work with and carefully went over the details of the project which made that easy for me. The installers Juan and Martin were phenomenal! They were very neat, efficient, and had a outstanding understanding of resolving any unforseen issues that arose. CalBear Construction is truly stellar in all aspects (they even did a special channel to surround the glass block window) and I'm completely ecstatic with my choice!
I contacted Calbear/Jacuzzi for a quote on bathroom shower remodel and Jennifer Moon visited my home to discuss and provide a quote. She was on time and VERY professional. She made recommendations I had not even thought of that were very helpful and discussed options in detail to make sure I understood what was being provided. She worked with me on pricing and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her and Calbear/Jacuzzi if you need any type of shower/bathtub upgrade or remodel.
UPDATE: CalBear contacted me about a month later when the material was delivered to the warehouse and arranged a time for installation - they were very amenable to my schedule. The installers arrived exactly on time and were very professional. The demolition of the existing bathroom took one day and they returned the next day on time and finished the installation. The process went very smoothly and they provided complete instructions on use and maintenance. The quality of the material is excellent and the new shower looks great. They did a great job. I recommend this company for any bathroom shower remodel.

Reached out to Jacuzzi by Calbear Construction for a consultation to have our shower removed and replaced. Met with Jennifer Moon who was just great. Our consultation was scheduled for the afternoon, and Jennifer was unexpectedly delayed because of an earlier consultation taking longer than expected. She had the courtesy to call us well in advance of our appointment to let us know she would be delayed. Once she was here, she was polite, pleasant and engaging. She did not rush her consultation in any way and was knowledgeable about the shower remodel we inquired about, including materials and the process. We entered into an agreement/price that we are pleased with. As predicted by Jennifer everyone, we have interacted with to this point (David, Armando, Liz and especially Jennifer) have been extremely, polite, professional and efficient. I just authorized the purchase of the necessary materials, so we are looking forward to our new shower by the end of January.

I'm very happy with how professionally all are they come in and measure order the materials needed for the job wait till everything is in their warehouse then they come and demo The area and rebuild it in just a couple weeks. I've had my bathroom redone and called him back to have my kitchen redone. everyone that sees it compliments on how beautiful my kitchen in my bathroom are
