Brian came out to our house to fix three of our windows. He did a fantastic job, completing the job in a timely manner. He was also more than willing to accommodate to our busy household, adjusting to which room to do first based on our needs. The new windows look amazing, and finally function again! We are so grateful to Brian at Castle Windows for his great work today. Definitely highly recommend, ask for Brian!!!

Since Day 1 when they installed our living room bay window back in July 2011, our window screen has looked like this. Big 18" tear that lets in all the bugs in the house. Why? Because they sent two non-English speaking guys with zero skills to finish the project on the second day (first day, a guy with actual skills came to do the harder job). Of course, I called them right away to ask them to fix this. They set up a service schedule, but NO ONE actually showed up! I called again, and they set up a second appointment to have it fixed. But again, NO ONE showed up on the day of the appointment!
I realized then, that this is exactly what they do: promise "Lifetime Warranty" and sell their products, only to NEVER actually follow through when there is a problem.
Everytime I look at this window and the useless broken screen, even though it's been over ten years, I remember the dishonesty of Castle Window and wish no one would hire them for anything. (BTW, it's not just one window screen that's been torn since Day 1. The window on the opposite end with screens also has had a tear from Day 1. Basically, they are completely useless in preventing bugs from coming in.)

Absolutely incredible. Hugo and his installation team were SO clean, efficient, and kind. They replaced 13 windows along with a sliding glass door in 1 day. Our salesman Roberto guided us through the entire process with ease. 100% recommend this company. Already referred two people!
When my HOA got me on their annual inspection to fix or replace the French Door out to my patio, several friends advised me to include Castle Windows in my search for the right people to do the job. Boy were they right. From the product, to the process, to the installation to the warranty…I give them an A+++. They were always on time or early to respond and deliver. I love their windows and doors but. We called Castle to have someone repair my door multiple times. They kept canceling appointment's. When someone finally came out, we were told they could not fix the issue because they were not an "installer". I would not recommend this company. Lifetime warranty....... they will not fix the original product that was installed. For the price of the door, we should not have these issues. Will they take responsibility if my House gets robbed from the front door not working?

We had a great experience with this company. We are a repeat customer. The sales person that came here, Roberto, was amazing. Made you feel very comfortable and confident in the product that we were gettin.There was never a pressure to sign a deal with them. The presentation was one of a kind. He made the whole process. We signed with them and cant wait to see the finished project.
The installation was good, however they left my house a mess. The took apart a sectional couch and left it disassembled in the middle of the room. They moved my outside patio table and chairs and did not put them back. They took all of my daughters toys and loaded them all on the bed. Piled toys and dolls inside of my twins playpen. There was also empty cans left around the house and caulk on the carpet. This job cost almost $50,000 and I would've thought that the cleanup would've been a little better. Not a happy customer since now I need to put my house back to the way it was.
In June 2022 we had Castle Windows replace every window in our home. While we encountered a few issues, they were all rectified to our satisfaction in a somewhat timely fashion. In our experience, Castle Windows’ customer service was wonderful. A person answers the phone every time which lessens the frustration of dealing with automated systems. This is quality customer service. We were so pleased with our experience that this year, 2024, we decided to have our patio & front doors replaced. With the exception of the mis measurements of our front door and trim, we were equally satisfied this time around. They were on top of correcting the issue and beautifully installed the correct sizing of the Fypon door trim. Jose & Gary are top notch installers. They are meticulous, thorough, & professional.
My husband and I have been thinking about purchasing windows for quite some time. We met with Roberto from Castle Windows and made a purchase. We had a great experience and learned so much while meeting with Roberto. He was amazing! I appreciate the time he spent with us. I can't wait for our new window install!

Pros: Everything was very timely and quick, from the presentation to the measurements to installation. The installers did a great job of putting in the windows and cleaning up. I could tell an immediate difference when the windows were installed. My old windows were so drafty that my room was almost ten degrees colder than the rest of the house. My daughter walked into my room after the installation and commented without prompting that all the draftiness was gone.
Cons: Castle doesn’t have the measurement team or installation team text/call to confirm or give ETAs. This caused a problem when the installation team arrived an hour and half earlier than the window I was told. I will say that when I called HQ to complain, they were extremely helpful and apologetic.
I would absolutely use Castle again. I already have a window I’m thinking about replacing with them next year.
