We couldn’t be happier with our experience! This is our second time working with Clear Choice Home Improvment, and once again they were professional through and through at every step of the process. From consultation to installation, everything was organized, efficient, and clearly communicated.

In total, we’ve had 34 custom-made windows installed by them, and the quality has been outstanding. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall finish truly exceeded our expectations.

From the initial quote to installation, Clear Choice provided us with a positive roofing & siding experience. Our project coordinator Alexis kept in touch throughout the whole project. Casey and Ty showed up ready for work and got everything done on time. I’m very pleased with the service from this company.

Michael Cail presented us with the Clear Choice product line of Walk-in shower options. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. We saw samples of the products and were able to design a whole new look for our shower area.
He showed interest in us as a couple as well as an appreciation for our taste in a variety of unrelated areas. He took his time and was not rushed in anyway. He gave us time to discuss the quote while playing outside with our puppy.
We would like to recommend him and his company, Clear Choice to anyone wanting to make home improvements in the New England area.

Clear choice vinyl sided our garage, trimmed all eaves and windows and doors. They did a great job. The guys that came worked in some of the coldest weather without complaint and made sure everything was cleaned up every day. Kasie, the owner checked in to see how the job was going and came after to see that we were satisfied. It looks great! Our neighbor asked me to get their card for him he was so impressed with their work. We would highly recommend them if you need work done. I feel they were very affordable based on the job they did. Clear Choice installed new roofing & siding for me and I’m very happy with the result. Alexis answered all my questions and helped me set the date. Louis’s crew came to my home and worked hard in the cold weather. Everything looks great, and the company was easy to work with.

I never write reviews, but was so frustrated with my interaction with this company that I was compelled to.

I contacted this company for a roofing estimate. We confirmed a day/time for them to come out to review the project and provide and estimate. The next day (day of the appointment), I learned that they booked someone else for the same time because I was not 100% sure my wife would be available at the time of the appointment (ironically, she did end up being home in time).

After being crystal clear with them that my wife's schedule was difficult to plan around and that I am the sole owner of the home and she trusts me to make the decisions on the house (that I own), they still persisted with the "we need all home owners present" approach.

After a lot of back and forth, I asked them to have a manager or the owner call me to discuss this. I have yet to hear from them.

This tactic is unnecessary and their heavy insistence on it is absurd. Either they are doing so well they can turn business away, or they need tactics like this to create pressure and force business in person. This is a stubborn old school sales tactic that has no place in legitimate business. I'm clearly not the first person to run into this issue with them now that I'm digging deeper into their reviews.

I've never felt so frustrated by a company that I'm attempting to solicit a quote from for work. I'd recommend extreme caution for anyone interested in this company.

Back in December 2018, I hired Clear Choice Home Improvements to install a new roof on my home. I paid my initial deposit, and their crew began the project. Partway through, work stopped, and the crew left before the job was completed. The roof then started to leak.

I ultimately had to hire another contractor to remove the partially installed roof (which I was told was not installed correctly) and finish the project. I did not hear from Clear Choice after that regarding the completion of the work.

Three years later, during the pandemic, I was served notice that Clear Choice was suing me for the remaining balance, despite the roof never being completed. This began a lengthy and costly process with lawyers and pre-trial hearings. Clear Choice eventually changed legal representation and requested additional delays. After that point, they became unresponsive to repeated contact attempts from my attorney.

Eventually, we were notified that Clear Choice was found in default on the judgment because they did not respond to the court. Interestingly, during this same period, I tested their online contact form by submitting an inquiry as if I were a new customer — and they responded to me immediately. I continue to receive marketing calls and emails from them to this day.

This experience was stressful, expensive, and drawn out over several years. I am sharing this review so others are aware of my experience before deciding to hire this company.

We engaged with ClearChoice when we decided to get the siding on our house totally redone and they did not disappoint at any point in the project. We ended up having the entire house re-sided, several windows replaced and a small gutter system installed.
They were the most thorough when it came to an estimate and evaluating the house and area, the team who came in was professional and incredibly hard working. All 3 Teams (Siding, Windows, Gutters) was incredible and did a 5-Star level job.
They were communicative, efficient and took care of everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Tye, Edwin, Casey and Josh for all of the great work having been done. We feel like we're living in a brand new house.

Out of 4 or 5 quotes for an urgent roof replacement job, Clear Choice was very reasonably priced (without seeming cheap to the point of suspicion), prompt to respond, very quick to schedule and complete the job, and explained everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely work with them again on a home improvement project.

The roofing crew was efficient, skilled, and did a great job cleaning up the debris, you would never know they were even there except for the beautiful new roof. An excellent experience!
