We purchased windows after having our air conditioning replaced. We didn’t have a great experience with our air. One thing after another went wrong. Promises were not kept, appointments were delayed. Items were missing creating more delays and one thing after another. When it came to getting our windows, teacher were very hopeful that we found a great company, just as we thought we had with our homework in finding with our air conditioning company. Thank goodness we were so pleased to find out that Design Windows and Doors did keep promises, they did keep appointments and everything was top notch from presentation to the very last day as they drove off after installation of our windows. Everything was done beautifully and the installers were great! They were meticulous at the work and the clean up too. Communication with the company is great and I look forward to a long relationship with this company and am sure glad we found them. If I could give 10 STARS I WOULD!!! They are worth every one of them!!!

Love love love our new Iron door through Design Windows and Doors. It took a wee bit to have our custom door arrive but the folks at D W & D prepared us for that.
Noe and Christian installed the door perfectly and it was a difficult install as our home is 100 years old and has quirks! Very happy with our forever front door.

Design Windows and Doors did an amazing job of installing three very large windows in our home. Ivan Aragon, the Lead in Charge, and Cristan Hernisto were extremely well qualified and dedicated to the job. The service was better than 5 star. It was a solid 10. I would recommend them without hesitation for any window replacement needed in your home.

I want to thank Design Windows and Doors for installing these beautiful windows. I don’t know why I waited so long but I am glad it was done. I would like to personally thank Joshua and Sydney for keeping in contact with me throughout the process. It let me know that they cared and wanted to provide the best service.
The workers who came and installed the windows were very nice, personable and thorough. They both respected my property and walked me through how to work my windows after completion.
I have one little issue and it was very minor but it was told to me. The two representatives (who will remain nameless) who initially responded to my house stated they were going to be at the installation and the workers would remove my blinds at no cost. Both did not happened and I failed to have that documented on my contract. When something is said, it should be honored.
However, excellent job.

RUN RUN far away from this company. I replaced all the windows and sliding door in my home with this about company 3 or 4yrs ago. Paid roughly 20k and there has been nothing but issues ever since. Numerous delays and cancelations on the installation, installers requesting to use my restroom. Even when I thought I was done, the windows and doors started to leak everytime it rains. Save yourself a headache and go with a reliable company. This company is a joke, but im the clown thats stuck with this disaster smh.
