Respond to owner comment: Funny you say that, because the contract I signed clearly states Dior Construction. There is no ambiguity there.

You walked off the job after my husband posted a negative review, not because of any alleged non-payment. From the beginning, you explicitly stated that you do not sublease work to other contractors and that all workers were James Hardie certified. That representation was a key factor in why we moved forward with Dior in the first place.
Let’s be clear on the facts you are omitting:
• I was not satisfied from the start, which is precisely why a significant portion of the project had to be redone.
• Your team left my home in an unsafe condition, including leaving solar disconnected, creating a fire hazard, and leaving the house non-compliant.
• This was not a minor issue or a cosmetic concern — it was a serious safety and compliance failure.
• Esteban, your project manager, explicitly stated he was not coming back, despite the fact that we only owed 10%at that point, which is standard retainage pending completion and inspection.
• Walking off a job and leaving a property unsafe is unprofessional and unacceptable, regardless of payment disputes.
Your claim that the work shown was from a prior contractor directly contradicts the contract, the representations your company made, and the scope of work Dior agreed to perform. Attempting to deflect responsibility after abandoning the project does not change what occurred on site.
My review reflects my actual experience, including the lack of professionalism, safety issues, and the manner in which this project was handled. I stand by it.

I had a disappointing experience with Dior Construction. Communication was poor, and it often took days to get a response. The quality of the work was subpar, with uneven finishes and multiple mistakes that left me frustrated. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them, save your time and money and choose a more reliable contractor.

I highly recommend Dior. We needed to replace some siding but also wanted to cover the brick exterior of our house for a fresh new look. The team really came through. They were in and out of the job quickly and the quality is top notch. There were a lot of little details to get this right, including tricky windows, overhangs, and many attached features. They walked us through each one step by step. The results speak for themselves. A+

Darrell my project manager, was great. He thoroughly explained the process and ensured all my questions were answered. The crew completed the job as contracted and left my property spotless. We love our new Hardie siding. Everyone at Dior Construction were very professional and made the entire process very easy. Darryl, our project manager, impressed us with his commitment to perfection with every detail. An overall positive experience and would highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Dior Construction has been installing, removing and reinstalling Hardy board on our house for going on 3 MONTHS! The job is still not completed and has now been on hold for 2 weeks because Dior & James Hardy can’t find the proper color paint to go over and hide all their blemishes, nail holes and chipped Hardy board they installed on the house!! Below I added a glimpse into the work they did. We will post an update with a detailed review and pictures of total experience once job is finally completed.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dior! From the initial sales consult with John, to the scheduling with my project manager, Darryl, follow up with Esteban, everything was perfect! The work crew was on time and professional and left my property pristine! My gutter replacement crew was fantastic as well and they were super nice! The whole process was explained in detail, there was constant communication, no surprises and overall a great, no stress experience. I loved the progress pictures and was kept informed throughout the whole installation. My new roof is beautiful and I'm so happy! I'd give them 10 stars if possible!!! Dior is a top notch company and their dedication to their clients is outstanding. Don't hesitate! Call them!!

I had my roof replaced with Dior construction. Working with Darryl was a pleasure. He was very understanding & patient in satisfying us with whatever our concerns were. Darryl made sure we were happy! My roof came out beautifully, Dior construction worked very fast & professionally.

Dior Construction replaced the old roof for me, and I am very pleased with their work. From the initial comprehensive consultation to the estimate and to the day of the work, Dior Construction was with me every step of the way. Anthony Estella, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and friendly, ensuring that I understood their products and work process. David Beattie, my project manager, was very professional, easy to communicate with, transparent, and generous. He walked me through the whole process, answered my questions, informed me of potential conditions, and was upfront with all the costs. The project was completed in one day, from 7 am to 2 pm. The team was also professional and felt very trustworthy and dependable. The house and the lawn were kept very clean, and I was really impressed by their work ethic and craftsmanship. Dior Construction is truly a reliable company, making this nerve-wracking process a smooth and pleasant experience.

The Dior team delivered professional-looking outcomes. The work was completed in a single day, and they did an excellent job cleaning up. My roof looks significantly better than when I first purchased my home.
