They did my mom roof and her roof been leaking since they did it and now they don't want to fix it I don't recommend nobody to do business with them and the workers have some very smart mouths and nasty attitudes..

Way too high on the prices the salesman change our order and will not help get it right The ladies in the office will not call Mr. Donnie to let us talk to him very unhappy will never use them again The installers are good I will tell everyone do not use them. They do not get their stuff, right

On July 9, 2020 Tubbs by Grubbs installed a beautiful walk-in shower in my home. Today, July28th it is still not finished. After 3 phone calls I finally got someone to return and caulk the metal runner at the bottom to keep the shower from leaking. After 3 more calls they sent someone to level the shower doors so they would remain closed. I was told a part to complete the job was supposed to be in July 22nd; after 2 more calls I was told yesterday the part had not come in and they would call when it arrived. Of course, they have never returned a call as promised. This one day installation has turned into a month long job (maybe 2 a month job). They have their 7K so what do they care? Today 3 years later, the caulking has turned brown no matter how I clean it and most of the corners with caulking have wrinkled up and caulking has flaked off. The shower doors are not easily cleaned as I was told and doors still are not level with a 1-2 inch gap at bottom of the doors. They have never contacted me to see if their $7000 job was satisfactory or if I had issues with their work. Still the worse job I have ever paid for!!!!!

I would not recommend Donnie Grubbs to replace any windows because the person that comes out to discuss what your options are with the free quote does not give you the full story. They don't handle the transaction as one you have two or three different transactions so therefore you get the worst end of the stick but as the old heads say bought sense is the best you learn from your mistakes

My experience with this company has been terrible. Once they get your money, they will NOT call you back even though they say they will. They have not shown up any of the times they have said they will be at my house. Multiple times I have rescheduled other contractors to work around them and they have not shown up when scheduled to do their installation which has caused multiple delays with other repairs. They are the ones who set the schedule but then do not show up. Their staff that answers their phone (Shawna and another female) are rude and treat you as if you should be honored to spend your money with their company or that they are talking to you. I can’t tell you if the product is any good because I still don’t have it after multiple times of being promised they will be at my house. I requested through Shawna three different times for the salesman to call me back after placing my order because I wanted to add to my order and he never did. I do not know if she is incompetent and didn’t tell him or he is incompetent. I tried for 3 weeks to get him to call me back and finally gave up. My suggestion is find a different company with much better service, who are honest and who will return your calls, who will show up when they are scheduled and who will actually appreciate your business. This company is NOT that company.

In reading through these reviews, I am somewhat confused as to whether or not many of these reviews are actually for the company I used. I used Donnie Grubbs company out of Monroe to have new windows installed in my condominium (most of what I see here seems to relate to bathrooms/tubs and such). My windows were installed this week and I have only compliments--and, trust me, I do NOT take BS lightly, so it is not like I am a pushover. It did take a few months to get the windows in once they were ordered, but it all happened on exactly the time frame I agreed to when I signed the contract. From Drew, the man with whom I made first contact to get measurements and estimate; to Alyssa (may be misspelling that) and Destiny in the main office in Monroe, to the fellas who came out to install my windows (the only specific name I can remember of the 3-man crew is William but the 2 other fellas with him were awesome as well), I give them all 5 stars. I have a wicked sense of humor, LOL, and not everybody "gets" me, but these folks all just rolled with it and we had many good laughs together throughout the whole process. I went from aluminum windows installed when the place was built in the 1970s to new double-pane energy-efficient NT Presidential windows. They are beautiful and the difference they have made in making my home more comfortable temperature wise as well as providing great noise reduction (I live near a busy roadway) makes me 100% glad that I invested the time and money I invested in getting these windows from this company. I will say that I have a sense of humor but truly not a lot of faith in contractors since I moved to Shreveport in June. I have been let down MANY times by others but not by this company. Just don't try to pull the wool over my eyes, do what you say, when you say, at the price you say and maintain communication along the way and/or if there are any glitches, and we will get along famously...such is the case with Donnie Grubbs as far as window installation. Drew came out to check after the job was completed to make sure it all looked great and that I was satisfied. I know if I have any questions, comments, or concerns in the coming years that I will be able to contact any of these folks and they will respond to me.

Tubbs by Grubbs did an amazing job on my grandmother’s walk-in tub! They went over and beyond what was expected. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a tub!
