They installed my bathroom floor, and it looked ok, but when the light shown on the floor it had 3 wrinkles down the center of the floor. When ask the salesman about it he said he would look into, never did, then Company called and said they send out expert, and never did, I ask the salesman to give me an itemized bill but failed to do so. Told salesman some of material on bill wasn't used and ask for a refund on items not used but failed at this also still waiting.

I am a first time customer. The quarter trim was not tacked in tightly. There was not enough material delaying the job an extra 6 days. The workers did not clean up their mess properly. After installation the interior doors could not shut close. The contractors did not move the furniture after we remove the items we were told to move.

Luis Ramirez was our sales person. If he comes to your house lock the door. He is a liar and is only there for the sale and won’t help you with anything. He will lie saying things to get the sale. He told us they don’t use third party installers. They do. And things I told would be done weren’t. He doesn’t care about his customers. This is his response.
All I’m asking is if you went through all this you’re telling me, why haven’t you contacted empire today customer service? This has nothing to do with sales.
You don’t go to the meat department asking for dairy products. It’s just common sense.
Nobody lied to you guys, once again we have different departments. Sales department has nothing to do with your experience. If anything you guys should be glad we gave you guys an extra discount, trying to help you guys out with the price and this is what we get in return? Please go complain to customer service and tell them how we gave you guys an extra discount. Have a beautiful rest of your day.
