So everything they explained to me in detail was done. They found a bad area and replaced the bad wood. While installing the new roof people driving down the street would ask about the installation. Clean up was excellent i am very happy with my new roof.

My greatest experience with ErieHome was not just the quality product that they were showing me, as well the respectful manner in which they spoke with me, but the way in which they patiently educated me as a consumer about what my specific home’s needs were for a new roofing system. The salesperson went into my attic took pictures and showed my wife and I what a roof in bad condition was doing to our home from the inside, specifically highlighting the moisture leaks and mold building up in our attic. From there he began to build a solution to our problems with the products that they sell. Boy, I felt I could trust my family and home to this company with no problem at all. Sales team was great, Andrew and Kota went WELL out of their way to help us, and we were really impressed with them. Installers were a mixed bag - initial team failed to fully prepare for installation and as a result they were unable to complete clean up of materials the day of installation. Clean up was completed by two guys alone when the majority of the team from the first day refused to come back. Additionally, they left plastic under the initially installed shingles that one of the sales guys actually came by and fixed so the shingles would lay flat. There were one or two other minor issues that had to be fixed the next week and communication from the install team could have been a lot better, (Andrew from sales ended up acting as a mediator because the install team kept failing to communicate) but no other problems.
To reiterate, all issues were the fault of the first day's install team, the gentlemen who worked the next morning, and the Sales team were stellar, and I'd gladly hire them again.
