Great company to work with. Workers were great, worked hard and did the roof in practically one day, in cold temperatures. Came back next day for 2 hours of clean up. Foreman Luis was professional and attentive. Went the extra mile. Roof looks great. I love the color of shingles I picked out. Was very impressed with the presentation that the Salesmen gave me, very thorough and informative.

The inspectors found an active leak over electrical boxes. It was imperative that we repair the roof. I found the materials used were of very high quality yet expensive. The work was done in one day and done well. The gutters were done the next week and also done well. I look at this as an investment in my home. When we sell the house it will add to the resale value.

Although we ultimately selected a contractor who offered a more affordable bid, I commend Erie for their excellent sales team (Cole and Joe). When we decided to cancel our contract with Erie they were gracious in accepting our decision and there were no problems getting our deposit back. They are a very professional and classy organization. If we were in a better financial situation, we would definitely choose them.

The materials and craftsmanship used in the replacement of my roof are of the highest quality. We have 4 valleys and two large dormers that took a lot of time to do the job as it should be done. Installation took three days+ which I am happy about. Painting is easy, but the preparation makes the difference. Same with roofing. They took the time to do the flashings around the dormers just like I remember it being done when I was a kid. They did an outstanding job of flashing around two brick chimneys by cutting a groove in the brick and bending the metal in the groove then finishing with a sealant. Replaced some bad wood where we had had a leak. Afterward their cleanup was very thorough. Best of all it has since rained and all is well and looks wonderful.
They were a bit more costly than other quotes, but the fiberglass shingles, the roof vents, underlayment were of the highest quality. Then add the 10 year initial warranty plus an additional 20 years on top of that, we are assured of no major expensive issues for years to come.....and THAT peace of mind if worth the extra cost!! IMHO

Every employee made the experience e excellent. All very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and did exactly what they promised. The inspection was very thorough. The roof was installed as promised and workers very careful and considerate. Financing was arranged with a solid company and the entire process seamless. I could not be happier and my roof looks great—I really needed it!

Aaron showed up and took measurements inspected the roof and the attic. Aaron showed us the material and explained the qaulity of the material as well as the warranty. The crew showed up started working on the roof. The roof was completed in a day and it looks great. The crew did a great job cleaning up with all the snow still on the ground. My wife and I like the roof job.

The initial salesman was very knowledgeable, took pics, measurements, explained improvements needed, loan process, everything to expect, and answered our numerous questions. We have a large ranch house so I was nervous about the high price but because the materials used were of high quality it was well worth it. Their crew worked well together with barely a break and were done in one day! Everything went as planned, even coordinating with our solar panel company to remove the panels and when they were done so they could be reinstalled. I would highly recommend Erie Home.
