BEWARE
I started taking training with Erie Home Sales a few years ago and they teach a very very high pressure and dishonest sales process to their representatives (do NOT allow them to come to your door !
I walked out of the sales training the 3rd day I simply couldn’t not stand the outright deception they teach the reps to use
!!!
EXAMPLES
(1) they taught at the training seminar was attending that DO NOT allow people to say “we want to pray about the decision” because when we get done with them they WILL need to pray for help !
(2) they told us to always find something wrong with the peoples roofs because remember:if they called us they either have money to spend or they “think” they have a roof issue ,and the trainer said remember if you can’t find any issues you can show the customers photo of other roofs with issues and make them think it’s their roof
I walked out of the training they are SO CROOKED AND DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE THROWING UP
YOU ARE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM ERIE HOME SALES IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET PRESSURED INTO BUYING A ROOF YOU DINT ACTUALLY NEED

Our experience with Erie was fantastic from beginning when the salesman responded to our inquiry promptly and came out to our home, he answered all our questions and addressed every concern. The financing was pressure free, easy to understand and simple to follow. The work began even a little before the scheduled date and the crew and product was just as the representative showed us. We got a metal roof and gutters absolutely beautiful! The crew laid down tarps and cleaned up as they removed the old roof and installed the new roof. Even after the installation NO debris was found (yes we did a close inspection and bent our backs to double check) the crew even answered questions or had the project manager to respond instantly. We are really very pleased from beginning to the end! Thank you Erie.

They did our roof and told us they will give a check for to cover the firsts payment as a discount on the roof price but they never send the check. We called them so many time and the roof wasn’t even done right. I mentioned to the guy that signed us for the service he told me it will take 2 weeks and that the shingles will lay flat it has been 2 months and it has not. Nobody pick up when you call them.
