Kayed, Rachel, Heather, Ian, Victor and the whole team were wonderful to work with. This was our first big renovation and I was nervous about the project going over on time and budget, but I shouldn’t have been – that clearly isn’t how Evergreen operates. Kayed placed great importance on our happiness with the process and the outcome. And our kitchen turned out spectacular! I wanted to have a LOT of input on the design and it ended up feeling like a real collaboration. Rachel and Heather put up with all my wacky choices and Ian and Victor were so nice and easy to have in/around the house for months! When you do a big renovation, you really get to spend a lot of time with the team, so it’s pretty important to pick a great one like this:)

Kayed and his team did an amazing job making our dream home come true. We purchased a 50 year old, one owner custom home that was ready for a beautiful overhaul. This was our first big remodel and our forever home, so this was very important to us. Kayed understood what we were after and his design was creative, custom and functional.
Rachel was our designer and she has great vision and taste and was very patient with us while keeping us on track with design choices. Katie was great, too! Ian and Victor did the construction and they opened up two big walls to create this open space with beautifully finished white oak floors.
We were well informed of budget and timeline and we always knew what phase they were on and what contractors to expect at our home. All of their sub contractors were kind, respectful and excellent at their craft. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to Kayed and his crew for making our dream come true. We highly recommend them.

Evergreen recently put on a new roof for me, and I couldn’t be happier with both the process and the result. Brian was extremely helpful during the bid process and always ready to answer any questions I had. The crew leader, Angel, was a pleasure to work with, and his team was experienced, efficient, and worked seamlessly to get the job done right and on schedule. Kayed and his whole team were wonderful to work with. We added a master suite, another bedroom, moved windows and an interior hallway, approx. 500 sq. ft. As well as a new roof on the entire house. From the excavation to the final inspection the job went smoothly. We have been dreaming about this addition to our home since 2018 and to see it actually completed in 6 months is an amazing relief. We were not Evergreen's typical job, as we are doing all interior finishes ourselves. There were times they had to wait on us for the next step. They were flexible and communicative and we would recommend them highly to anyone.

Evergreen was a great team of people to work with. They were incredibly professional to collaborate with and communicate with. On top of that, we are incredibly happy with the craftsmanship of their work. I cannot wait to work with them on another project within our historic home.

Evergreen put on a new roof for us and I am very happy with the process and the result. Shawn was very clear in the bid process and remained responsive throughout the installation. The work crew leader, Angel, was absolutely brilliant in problem solving throughout the process. His crew were each very experienced, working independently and in teams to get the job done right and on schedule. I had requested several deviations from a simple reroofing – installation of a solar fan and rodent screening under the venting – and this team made these modifications in an efficient and thorough manner. Angel’s forward-thinking came even more into focus near the end when he asked if I would like them to leave the anchors in place on the steep portions of our roof so that the solar installers would not need to install their own next month. Evergreen Renovations and Roofing comes with my highest recommendation.

We just completed a full remodel of both our main and guest bathrooms with Evergreen and could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, Kayed and the team at Evergreen made the process seamless. We were given a workback plan at the start of the project and the work proceeded on time and to schedule. More importantly, Ian, Victor, and Emily were great to work with, providing guidance on design, context to their recommendations, and quick answers to all of our questions throughout the process. The sub-contractors Evergreen partners with, particularly for tiling and cabinets, were all top notch. The quality of work was very high. I would have no hesitation on working with Evergreen again in the future and highly recommend them for home remodeling projects.

Love, love, love my new GAF roofing and upgraded ventilation system installed by Evergreen Renovation and Roofing's ace roofing crew! The crew worked as an extremely skilled team of professionals who not only did a great job, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves at the end of *each* day worked. I also love the beautiful colors of my new Barkwood HDZ shingles that look fantastic with my new home's mocha and cream-colored paint job. Already, I'm seeing significant reduction in my home's air conditioning use because of the upgraded ventilation system that's so effective. And my new GAF HDZ roofing's Golden Pledge Limited warranty on materials combined with Evergreen's 10-year workmanship warranty give me confidence that I will be able to count on my roof's longevity for the rest of my life. Couldn't be happier!
