We recently hired Kayed and his team for a complex powder room relocation, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
Plumbing and layout changes always bring unexpected surprises, but Kayed was a phenomenal project manager. He helped us navigate every ambiguity and hurdle with absolute professionalism and clarity. Ian and Victor, were equally incredible—helping with everything else across the board and maintaining a fantastic work ethic throughout the entire project.
What truly set this team apart was their attitude. They were exceptionally kind and patient. Even when I came to them with questions that fell completely outside their original scope of work, Kayed and the guys took the time to guide me and offer valuable insights.

I can't say enough good things about Evergreen Renovations. They recently converted our carport into a beautiful, fully accessible studio for my mother after her recent dementia diagnosis, and the entire experience was outstanding.

It is rare to find a contractor who genuinely fights for their clients behind the scenes, but that is exactly what Shawn at Evergreen did for me. Shawn spent days negotiating with his management and the solar company to bundle specialized labor and premium waterproofing (GAF WeatherWatch) into a price that was incredibly fair and a 25 year warranty that was truly exceptional. When it became clear that pre-installing the solar brackets under the shingles wasn't feasible, Shawn kept my full factory warranty perfectly intact. His installation crew was fast and did a great job cleaning up the site afterward. My new roof looks beautiful. Shawn handled communication well and ensured everything was bulletproof. Absolute professionals!

Huge thanks to Kayed, Rachel, Ian, Victor and really all of the Evergreen team! We are happy with the remodel and what was possible to achieve with their help. I especially appreciate their experience and ability to find the right people for the job, being a single point of contact and taking the management of the individual teams out of my view. Their design creativity and attention to my family wishes all joined together with the meticulous craftsmanship converged to a finished space in which we are happy to find ourselves every day now and on. It has been a process, but we enjoyed the journey, and we love the result!

Kayed, Rachel, Heather, Ian, Victor and the whole team were wonderful to work with. This was our first big renovation and I was nervous about the project going over on time and budget, but I shouldn’t have been – that clearly isn’t how Evergreen operates. Kayed placed great importance on our happiness with the process and the outcome. And our kitchen turned out spectacular! I wanted to have a LOT of input on the design and it ended up feeling like a real collaboration. Rachel and Heather put up with all my wacky choices and Ian and Victor were so nice and easy to have in/around the house for months! When you do a big renovation, you really get to spend a lot of time with the team, so it’s pretty important to pick a great one like this:)

Kayed and his team did an amazing job making our dream home come true. We purchased a 50 year old, one owner custom home that was ready for a beautiful overhaul. This was our first big remodel and our forever home, so this was very important to us. Kayed understood what we were after and his design was creative, custom and functional.
Rachel was our designer and she has great vision and taste and was very patient with us while keeping us on track with design choices. Katie was great, too! Ian and Victor did the construction and they opened up two big walls to create this open space with beautifully finished white oak floors.
We were well informed of budget and timeline and we always knew what phase they were on and what contractors to expect at our home. All of their sub contractors were kind, respectful and excellent at their craft. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to Kayed and his crew for making our dream come true. We highly recommend them.

Evergreen recently put on a new roof for me, and I couldn’t be happier with both the process and the result. Brian was extremely helpful during the bid process and always ready to answer any questions I had. The crew leader, Angel, was a pleasure to work with, and his team was experienced, efficient, and worked seamlessly to get the job done right and on schedule. I also appreciated how clean they kept the job site. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—I highly recommend Evergreen.

Kayed and his whole team were wonderful to work with. We added a master suite, another bedroom, moved windows and an interior hallway, approx. 500 sq. ft. As well as a new roof on the entire house. From the excavation to the final inspection the job went smoothly. We have been dreaming about this addition to our home since 2018 and to see it actually completed in 6 months is an amazing relief. We were not Evergreen's typical job, as we are doing all interior finishes ourselves. There were times they had to wait on us for the next step. They were flexible and communicative and we would recommend them highly to anyone.

Evergreen was a great team of people to work with. They were incredibly professional to collaborate with and communicate with. On top of that, we are incredibly happy with the craftsmanship of their work. I cannot wait to work with them on another project within our historic home.
