I had an HVAC System installed in 2020. Every part of the installation and operation of the system was and has been 5 stars. SILA agreed to have my fifth year inspection done for free, because I missed it last year. Logan arrived ON TIME! He contacted me to let me know he would arrive in 45 minutes. I was able to get detour rerouting info to him via the main number. He was friendly. Explained what he would do. Logan did his inspection of the thermostat, attic parts, ground level machinery. Then he replaced the filters. A brief chat about country music, just added a pleasant personal touch. He was quick and efficient. Easy and pleasant experience. Could not gave been better.

Andrew McCrudden the technician was excellent. He explained the problem with the humidifier, showed pictures, fixed the problem and was very courteous, polite, and completed everything in a timely manner. He also explained the different service agreements and with that I decided to purchase the best offered. On top of all of that we had a great positive discussion about the Eagles, which was very helpful during this 3 game losing period with all the negativity surrounding the team. Go Birds!!

Our technician, Jake came out on a Sunday to help diagnose a boiler issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He helped me understand my options and tried to give me as much information as possible. Good experience and I will likely use their services again.

I will NEVER have Sila in my house again.

Sila had been doing my yearly service on my oil boiler for 3 years. No issues.

Year 4, just had service done (no reported issues) Heat stopped working a couple weeks later. Brought Sila in to diagnose, they claimed that my boiler was shot, it was installed improperly, and I need a new one. (There was no mention of any issues in the years prior)

They quoted me $18,000 to replace my boiler.

Long story short, I fixed it myself with 2 hours on YouTube and an $80 relay off the shelf at Lowe’s. It’s been running great for the last two years.

Sila almost got me for $18,000. They don’t wanna fix things. They want to sell you a new one, at top dollar. This would’ve been a life altering financial move for us. Thank God, I know my way around a multimeter. What if I was a little old lady?

They even fought me when I wanted the $180 “diagnostic fee” back. They didn’t diagnose anything. I diagnosed it and repaired it myself, with almost zero HVAC experience.

Do not use Sila. Would leave zero stars if I could.

Shawn was my guy today. He was so patient and told me about everything, answered all questions I had. He fixed my ignition for the heat. Even cleaned off the vent for me. I will definitely be going to Sila again with any issues I have, especially cause for some reason no one wants to work on trailers but Sila does! Shawn knows everything about trailers and that made him more trusting.

Zach and Matt was very helpful arrived before the schedule appointment very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to us and told us that they will take care of everything I'm glad we whent with this company . Other companies felt like they wanted to take advantage of our situation. Will definitely recommend thank you . Liam the other technician came out as soon as are parts came in and made the repairs that where needed and will be back tomorrow to take care of some other minor issues I'm very pleased how everything right from the beginning was handled very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I've been using sila for my service for a couple of years now. Love the service I get, and workers are very polite and nice. Will always call on them to turn my boiler on no matter what. Great place to do business with. I am very satisfied with the service they give me. This service was free just because they rescheduled, but price mention was great $79.00 . Tech was Andrew McCrudden, shout out to you for your great service, great personality. Love that i was able to talk to you with no fear, even tho you was in my house I was welcome by you and your service. Hope we meet again. Thank you once again.

I have had Sila service me twice in the past 6 or more months. Earlier this year I had a water pipe leak. They came out to service me and charge me over $800 to put on a shutoff valve that I really didn't need since one was already there and repair the leak (plumbing issue), They replaced a pipe that was less than 8 inches. It took the technician less than 15-20 minutes to do the job. I had just had my basement floor redone prior to this happening, so I was upset about this leakage since I couldn't locate the shutoff valve. My home warranty could not get me a contractor until a day or 2 later.
Yesterday I received a call from them about servicing my heater for the winter. The technician came out to do the service and informed me that I had carbon monoxide coming from my heater unit. He showed me on the counter her was using. This was after he completed the service (???).
I called my home warranty and the technician came out today. HE FOUND NOTHING!!! I did wonder just prior to him coming why my smoke/fire detector did not go off, if carbon monoxide was being emitted. This technician explained everything to me in detail about what my concerns would/should be and what I would need to do to prevent any issues.
I would never contract SILA to do anything for me again. The maintenance price was within reason. The price for repair of my water leak was overpriced.

We had a new water heater installed in our home and everything went really well! A late afternoon call (no hot water) on Thursday had Sila was here within a few hours to help us assess and easily finance a new item. Brian was here on time early the next morning to install a new 50 gallon tank and did a fantastic job. Very grateful and even surprised a little by how smoothly it all went. Plus I didn’t have to stress or shop around. I knew we already had a top of the line water heater.(electric, lasted 20 years) and Sila had the same top quality brand ready to go. The cost was reasonable and lined up with another professional estimate we had received previously. If our 20 year ac unit goes next, I’ll likely call Sila.

Our air conditioning stopped working and Andrew came out to take a look. Honestly, I was so impressed with how quickly he figured out the problem and fixed it. He had everything up and running again in less than 15 minutes! He was super professional but also really friendly and kind, which made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he knows what he’s doing, and he didn’t waste any time. I really appreciate how efficient he was and how easy he made the process. If you need someone reliable to work on your AC, Sila is definitely the place to call. If I could give than more than 5-stars, you bet I would!!
