The service was excellent. Jake was nice enough to wait for me a couple minutes until I got home to do the service. The annual heater maintenance service was thorough and efficient. Jake was very knowledgeable about the status of our units and offered great advice on how to keep them running. Would definitely recommend Sila in particular Jake as a service technician

Even the dispatcher who corrected a scheduling error was great. My new heater was installed and the area was left in pristine condition! All questions and instructions were answered professionally. Working with John to plan our mini split system was a pleasure. He was attentive, thoughtful, knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly. Equally great were the installers, Bookie and Jimmy. Calm, professional, very prompt and able to deal with an unexpected neighborhood power outage. These are guys anyone could feel good about having in their home for a few days.

From phone call inquiry to completion of the work, hands done one of the best experiences that I have had. The Technicians were professional. I appreciate their attention to detail. Their care for my home as if it was their own. I have shoe covers at my door they put them on their feet upon entry without even being asked. They answered all my questions demonstrating knowledge of their craft. The Work was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again (they will be back next week for a plumbing)

We had a great experience with Mr. Williams the service technician. Well mannered and professional. He explained what was wrong with the system and provided options for service and payment. Mr. Williams fixed the problem quickly and got us back on track. He also got us a discount on the payment. Our heater is working again. I would recommend Sila to anyone.

I had an HVAC System installed in 2020. Every part of the installation and operation of the system was and has been 5 stars. SILA agreed to have my fifth year inspection done for free, because I missed it last year. Logan arrived ON TIME! He contacted me to let me know he would arrive in 45 minutes. I was able to get detour rerouting info to him via the main number. He was friendly. Explained what he would do. Logan did his inspection of the thermostat, attic parts, ground level machinery. Then he replaced the filters. A brief chat about country music, just added a pleasant personal touch. He was quick and efficient. Easy and pleasant experience. Could not gave been better.

Andrew McCrudden the technician was excellent. He explained the problem with the humidifier, showed pictures, fixed the problem and was very courteous, polite, and completed everything in a timely manner. He also explained the different service agreements and with that I decided to purchase the best offered. On top of all of that we had a great positive discussion about the Eagles, which was very helpful during this 3 game losing period with all the negativity surrounding the team. Go Birds!!

Our technician, Jake came out on a Sunday to help diagnose a boiler issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He helped me understand my options and tried to give me as much information as possible. Good experience and I will likely use their services again.

I will NEVER have Sila in my house again.

Sila had been doing my yearly service on my oil boiler for 3 years. No issues.

Year 4, just had service done (no reported issues) Heat stopped working a couple weeks later. Brought Sila in to diagnose, they claimed that my boiler was shot, it was installed improperly, and I need a new one. (There was no mention of any issues in the years prior)

They quoted me $18,000 to replace my boiler.

Long story short, I fixed it myself with 2 hours on YouTube and an $80 relay off the shelf at Lowe’s. It’s been running great for the last two years.

Sila almost got me for $18,000. They don’t wanna fix things. They want to sell you a new one, at top dollar. This would’ve been a life altering financial move for us. Thank God, I know my way around a multimeter. What if I was a little old lady?

They even fought me when I wanted the $180 “diagnostic fee” back. They didn’t diagnose anything. I diagnosed it and repaired it myself, with almost zero HVAC experience.

Do not use Sila. Would leave zero stars if I could.
