We had an overall really great experience with Sila and would definitely work with them again. Martin, Keown, and the whole team were super professional, fast, and thorough. We unexpectedly had to replace our AC and do some other work to our HVAC overall and the team made sure we understood all of the options, we’re super flexible with us, and when we decided on a plan were fast to fix it. Will definitely call them again with any future heating or cooling issues!

From start to finish this company was professional and accommodating. Fast and reliable too. I work from home and thought the process might be disruptive. These guys were great! They came late the night before the installation to get the sale done because my system died during a heat advisory. They were able to install the next two days! Polite, friendly and professional!

I had my compressor replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything before starting the work. The replacement was completed quickly, and everything is running perfectly now. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC repairs or a compressor replacement. I called Sila on this 100 + degree day as my a/c was not working. I thought for sure I would have to wait at least 24 hours or longer before receiving this much needed service. Much to my surprise Sila came through and arrived at my home within 2 hrs.
Serviceman Andrew was able to troubleshoot and correct my problem within a half hour. Andrew thoroughly explained the problem with my a/c and fortunately was able to correct. I truly appreciate Sila for scheduling the quick service and to Andrew for his troubleshooting skills and professionalism. Thanks again for a job well done.

Hi- I left an amazing review for SILA last year when they came to the rescue and fixed our HVAC for a great price. We were so impressed and I recommended them to many people. Today I called them to hook up a gas line to our new grill - gas line was already run and all they had to do was get a new coupling and connect it and test it. All in all took one hour including going to get the new part and Matt said he was giving me a “deal” because it was regularly $1500, but he was only charging me $800… are you kidding me? Do I look like an idiot??? Well, he knew we wanted our grill hooked up for 4th of July. I told him I thought the price was crazy and I texted my plumber who was at the beach and also looked on line to see what it should cost. I told him I was not comfortable and felt he was ripping me off. He saif to me, “ you
know what we tell people who “google the price? Why don’t you have Google come out here and do the work for you! “ what a jerk!!!!! So after he left he called me and said- I told my manager that you were not happy with the price so they let me give it to you for 10% off. So he came back to my house and got a new check for $740 which is STILL way outside of the norm of what we should have paid. I called to talk to a manager and I got an “AI agent” 🙄 who said someone will call me back. I am going to cancel our contract with SILA for HVAC and let my colleagues and neighbors know they are unethical.
So sad. Why is it so hard to find honest workers anymore.

Anthony was great from our initial meeting all the way through the actual repair. He performed a thorough check to pinpoint the exact issue with my HVAC system. Throughout the entire process, he kept me fully informed and explained every step along the way. As a homeowner of nearly 5 years, I truly believe you get what you pay for. This was a second opinion for me, and Anthony provided great customer service and honesty, which is what I was looking for, this matters much more to me than just looking for the lowest price.

I’d give ten stars if i could! Their installers are always careful and considerate of your home. They clean up after themselves and wear shoe covers whenever they enter the house. They are always very knowledgeable . I love doing business with this company!

Used to be a great company with the ability to talk to someone you knew and who was familiar with you. Now you just get into an AI generated bot. The system scheduled an appointment for today but didnt give a time and shuts off. You try to cal back and get the bot again. Asked to speak to someone twice and both times was told I would get a call back in 2 minutes. Been over 30 minutes and so call. I think Sila needs its own service since it's going down the toilet. I would be very hesitant to recommend them to anyone at this point despite many years of consistent quality service in the past. Got way too big and too corporate. I expect much better from them

Matthew was very knowledgeable, thorough and clear in explaining the Recommendations he made about both the AC and gas furnace in our recently acquired 65 year-old home. Our follow-up work was scheduled before he finished. He answered our many questions and we came away more confident about our systems going forward.

The service was excellent. Jake was nice enough to wait for me a couple minutes until I got home to do the service. The annual heater maintenance service was thorough and efficient. Jake was very knowledgeable about the status of our units and offered great advice on how to keep them running. Would definitely recommend Sila in particular Jake as a service technician
