FHIA Remodeling

I have been having issues with my door since it was first installed. While it has been frustrating, I will say that the service techs have come out and fixed it every time. I was going to give the company four stars because I feel like this should have never happened. But I will say that Diego the service tech is amazing and fixed the issue (finally)which is why I’m giving them 5 stars. I love that FHIA has been responsive every time and it’s the reason this company deserves the 5 stars. Thank you for taking care of your customer and not ignoring my concerns. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that despite it being 5 years since I installed my doors and windows they still care about their customers.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Shaun and Alex were great from the start, extremely helpful answered all questions about my roof and walked me through the entire process. They covered all my plants and my pool, and went around with a magnet to collect all screws and hidden hazards. High quality customer service and they took their time putting everything together! I love love my new roof! They came at the exact time they said they would, NO hidden fees ! I wasn’t charged any ‘extras’, remember you get what you pay for. Top notch quality care and I am very happy with my experience. Thank you for giving me a safe, stable roof over my head with no surprises! Thank you FHIA

First, I'm not a paid reviewer. Second, as much as the quality of windows and doors were, Installation was paramount. My most sincere gratitude to Ozzie and his Team Sonny, Franco and Rene. I am over the moon with the time and attention given to the Installation work. Professionals, Respectful to the property and my family, Clear communication before, during and at the end of the project. And...and...Wow!!!, clean!! These guys set up mini-enclosed spaces to mitigate dust and debris in every room, bathroom, garage. Like little hazmat areas. See the pic. CWS windows rock...but the Installation experience was stellar. Very happy customer...

Well.......Diego did his best to put in the covers (to hide the nuts/screws) for our from door. The ones they sent were a bit short. Deigo was very pleasant and professional. I appreciated the fact that he called before arriving and that he came early. Keep up the good work Diego! I also appreciated the fact that FHIA followed up on this matter. The missing covers came to our attention long after the installation was completed.

Stefano team with FHIA REMODELING are top-notch installers, professional on time clean up after themselves, 100% would recommend them.

Ricardo, the field manager, was attentive to my concerns and made sure i were satisfied throughout the process. Every question we had was answered, and the crew worked efficiently without cutting any corners.

After the job was done, Ricardo followed up to make sure everything was okay and scheduled the inspection at our convenience. He was both professional and personable, making the final steps a breeze.

I had an impact entry door installed last February 2024. The installers came out six times to try to install properly. The door would not close properly and had play and was offset/not even. The door failed inspection. Finally, in mid May 2024, a manager of operations came out and admitted that the door had not been installed properly and that he would have a new frame ordered. The field manager had told me I would be given a partial refund due to the inconvenience, which I never received. At the end of May 2024, a new door frame was reinstalled and the top of the door still had light coming through the top and water when a rainstorm occurred and still does. Wind, heat, cold and bugs come through the top where light can be seen. The hinges are offset/the door has play, and the parts of the lock began rusting last September 2024. I called repeatedly (every 2 weeks) to have someone come back out and finally last November 2024 someone from service came out and tried to fix it and agreed that there were issues and that he would let the manager in Orlando know. No one called me back or emailed me until I demanded to speak to a manager again in December 2024. Finally, the Operations Manager called me in January 2025 and said that the inspection was completed. I found out that the inspection was closed with no inspection done. I informed him that the door is still not installed properly and that I would like a refund and will give them the door back. He told me that he would talk to his field manager and get back to me, but he never did. I followed up with emails and there were no responses from the operations manager. I called again last week and was told that someone would call me back, but no one did. I have requested my money back since the door has never been installed properly and it has been almost a year since the original installation. There are times I call customer service and I am on hold for 30 minutes. Today I was on the phone for over an hour and on hold for 40 minutes waiting to speak to someone in Orlando. I am told that I will get a callback from the field manager, Sebastian either today or tomorrow.
