STAY AWAY !!! They installed my solar panels on August 2020 !!! 5y later it has some problems and need to be addressed !!! THEY COMPLETELY FAIL TO FIX IT !!! Not answering and hanging up if answering... telling someone will call you but it never happens !!! This not the way how you treat a disabled veteran !!! To install they good but taking care of the customers it the worse company I ever seen !!! Consider it done(history) after they left your home !!! Look for reliable customer service company !!! Do your research !!! Keep in mind customer care service !!!

Update from my review from 2 months ago.
***Caution from a 100% paid in full customer***
My panels along with a roof were installed in January 2025 almost 9 months later the system has never & still does not work 100%.
I will outline my detailed notes of each dropped ball later but waiting on communication from @Hayden or @John Henry's on course correcting the ongoing problem. I was "guaranteed" that I would be fully operational by the 2025 hurricane season... here we are and not operational.
Positive note- Kirby has been nothing but very communicative and at least "appears" to want to get the problem resolved. Also the ladies that service the customer service calls are always polite and courteous.

I had EHS come out to replace a micro inverter that wasn’t working, plus had them rewire some stuff that was very unprofessional looking. The guy said everything was done bad and I needed a new junction box. So he put a new box in and everything seemed fine. Then a rainstorm came and the box he put in was not water sealed at all (this hole in the roof is directly over my breaker box) and has completely water damaged my ceiling. I’ve had to remove some drywall due to mold. The first time this happened was in January I’ve had them come out 3 times to “fix” the problem but it still leaks. I have to leave buckets and towels out at all times because you never know when it’s gonna rain in Florida. Ever since the 3rd time I haven’t been able to get someone out and whenever I would call they would tell me that the reason it leaks is because my roof isn’t Installed properly. I feel like if it wasn’t installed properly they shouldn’t have cleared the solar panels for install during the inspection. This is a problem that can easily be fixed if someone came out and actually showed that they cared. I’ve called EHS about 4 times through out the months and they don’t answer me anymore. I tried calling from a different number and they answered pretty quickly. As soon as I gave them my information to request service they tried putting me on hold so I asked to speak to an office manager. She said her manager was on lunch and she would call me when she got back. She never called me back…
This is terrible customer service and I feel personally disrespected that they just don’t answer my phone number but as soon as another number called they answer then attempt to drop me when they get my information.

This is the best company for pricing and very good sales service from Hayden, and work was done very fast. The reason I put 1 star is because they don't have literally any service after the installation. The EHS team was helping me with setting up online access and monitoring and saw the array monitoring was not working and told me they would let the operation know to fix it. I called operations, and they told me they were working on it a few months ago, and till today, no update. And for the last few weeks, I have been trying to reach their customer service, and no one picks up the phone in operations. Finally today someone picked up and right away put me on hold for an infinite time. I will change the review to 4 or 5 stars once the issue is solved and they actually answer the phone in operation.
Update: The owner is really a good businessman and fixed the issue in 2 days after leaving the comments. I changed it to a 5-star review as I really had a good experience with Hayden and his team and the owner, but please kindly fix the operation, as they pick up and put on hold for an infinite time, and I called last 3 months, so I know the operation was not serious, but altogether, I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the best material at the best price.

I had a great experience with EHS service!
I had one solar panel that lost power, although it was hard to reach the service department (I was on wait for a long time and then it disconnects) I was finally able to reach that department and they sent me a technician called Mohamed.
Mo was very knowledgeable, kind and professional, he called Enphase to request the inverter and came the second day after it got delivered to install it. He is a great asset to this company! Thank you Mo.

Everyone has been great from start to finish. Everyone has been very friendly and knowledgeable. I also did get a few other quotes with other companies in the area to compare product as well as pricing and I did end up going with EHS due to the pricing and the equipment that they offered. They are the best in the industry very good communication.

Nick M. at Efficient Home Services was a huge help! He answered all our questions and always got back to us quickly. He explained the process and benefits in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process smooth and we felt very comfortable. We got a new Tesla Solar System and power wall.
